Popped in here to study and eat but no power outlets:(. The blended coffee I ordered was good though! they have wifi, parking, lots of seating. You can only stay as long as your laptop lasts lol.

Panera bread Cerritos was number 2 of my birthday rewards redemption tour. A complimentary pastry is the reward for your birthday and today I chose their Cinnamon roll. I don't know if these are made fresh and baked in house and if it was, it was not as soft as I expected. However it was free so I enjoyed it to the last bite.

This location is always busy, the workers work hard. Place is reasonably clean given how busy they are. I appreciate the dedicated 20 minute rapid pick up parking spots given how busy this plaza gets. The most recent thing I tried is the dubai cookie. It was priced the same as their chocolate chip cookie. I'm glad I tried it, but I will be sticking to the classic chocolate chip cookie if I ever go in for their cookies. Coffee is always hot and tastes fresh which is a plus!

They always have specials here. Today they had certain soups , sandwiches, and salads for $4.99 each if you buy two or more. I added a drink and a blueberry muffin, so l'm good for the day. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

This location is exceptional! It's located right off the freeway right across from the mall! It's perfect because you don't have to get in the mall traffic! It's huge inside! Quiet, friendly, the bakery is larger than normal! I had oatmeal and the portion was bigger than normal! The coffee is self serve whice is nice...you don't have to wait for it and you can refill before leaving! Met an old friend and we stayed quite awhile!

Panera Bread as a whole is like mid at best. But I do like some of their desserts and bagels. If you're coming for their coffee, its not that good, I was in the coffee club and even though it was free, I didn't like it. But they have been raising prices over the years and its not that good of a value anymore, they also have had less deals over the years, otherwise previously the Panera app would regularly have deals. I usually have only tried the bagels, chocolate chip cookie, kitchen sink cookie, and the tuna sandwich and would only come back for bagels, kitchen sink cookie and tuna sandwich only when there is a deal. Service is nice and the plaza is quite busy where this panera is, but generally the service is nice and its a good place to study.

Restaurant was clean, well lit and no loud music. Lovely and inviting atmosphere. Service was helpful and polite. The kids meals are incredibly generous. My son and I had the chipotle chicken avocado and spicy chicken sandwich. We swap halves. They were both delicious and full of meat etc... no pathetic sandwiches here. We really enjoyed the food and would return.

I always get the same thing when I go to Panera: Bacon Turkey Bravo and broccoli cheddar soup with a side of potato chips. You can order at the register, or you can order by using one of the self ordering tablets. The food sounds super quickly, which is perfect when you have a limited lunch break.

Panera is a great spot for a quick bite, great for lunch to be able to sit down and get some work done or just relax while enjoying a nice meal. This location is great, lots of parking, private lot,clean and lots of seating inside and outside as well. The Cerritos area is nice in general. Used the app as always for quick pickup. Also, typically can get some coupons based on visits and promos using the app as well, so worth signing up. Been looking for coupon codes recently, but unfortunately, have not been able to find any online lately. I am also a member of the sip club. I highly recommend joining, you can get as many drinks as you want every two hours each day. I travel around quite a bit, so it is great for me driving a lot and I love Panera for lunch many days of the week anyway. Enjoy!

I had an amazing tuna sandwich here. The order is ready quickly. This is a very busy store, but yet the dining area is usually pretty clean because the team does their rounds to clean tables fairly regularly.

