We ordered online and waited for pickup but our order came out quickly and staff was nice. Nice vibe inside to get some work done or study. Food is standard for Panera.

I decided to get a brownie, which was really good, very rich, chocolatey, decadent. Only downside was it was a bit pricey for the size, prices have definitely gone up over the years. They have a new item of brownie cheesecake bites. I'm not sure if it's just me or if it seems the menu has changed or maybe gotten smaller compared to a decade or two ago when I was younger. Staff were friendly and efficient. I recommend signing up for their rewards online so you can get a free bakery item (maximum value $5, and there are some restrictions on what you can redeem it for) for your birthday. They have a customer parking lot. What I like about this particular Panera location is that they have lots of outdoor tables with umbrellas, and they actually play some music outside too, but it's not too loud. It seems like a nice location if you want to work outdoors but still have shade, so it's a little more COVID conscious if you want to still be able to eat/drink but work at a cafe.

Panera Bread in the Willow is better. The inside was recently remodel with better tables and seats. I love how this location has a screen informing you when your order is done. The service at Panera Bread is great. They will ask you if you got your cup with your order. That is going out of the way to make sure your order is accurate. The food at Panera Bread are good. I will say The Pick 2 are good. I crave for Mac & Cheese with a Ceasar Salad or Broccoli Cheddar with Greek Salad. Keep up the good work Panera Bread

I don't expect anything over the top from chain restaurants, so this place met my expectations. Haha! Two other customers and I waited a good 5 minutes for someone to come out and take our orders. Not sure if they were short staffed or what but I thought it was odd that no one was in the front when we arrived. Food was decent, but in my opinion expensive. I ordered a whole Toasted Frontega Chicken Sandwhich and an orange juice, and it came up to almost $20 - really? Seems like a lot for a just a decent sandwich. Otherwise, my dining experience was decent - nothing over the top for me.

Stopped at this Panera while in town for a training conference and was tight on time. My stomach was in need of something to eat and this place delivered with very fast service, to prevent me from becoming hangry. Lol. I had never had honey walnut cream cheese before but decided to try and glad I did. Place was kept clean and there is lots of parking out front as it is shared with lots of businesses as well. It was pretty empty on a weekday morning. I'd come here again.

I ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich. The bread was very hard and the avocado they put inside was disgusting. I tried to get a refund over the phone and said they couldn't do it. I had proof of the disgusting sandwich that I could text or email to them. Since I realized the state of the sandwich when I was already very far from Panera I couldn't go back the same day. I went the next day and they denied the refund to my card.

Since the Panera in my city closed, I have to venture to the Hayward location to get food from Panera. I had a free pastry dropped into my account that I had to redeem. Since I was in the Concord area, I went to the store at Willows Shopping Center. This location is large with table and booth seats as well as seating outside. It was 2:00pm and the pastries on display were limited. I decided to get a blueberry muffin. Overall, it's a nice Panera in Concord.

My daughter in law and I door dashed Panera today. She ordered the chicken rice soup and Mac and cheese. She loved it but it is her regular order and she was craving it. I had the chipotle chicken melt. I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed it. I think they were skimpy with meat but the bread was tasty. The reason for 3 stars? It was pretty darn pricey. ( I know it's door dash, but still.) Those 2 little cups were over 15 dollars! I mean maybe the cups could be just a wee bigger for that much money. It just doesn't seem like a good value to me at all. Maybe it's just not my thing.

Panera is always a solid spot for salads, sandwiches, coffee, and pastries. There's plenty of seating outside and inside along with wifi to work or study. This Panera has been here for years and my younger years we used to study and order their treats, coffee, and use their wifi. I personally enjoy their combo meals of a half salad and half sandwich. I had a hair appointment next door and was starving, it was a Saturday and they were pretty backed up but it was fine. I ordered a half green goddess salad along with a half grilled chicken avocado BLT. It comes with a side and I opted for a bag of potato chips. The workers are working very hard despite how busy it was. It didn't seem like the wait was too long. It's located in a busy plaza so there's parking all around.

