Great for catering lunches. I have used their catering service twice in the last two months and was really pleased. The food was fresh, good and flavorful. The large salads are a little pricey, but the sandwich samplers are great. There's a large variety and your guests can have two different sandwich halves if they want. It comes with chips, but you may have to order extras. I'd definitely use this Panera location again. I'd also recommend it to anyone catering a work or business lunch. It was delivered timely, they provided plates and utensils and set everything up for you. read more

I love this place. I get the Asiago Roast Beef with the horse radish on the side so I can mix ketchup with it as a spread. But my nephew's order is often wrong. He has to go back, and on occasion twice. When I come to town this is the first place I go. Ambiance is good too, but sometimes they need to clean a bit more. Sometimes I need to ask for a cloth to clean the tables. Perhaps they were just busy, but not at this time! Good housekeeping will keep me coming back. The rest rooms are clean. read more

Tried the yogurt parfait with granola recently. It was super fresh could not belive how good it was considering it was already made. In fact it was so good I came back yesterday and tried it again. This time the strawberries were old tasting and the yogurt was sour. A bit inconsistent not sure I will comeback for a while to try the granola parfait. The food is fantastic, as long as they manage to get your order correct. I can remember at least three times now that they have forgotten one part of my order. Tonight it was my 2 year old daughters entire meal. Be sure to triple check your order because they don't answer the phone most of the day and claim they cannot do refunds over the phone. They force you to come back and "comp" you another meal. That assumes you ever want bring them your business again. They get two stars instead of one because the food really is fantastic. I normally don't write reviews but this kind of takes the cake for poor customer service. This is the second time in a row they have just forgotten to put the correct order in my bag. Normally this wouldn't upset me but the way it was handled was poor. When I told the manager that I wouldn't be shopping at panera again, she said something along the lines of "forgetting a salad is going to make you not shop here again?" As if to imply it was a small mistake. Then she muttered "sorry" and sent me out the door. So no I would actively not go to the panera in willow pass. read more

Love Panera! Yay!! I so graciously received a gift card to this establishment from my rockin' supervisor and today I decided to finally grub. I would have given this place another star except that I agree with some of the former reviewers in that their service at lunch time is not the best. This place is always crowded it seems. Today I ordered a Turkey and Bacon Bravo and mmmm...mmm...mmmmmm it was scrumptious. Oh and the chocolate chip cookie hit the spot. The sandwich was huge with lots of fixin's and an apple as a side. I could have had some chips or a whole grain baggette, but I'm trying to be healthy here (hence the cookie and bacon). My friend and I took the order to go and both our sandwiches (she had a pannini) stayed together and fresh while we traveled to our destination. I've also had breakfast here and some bagels and I've always been satisfied. Although, some of these restaurants should really contemplate supplying the customers with elastic waistbanded pants. Went with my family on Friday...first lines were long so that wasn't their fault. First problem is that there were a number of empty tables that were covered with dishes. So people waiting for tables didn't have any tables to go to. We found one outside but it was covered with dirty dishes - problem is this attracts birds who are eating out of the bowls and plates. (Hope they have a good dishwasher). Then we asked a server who had gone by several times delivering food to clear the table. Response was "Yeah..OK" Took her forever to come and clear the table. I would think if you were delivering food one way it would only make sense to pick up dishes on your way back in. Then...we like our food done a certain way...some with dressing on the side some with extra dressing. Not one of our orders was done correct. I had wanted the Fuji apple salad only to be told that they didn't have the dressing. Hey I can get the dressing at Safeway how come they ran out. Had to change my order. Then they changed the kind of bread they give you with your salad. It was a dinner roll. Don't know if this is a new thing but when we asked our server about it she said that they cashier was supposed to ask us what kind of roll/baguette we wanted. They never did. We prefer the normal baguette so our server offered to bring us the original baguette. As we were finishing our meal she showed up with the baguettes in paper backs cuz she knew she was late. It seems like very time we go the service gets worse and worse. Not sure we'll be coming back to this one. read more

Food is a little on the pricey side, but its still delicious! Only thing i can complain about is the parking and the asian sesame salad being gone :( Sarah is my favorite cashier! Worst experience eating with my kids. No clean tables. No paper towels in the bathroom. When we got our food the silverware was so dirty. As my kids started eating the mac and cheese instantly their stomachs start to ach. I will never eat there again :( read more