I will not be coming back! This was my first time to panera bread, I ordered two bagels and two coffees. It was over 10 bucks and I had to sores the cream cheese myself. Are you kidding me, I also tried to get Bacon on my bagel and it came ice cold with fat congealed all over it, over all in appetizing. How did these guys get so big. The actual bagel was medeocre at best read more

My 5 rating is only for Jacob at the Cerritos location! He is an excellent, efficient, goes the 2nd mile to ensure your eating experience is memorable. Jacob takes pride it what he does, big or small. When I arrive, I am so excited to be greeting with his friendly welcome, where he calls me by name. I see him interacting with customers, asking if they need anything in the most pleasurable manner. in a way that makes you want to come back. read more

Went in today to get a cup of decaf & read a book. I'm informed that I must pay extra if I want my decaf in a mug rather than a cardboard cup. Ok, sounds strange but then I reaffirmed my order. " you do have decaf, right?" No, they don't have decaf! If I want some, the cashier said she'd have to go to make some in the back. Shouldn't have that been something to tell me when I first ordered? Before the discussion about the cardboard cup? I left. I've had problems with the service here the last few times, I think it may be time to go elsewhere. I went to the fast food place nearby, they had decaf and I got a senior discount. read more

I usually don't write reviews especially now with the times I know everyone is doing their best. That does not however excuse poor customer service. I ordered thos morning a large hazelnut coffee and asiago bagel sliced woth cream cheese for curbside pick up 30 mins before I was going to be there. I usually go inside but fogured id give curbside a try. I got to the store and parked where I needed to and marked I was here. 10 minutes later still nothing. At this point I was going to be late for work. I went inside waited another 5 minutes and asked the manager about my order ive been waiting for. He said "oh we don't have anyone to go outside right now" - what kind of answer is that? Don't provide a service you are not able to uphold. Then he went to look for my order and brought me the bag and poured my coffee. I left very disappointed in his answer. I got home 10 minutes late for work and when I open my bag I have a toasted bagel which I didnt ask for and no cream cheese. I always tip well especially during these times cause I know its rough but this was just awful service. I will more than likely be canceling the my Panera Subscription. Very disappointed. read more

I am not a regular yelp critic and I love Panera, but my salad today was all lettuce and minimal toppings. The container is a new style to accentuate lettuce and minimize toppings. I will frequent Panera less as a $10 salad needs to have toppings and some lettuce, not lettuce with minimal toppings. read more

I bought 2 dozen of bagel and to my surprise, they shoved the bagel inside the plain plastic bag and put it inside the huge paper bag. i have to buy cheese spread because they don't give the spread for free any more. I ask why not put the bagel in the box i was told they trying to save boxes. They dont use boxes anymore. I took it to work and they made fun of me because the bagel looks like it was the left over bagel from last night. The way they present their product is not inviting for me anymore. No more bagel for me from Panera bread.. read more

Me and my family used to go here years ago but service is really bad. This is the 2nd time I ordered bagel baker's dozen for pick up and they always messed up my orders. First, they forgot to include my cream cheese and had a hard time reaching out for the manager. I need to pick up my cream cheese the following day as I had no time to go back to the store that day (which by the way, I ended up not to pick up as I will be wasting time and gas). Second, and probably my last pick up order, I waited too long for them to process my order and ended up they ran out of my bagel choices and they cannot fulfill my orders (which is understandable) but at least notify the customer ahead of time. I already wasted my travel time, waiting time and gas for my pick up order without any notifications at all. That's the main point of me ordering online to be sure/ hoping that your order has been processed. And the manager was just a total jerk! read more

spent $30 dollars on 2 sandwiches and soup. The sandwiches were sloppily made and wrapped in paper like someone had already been eating off of them. Had them remade and they pretty much looked the same. Below average tuna sandwich. BLT was soggy and crushed. Not pleasing to the eye. Soup was ok. cookies were the best. Lots of young workers standing around doing nothing while I wait and wait and wait! read more

The brownie is rock hard, the bread is rock hard as well. The salad is huge but good. The soup is premise and obviously so. The drinks are a bit too sugary... overall, not worth the price. Service is good but don't come here. read more

I suggest you go elsewhere. The quality & the customer service are declining fast. Yesterday, we ordered on line & they left out quite a bit of our food which we did not see until we got home to a hungry family. They left out an item we paid for & things that are part of the meal. When I called I was not offered an apology or given a refund. I was told I had to come in person but not given a reason. We had to beg for butter was there is none available. No respect for frequent customers at all. We won't be back as we are tired of this treatment. read more