There was a fundraiser happening at this Panera Bread for one of my kids school. My husband had never had Panera and I used it as an excuse to go out and get dinner. I had not been to Panera in years. It was good to come and experience something that I had enjoyed in the past with my husband. I usually don't call out service people but I want to say that Sophia rules. She was awesome. She helped my husband navigate the menu. She was awesome. I got a Fuji Apple Salad and my most favorite Green Tea. I love their Green Tea so much. I would get it everyday. My husband got the Cobb Salad and one of their energizing fruit drinks. We chose to take our food to go and had a lovely meal at home. I loved my salad. I've even bought some of the salad dressing to have at home. My husband has gone back on his own to have lunch a few times he loved it so much. Its safe to say that we are big fans of this Panera Bread. Not to mention that they fundraise and donate to good causes.

Great fresh food. Love the soup in a bread bowl and the You Pick Two soup & salad. The food is fresh, they have a great rewards program, nice indoor & outdoor seating, & free wifi. I wish they would clean the tables more quickly but I appreciate they bring your food to you. The price is good and the food is quality. read more

I went here this morning to use my gift card. I was so disappointed. Bagels are ok. No Salmon cream cheese. Sandwiches are on the small size for a "full" size and was not good. I was expecting so much more since ai have heard so much about Panera Bread. My husband and I both agreed that we will not be returning again. read more

This is my favorite Panera to visit when I travel. We ordered the Egg white Avocado power breakfast sandwich with extra spinach and the egg white turkey power breakfast sandwich and added avocado and pepperoncini's. We order rapid express and they are always on time and actually don't skimp on the veggies which really excites me considering I pay $1 extra for avocado!!! read more

An alternative place to consider. Located off Diamond Blvd., inside a shopping center. Panera staff were alert and willing helpers. However, breakfast items were not made readily available to customers due to lack of production. I was fortunate to be there early enough to grab the several soufflé for my staff meeting. The food was cooked well but could used a hint more seasoning. Selections were good but, again, lack of available product makes it difficult to recommend as a must go-to eatery. read more

We have been to a couple locations at different times of the day and every time they always seem to be out of something. Always hard to get their sourdough bread. Was informed that we could reserve the bread. Really, you could have enough for your lunch crowd. When I went to lunch there today I had to order with a kiosk. No personal help. After ordering I was told to go to the "rapid " area to get my order. After 20 min was told that they were out of the soup I ordered, ( why didn't I get told when I ordered it?) 5 minutes later I got a cold , unsatisfied lunch with a soup I didn't want. This is the 3rd time in 3 trys that they were out of menu items. At noon!!! AT 2 different locations. You need to stock more food. read more

I've never had a bad experience here. Their food is good, their coffee & teas are good, and the workers are friendly. My only complaint is that I NEVER know where the line is. People have cut in front of me before because there's no barrier that separates the lines. I'm not confrontational enough to tell that person that I was first. Besides that, the food is pricey but I feel it's worth it because it's yummy! read more

I had the Soba Noodle Bowl. The bowl came half full. If you're going too serve a small portion, put it in the right size bowl. The noodle soup was very tasty. Small chunks of chicken and a spicy broth. No come products, makes me sad. read more

I place orders for pick up all the time, but today was a nightmare. I ordered a grill cheese, broccoli cheddar soup, and a chicken noodle soup, plus a cookie. They did not put the lid on the chicken noodle soup correctly, do it leaked all over everything and ruined everything but the broccoli cheddar soup. I tried to call for over an hour to see if they would deliver our order, no one picked up. Lastly, they did not put any napkins or spoons in our bag. Such a bad experience. read more

This is THE place to go when you're jonesing for grub that'll taste good from the first bite to the last......although, I've never gotten past ordering one of their hot panini sandwiches! I just can't get through the thought that if I order a cold sandwich & it's not as good as the hot panini I'll be damning myself for the rest of the day......so basically I've eaten just about 2 dozen hot paninis since the day Panera opened. Mmmmmm....I think I'll go tomorrow!!!! read more

Good clean, attractive store with lots of seating and meeting area... BUT their IT system cuts anyone off the internet after 20 minutes during the middle of the day!! Apparently the store cannot change this, but it keeps me away during the day. 20 minutes is just silly. You cannot even buy another drink for more time! read more