I want to like this place, but it just keeps disappointing me. The atmosphere is nice and it would probably be an OK place for coffee and a pastry, but the lunches are consistently awful! I just don't understand why anyone would eat here - a good sandwich is not that hard to find elsewhere. I have had grilled sandwiches where the cheese wasn't anywhere near melted. Another time my sandwich had 1/2 the amount of turkey you would expect. I thought maybe I am just ordering the wrong thing - so I tried the shrimp and soba noodle salad. It is a new item that they are promoting with a big banner in the window.When it arrived, it not only looked awful but was inedible. I told our server that it was horrible and he said, "'I hear that a lot." Then why is it still on the menu? I went in so hungry and after 2 bites of that salad I didn't even want to eat lunch. The others in my party had sandwiches that were OK although the tuna was loaded with so much mayo that it was pretty gross. I think I ate here, I'm not entirely sure. I mean if you eat at one panera bread, you've eaten at all of them. If you're surprised by the food selection at a panera bread, that's probably more of your problem than it is the company's problem. What you shouldn't stand for is Claim Jumper. At least here at panera bread they will serve you food, unlike claim jumper. Maybe that's claim jumper's thing, is to make it so hard for you to eat their food that you will be forced to like it when you finally eat it. I'm not impressed by claim jumper either, so eat here instead. You probably won't be that impressed with the food, because it's just kind of there. And honestly 4 stars for panera bread is kind of just meh. The staff do not attend to the bathrooms (which are disgusting), they also would rather carry on personal conversations than serve customers. They collectively seem to have "bad attitudes" and have messed up and burned my orders on more than one occasion. Today it is raining and they have the AC on, myself and 3 other customers have asked for them to turn on the heat. We have all been ignored. It's 50 degrees outside and raining. I've never had a bad experience at this location, and the food hasn't disappointed me. I usually get a small salad and a half sandwich and it's enough to keep me full without feeling like I am about to fall into a food coma. A year ago this would've been a 5 star review, but things change... Panera makes good food. I like their bread, a few of their soups, and some of their salads and sandwiches. Unfortunately most of their salads get cycled out so you may not find the same items on the menu next time you come. My problems with this restaurant are mostly service based. They butcher orders like it's a challenge they must accept. I can't remember the last time they got my order right, but we still go because we like the food. I went yesterday with two others and we ordered: 1 tomato/mozzarella salad, you pick two of turkey/bacon panini and chicken caesar, and a you pick two of chicken soup and chicken salad on rye. Pretty basic order, here's what we got (no joke): 1 tomato/mozz salad with chicken, a turkey panini with artichoke and spinach along with a chickenless caesar, and a chicken salad on sesame bread. They managed to screw up all three of our orders! You have to try to be that incompetent, don't you? This stuff happens here all the time. I've gotten a turkey/bacon bravo sandwich with no bacon, a fuji apple chicken salad with no apples or chicken (no joke, lettuce, walnuts, and hunks of gargonzola... but no chicken or apples on a FUJI APPLE CHICKEN SALAD). Well, at least they can't screw that one up anymore (no more Fuji Apple salad on the menu... I'm guessing it was too complicated to make.) I recommend NOT getting take-out orders so when they screw everything up you can be there to have them get it right. I've gotten to the point where I usually just accept what they give me they screw up so much. "Well, I never have tried the spinach and artichoke turkey pannini..." Eventually I will just go elsewhere permanently, but it's hard to find salads and sandwiches with great patio seating (and wi-fi available) so for now I will keep taking the good with the bad... just far less frequently than I went there during the first year they were opened. read more

Went here early Sun. evening (7:40) just to get 2 standard items--pineapple upside down bundt cupcake & 3-ring pastry (cherry, apple & cheese). Should be easy, right? But there was no stock in sight & the employee confirmed they were sold out. So we left disappointed without buying anything. Last time I went here about a week ago, I had the same experience. What a stinking joke! With the bad economy, you'd think this restaurant would do all it could to make sales & attract customers. It probably will be a long time before I return here. This place is overpriced... Period... The food quality is so-so, but the thing that pisses me off more than anything, is that Panera lets people with laptops sit in booths for hours with only coffee. Second time going, with just as good an experience as the first. Food is great, quick to come to the table, and there's a large diversity to order from. They have these really cool table gps devices which result in almost 100% guaranteed correct table service (unlike some restaurants that I've been to). Bread was a little burnt on my panini but the rest of the sandwich surely made up for it. Also! Don't forget to ask for lettuce, because unfortunately they do not put it on a lot of their sandwiches already. read more

WOW!! Such a great place how did I not know about this?!?! I walked in and saw a bunch of delicious looking breads and pastries. I was helped by the manager Jaime, I wasn't sure what sandwich to get so I asked for a recommendation, she told me about a turkey sandwich on tomato basil bread, with lettuce, tomato, and bacon. It was delicious! I think it had some sort of special aioli on it. When I inquired about some breads and pastries she walked me over the get a better look, and even let me sample the bread before I bought it! Jaime was so personable and helpful it blew me away. 2.5 stars if I could. Man. I cannot stand the old guy here. I've come back to give this place many chances. Food is cool. However, the service makes it the low rating. I like coming here to study though. But back to the old man. He is losing it. The line gets long because of him. Never smiles . So serious. Always hums. And walks back and forth. Like "hmm.. what was I going to do? " I waited and waited for my pastries. He totally forgets which is understandable . So I let it slide. He took care of other people. I have been to Panara Bread many many times. I especially like their salads. This time I had the Apple Chicken salad with it's very yummy dressing & unusual taste. I really like this place. I like the large coffee mugs with big 4 finger handles! I like that I can just keep refilling my own cup as often as i wish. Good food too! I have noticed that when using their WiFi you are limited to 30 minutes. The place was not crowded even though the time of day that I was in there was called their peak time. If I know I need to be online for a bit longer, I may opt for one of the local coffee shops where you won't get bumped offline. read more

We came here a lot a few months ago, but when we visited this past weekend, I was disapointed in the quality of food served. The lettuce in the salads was not of good quality and seemed like it'd been kept moist in a fridge for a few days too long. My coffee was fantastic and the service was great. But then when I went to sit down with my family, our meal was interrupted by employees loudly complaining about a customer and planning their ski trips. Would prefer if they could keep the chatting and unprofessional complaining to a quieter tone. read more

I am updating my review. Last tiem was three stars for the stale cookie. However, props and kudos for the manager/worker/guy at the register who refunded us our money for the mac and cheese (adult size) for my son that took forever and made us so late we had to take it to go! Love, love the mediterranean veggie sandwich - this place has great variety, quality, ease of use and comfortable seating. No, it's not 4 star dining but it's the best of its kind that I've found, knocking out of the park any grocery deli, private deli or cafe. I don't eat their pastries b/c I am VERY picky about those and don't need the extra calories anyway, but my kids love them and the breads I've had are terrific. read more

They took a bit longer than expected for plain salads (which I had asked for chicken added and paid for) and a cup of chili, that I could see was already pre-made, but it was not too bad.