We were just asked to leave because the manager didn't allow us to work on our school project. I find it unfair after we spend about $100 on their food and we were asked to leave when they allow people to hold meetings or study. We weren't disturbing anyone and we were there for a little bit over an hour. So if you plan on working on hw or on a project go to Starbucks better. Free wifii and you won't be asked to leave. read more

I ordered their sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, but since it was still the morning, I asked if I could switch it to a bagel :) I was surprised by how busy this place was, but my bagel sandwich was hot and delicious! I sat outside on their patio since the inside was freezing and I wanted some warm sun rays on my skin :) I love their patio because they have bushes that block others' view from the street. I didn't feel weird eating my food in front of strangers as they drive by the restaurant. The only down side to this place is that it's a little expensive *womp womp* read more

I love love love Panera which is why I've given them so many chances. This location is not my regular location but this is the second time I've visited in a month and had a bad experience. Overall this is my third or fourth bad experience with Panera so now I won't be visiting he chain anymore. I visited here about a month ago after placing an order online. When I arrived my order wasn't ready at the scheduled time. After a few minutes I went to check on it and it hadn't been made so I still had to wait for the order. I was told one of my items wasn't available. That's fine but I would prefer you called me to tell me that before I showed up because honestly that item was the only reason I placed the order. I asked for a refund of the item and the manager acted shocked. I thought it was standard if I don't want a replacement to get a refund since this was through no fault of mine. Got the rest of my order and got home and my order was wrong, got the wrong type of bread and also I ordered turkey and they gave me chicken I think. Whatever it was it wasn't turkey and it was disgusting. I did eat the soup I ordered but that was all. Fast forward to yesterday when I'm in the area and decide to give this place another try. Placed an order after waiting in line forever because there was one cashier and all the self service kiosks were being used by technically challenged customers. Sat down and waited for my order for about 10 minutes which I was timing because I parked in a 30 minute parking space. Then the waitress comes to tell me they are out of the soup I ordered. I declined a replacement and this time was offered a refund without having to ask. But again why wait until I have ordered and have been waiting to tell me you don't have what I want? Had I been told at the register it would have saved me from wasting time sitting there and it would have saved the manager time in having to do a refund. I'm not sure why this location runs out of stuff so much but I will not be visiting again to find out since it seems to be a pattern. read more

Watch out for contamination in their food! My mother ate a bagel there and a pebble in the bagel broke the crown on her tooth. It's been a nightmare getting Parena's corporate customer service to return our calls. When Jerry, their corporate customer service manager, finally returned our call 11 days later, the first thing he did was to flatly deny any responsibility. This is before they even looked at the evidence we kept. Panera should take responsibility if they caused injury to customers. Sensing Jerry is rude and unfriendly, I asked him if a supervisor can call me to discuss this further. He snapped back that they will not call since they have important things to do. I would think calling an injured customer is an "important" thing to do. Jerry also said there are no pebbles or stones in their cinnamon bagels but there are sands and pebbles in their other bagels. Watch out! This case is still ongoing but please be careful with their food. read more

This place has become a grad school staple for me. It's a great place to study, although their "peak hour" policy limits wi-fi to an hour and a half... It would be awesome if they had more outlets to plug in laptops, etc., but if you wait around at a non-outlet table long enough, one of the outlet tables should free up in due time. Coffee, pastries, and customer service are all wonderful! read more

I love Panera, but this location is just meh. The service is nice, but I feel like my my chicken chipotle is always made really fast and not as grilled as I would like it. I've been to other paneras and they seem to make better sandwiches. There's not a lot of parking during lunch time, so that could be annoying at times. But overall, it's ok. read more

Got their cinnamon roll - $2.59~. But it was a reward for myPanera card so I got it for free. Tasted pretty good, had a hint of lemon, but it was a bit dry. Customer service was great! She was super nice in helping me get my reward. read more