The food quality is usually very good to excellent. However, the service is often slow, especially when orders get misplaced. Sometimes, I really don't understand how some of the mistakes can happen if the employees pay any attention to their work. For example, I ordered a French onion "group soup" to go. The order took a reasonable amount of time before it was "ready" but I had to return to the station when I found out the employee forgot to put any croutons or cheese in the bag. French onion soup without the cheese? Uh uh. Oh, the women's restroom almost always needs attention during my visits. The worst was I once visited two days in a row and a dirty toilet I complained about on Day One was still dirty in the same spot in the afternoon of Day Two. Gross, gross, gross. read more

Hit this place more for their bagels and always end up getting the 18 pack. Every now then, I have lunch and the sandwiches aren't bad but makes me wanting more. Place can get busy, people want the fresh bagels or around here during lunch. Nice to have another place for WiFi access too. read more

So a year ago i probably would have given this place four or five stars. Overall i really enjoy their food however i don't know what the heck happened to this place but their portion size has dramatically decreased. You order a salad and it's the size of a side salad. For $8 I expect a little more sustenance, c'mon just throw in more lettuce, it's not gonna break the bank. This was something that only recently started happening... Did they change management? Cut back lettuce production in the US? Assume if you're ordering a salad you simply want five bites and your done? Sorry, if i order a salad it's because i prefer a healthier choice, however i would still like to feel like i had a good meal afterward. Time to raid the candy bowl at work... thank you in advance Panera for making me a fatty even though i opt for the healthier choice of food. read more

I don't really like writing reviews but it's a sin for me to not write for this store. Well, first and foremost, I never thought of even coming to this store when I first started working near it. Well, I guess working early can push me to finally drink a coffee in my life and no regrets of not coming here. I mean, not having a competitor around the area can help but it can't replace the everyday experience I get with Tara and everyone else. I only had a problem here once where they forgot my order but logistics saved me from giving them a negative review plus they upsized my drink. They also have a dope turkey and bacon sandwich. I just hope they can serve it faster though! read more

They have tons of pastries and bread to try. My favorite is the upside down pineapple bundt cake, moist, and flavorful. They bake all items daily, so you can't have it any fresher. It's a chain restaurant and so far from Vacaville, Concord and San Francisco it's been consistently good. read more

I spend alot of time at Panera because I work from home and sometimes need a change of scenery. Free wi-fi is the main draw although I can't download or send large files. They boot you off during the lunch hour since apparently so many patrons are using the wi-fi. This can be annoying if I'm not watching the time but it's manageable. Food is okay. Very high in salt. I've tried most everything and that's my biggest complaint. Service is fine. I never have to wait long. Sometimes the meals are a bit skimpy. I've ordered the breakfast sandwich and they bring it to you on this massive plate. Makes me wish for a slice of canteloupe or some kind of garnish. Salads are okay. The fuji apple contains dried apples btw but otherwise is pretty good. Mochas are okay - very expensive (almost $4 I think) and don't pack the punchy of a Peet's or Starbuck's. I have yet to try the pastries which could be the best part from what I know. Overall, just okay food, decent place to work although I smell like I've worked at a restaurant all day. read more

Fresh food; salads, soup, pasta, paninis, sandwiches, pastry & really good fresh loaves of bread everyday. If I grade it on the bread alone its a 4-5 star for sure. It has free wi-fi which many people utilize to work and for school. Nice outdoor seating. read more

Have heard rave reviews about Panera bread and my wife forced me to try them last week. I ordered a white cheese and steak full Panini and a cappuccino. The server served a half sandwich and i didn't figure that out initially, because it was my first time. But 14 $ for a coffee and sandwich is too expensive. I took this matter up with the guy who took my order and he was surprised and didn't even ask the server if the order was correct. No a happy experience after i got robbed of my money.. Will never return... read more

the parking situation at Panera is the worst in Napa. The 2 (only!) parking spots for pre-order pickups are always clogged by some selfish idiot that parks while having a 30 minute lunch. They should mark them better or police it better. It is an impossible parking lot. I won't go again until they fix it. so there! (I'm sure they'll be fine without me, but they really are not providing good costumer service) read more

Their music is too loud and you will feel like you're in a night club. You might like or dislike the food but you will leave with a headache. When asked to adjust the volume they said that's the lowest they can go. read more

The food is delicious, but some of the servings are tiny and overpriced. Plus, tonight and the last time I was in, they forgot my desserts. The sandwiches should have stickers so we don't have to open each soggy wrapper to see whose it was. read more

This Panera offered the best customer service I've had in a while! The busgirls, Mel and Esmeralda, was SOOOOO NICE! I have worked in food service before, and I can tell the restaurant did something right when their buspeople are on point with service and attitude. What a friendly environment. Food was good. Wow!!! This place is really good. For so long we thought it was just a bakery when I saw a police officer walk in. If you know police then you know they only eat at the best places. So we went in, the menu is an italian american blend. Everything comes on or with their fresh bread (we had pizza and a salad). I must say I was very impressed with the quality of the food. It's cafe style so you order and they bring the food to you, but no server which I like. Everything was very clean and we will definately be going back. read more

I'm sure the food is good because you can see the quality but it's a little expensive depending on what you order. The service was so-so but the thing that really surprised me was the noise. I thought my kids and I could hang out in a nice quiet cafe atmosphere but this place is Grand Central Station. The place was packed at 2:30 in the afternoon. No peace and quiet to be found. I guess I had the wrong expectations. read more

I really don't understand why their coffee is so expensive. $4.50 regular size latte would be astronomical even at a great café, but at chain sandwich shop? Come on! That's insane! Other than that I'm a fan. The staff is very friendly although they occasionally get my order wrong. Last week I ordered a Thai Chicken Salad but when I got home discovered it was a Caesar. Wasn't thrilled about that but I eat here all the time and mistakes are pretty rare. That sounds like a lot of complaints, but I actually like this Panera. I promise! read more

I was pretty hungry so I turned on the AC and took a couple bites. Ah, just the way I love a sandwich! Meaty, a bit heavy on the mayo and a good roll to hold it all in. I saved half for the hubby and he liked the sandwich as well. I will definitely come here again to try a different sandwich. Plenty of parking, easy access. Please support your local business

I tend to be a fairly understanding customer and like to be easy to deal with. I often imagine myself in their shoes and the reality most of the time is that we would handle most situations the same way as the employee. With this in mind, it's very rare for me to give any business a 1 star rating, as in the restaurant business I am willing to be reasonable. In some other business that handle financials not so much, but at restaurants it's just a meal. However, Panera deserves the 1 star rating. I had heard good things about their food and service, how they created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I ordered one of their recommended sandwiches on the menu. I skimmed down the list of ingredients and mentally red flagged those that I didn't like. I specifically do not like the taste of mustard at all. I politely asked the young man who was working there to make sure not to put mustard in my sandwich. I order the rest of my meal, soup and a salad (both of which were nothing impressive), and sat down. Upon receiving my meals my expectations remained high. It looked good and smelled tasty as well. However, as I took a bite out of my sandwich I found that to my surprise the young man at the counter had put in mustard seeds into my sandwich! Not only had he ignored the fact that I specifically asked him to not put mustard in it, he put mustard seeds. And before anyone asks if this was a mistake, I looked up at the counter and I saw a group of employees watching me and laughing. No joke. They quickly turned around and got back to work. I quickly but professionally took my food and tray and placed it on the counter. I wished the worker there a good day and left. Like I said, I tried to be an understanding customer, but that definitely did not need to happen. That is why I give Panera Bread a 1 star rating and I do not eat there. read more

I used to be a loyal customer , Not anymore ! I always go for the breakfast , never again will i go into a panera bread especially this one . The young people who work in the morning have bad attitudes , I hear them Complaining about work , They argue with others , They slam the kitchen doors , I hear and have seen this one young kid slam the kitchen door so hard , And heard him yelling . You can place your order online, select the time you want to pick it up, pay online, and the order is all ready to go for you once you get there. I come here often on my lunch break because 1. The food and service is fast and when you only have an hour that's important. 2. I like going back to work and not feeling like I had a pound of grease for lunch. The Tomatoe and Mozzarella Ciabatta is my favorite! I moved to Concord from the Peninsula. No one was at the register so we used the kiosk. The Panera breads there give large portions of meat. This location is stingy with meat. The place is also an ice box. We had to eat outside in the heat because it was too cold inside. Outside we saw a rat run alongside the windows. I wish I made a video.