Love to go there to read and study - service is fast, food always fresh, they have the best brownies. The early closure of 8pm is the only negative thing and the parking there can be bad especially on Friday nights. At lunch time during the week, its super tight in there and so busy to the point of too much noise - you can hear everyone's conversations so it's not the best time of the day to study or read there at the lunch hour. read more

I really like their combo soup and half of sandwich. Though their food is great, i just can't give them the 5 star because everytime I come with my family there's never empty tables. Sometimes there's one person sitting on a big table with their books all over the table with their laptop and 1 drink. Some people just go in for the free wi-fi and don't bother buying food. Several times I have come in and see same people at the same table and keep refilling their 1 drink so they can use free wi-fi not fair for paying customers. Haven't these people heard of the library. Other than that the cashiers are all nice and friendly. Also really hard to get a parking because of Lucille's restaurant. read more

I personally preferred the tteokbokki and my bf preferred the sausage rice cake so it worked out perfectly :) The portion of the tteokbokki was really good, easily enough for at least 2 servings. I also really appreciated that they packed the katsu separately from the tteokbokki so it wouldn't get soggy on the way home. The only downside was that the katsu itself was a little dry but dipping it into the tteokbokki sauce actually helped a bit. I also tried my bf's katsu sandwich. It tasted exactly like what it sounds like but unfortunately it just wasn't really my cup of tea. The waffle fries were good, though I wish there had been a little more. The best part of our visit was definitely the customer service. The sweet older lady at the front was so kind and welcoming. She greeted everyone when they came in and again when they left, and you could really feel how warm and friendly she was. She honestly made the experience feel extra welcoming!! I am not new to Panera Bread. I like everything that I've had there. So why the 1 star? Poor customer service and lack of consistency with sandwich preparations. I've been bragging to my coworkers about one of the sandwiches that I get on a regular basis. Today's sandwich had NO PESTO and 2 little tomato pieces. I called because I really did not want to drive back today. I called 4 times and got no answer so I had to go. Especially, since I had bragged about the sandwich and purchased one for my coworker. I explained that there was NO PESTO SAUCE and very little tomato on the sandwich. I got a "sorry we'll make you fresh ones". As an after thought I was offered a small coffee. SMALL? When I got the new sandwiches, they had a dab of pesto in the center of the bread. You would think that they would've spread it all over (LIKE IN THE PICTURE) especially when that was the complaint. I also informed them that I had called several times. "Oh, what happened?" What do you think happened? Obviously no one answered the phone. "Oh, I'll make sure they know." ?? Then as I walk to my car, still unhappy and vowing not to return to this location, I notice the employee taking several large take out bags to her car, a delivery perhaps? Could it be that my 2 little sandwiches didn't warrant their full attention? This is not the only Panera where great customer service is lacking. read more

I dropped off my dog at the groomer so I thought I'd get in a little work as I waited. Panera is usually a good choice as it is quiet and the food is decent. They've also got booths with outlets, so that's a plus. Being that it is the lunch hour I realize that there'd be a possibility that the place would be busy..... but the place ended up being really busy. Moreover, it's not the most accessible. If you are not going west on South you'd never know that it was there until you passed it by and by then you wouldn't be able to u-turn until half a mile down. It's hard to give chains anything more than 3 stars, because by definition they are all alike. As long as they meet their standards they should get their 3 stars. Anything above that depends on the locations accessibility, staff, and comfort level. Being that I've been to some really great Paneras, I can only compare them to each other. This place meets the standards, but nothing more. Still, a nice and quiet place to work. Bring a sweater if you plan to work at any Panera. It gets chilly. read more

The cheddar broccoli soup was also disappointing due to its watery consistency, earning it a 4 out of 10. However, the customer service was exceptional, always friendly, deserving a perfect score. Big fan of this place. The employees are very nice and always ask how you are doing. I usually go for the "you pick 2" with a half sandwich and caesar salad. The food is very consistent and always tastes delicious. The last time I was there the cashier mistakenly ordered me the wrong sandwich so when they delivered it I told them I wanted another sandwich and they said no problem and took that sandwich away and quickly brought me the correct sandwich. I like this location the most out of all the ones Ive been to.The parking is easy and there's a lot to do around and all within walking distnace. I like Cerritos anyways , very family-oriented. What can you say about Panera bread, its great. I love the cherry pastry! Thats what got me into P.B. Besides that, The Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich is amazing. This is a nice hangout spot to meet up with friends. A girl by the name of Roxy was very helpful and made me feel comfortable while there for a buisness meeting. I been to other Panera but this one really stands up with prompt service and nice area to do either work for school. As alluded to in my initial review, Chick-fil-A rewards members in the Greater LA area can get a free chicken sandwich anytime within the next 3-4 days after an LAFC home win as long as they open the app that same evening. There was also a promo involving the LA Angels, but it seems to have changed so that you'd actually have to go to their home games to be eligible. Not with LAFC, who just recently played their last home game of the year, at least for the regular season, so I figured in preparation for the season of thanks, I'll put out this review update as a thank you to both LAFC and Chick-fil-A for the partnership over the past few years. My last visit was on Saturday, the last day the reward could be redeemed, and I was planning to attend a community event nearby. It had been a pretty hectic day and even week for that matter, so I figured making Chick-fil-A my last stop before said event would make for a nice break from everything that was going on this past week. I arrived at about 4 PM, and there were a handful of employees behind the counter chatting with each other, yet no customer was in line. It took about a minute before one of those employees, Arem I believe, came over to the register to assist me. I feel at this location, the employees aren't as punctual at serving the customer, but once they do, their good service commences. However, good service may also accompany slow service, and in this case, it felt a little slower than the Lakewood location, which would normally be my go-to. Here, it took about 7 minutes, which may not seem that long, but I've usually gotten my sandwich a few minutes quicker at other locations, especially Lakewood. It wasn't even that busy inside, especially since it was an hour that's too late to be called lunch, but too early to be called dinner, so at peak hours, I would expect a longer wait for your meal, especially for a whole family. However, there was plenty of Halloween decor around the restaurant that made the wait more than manageable. The skeleton by the restrooms with a Krispy Kreme style hat and an orange "Chick-or-Treat" shirt was a really nice touch. Say hi to Bone-ita on your next visit this month, and she'll give you a mint (or two) in a bucket! If you're really nice, she'll also let you tap a special button on the bucket that will make the handle light up. The tables have been maintained pretty well with flower vases on most of them inside the restaurant. It might have been a thing even before my initial review, but you can actually order from your table on your mobile device, and then they'd bring your order out to you. With how slow they've been on my recent visits, I may have to try that next time I visit this location. Something different between this year and last is that for the sauces that come in rectangular tubs, you have to request them at the register when you place your order. In the past, anybody could just grab any number of them at the counter across from the register, but now, that counter will only have the more common condiments like mayo, mustard, ketchup, and Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. The Lakewood location did the same thing too, and I wouldn't be surprised if other locations followed suit as well. The chicken sandwich tasted just like how it should taste like, with pickles underneath the chicken to further enhance the taste profile of the sandwich. It's certainly not the best tasting chicken sandwich, but unless you hate pickles or meat in general, you just can't go wrong with the original since 1964, as stated on their insulated bags. This probably won't make a "It's the Little Things" segment on their website, but when I went to toss my trash into the trash bin, I saw there were two holes: one for regular waste, and one for green waste. I get befuddled at times deciding the type of waste between the two, but one of the nice employees told me it didn't matter. So I just tossed the waste through the regular waste hole, and he pulled out just one trash bin that was underneath both holes. Turns out they separate the trash in the back, which made me wonder why we'd even be asked to separate the two up front if they were going to do so later? We were both confused by this and shared a few laughs, which did ease up the tension that had been building up in my system this past week. Service was overall good nonetheless. I still recommend patronizing this Chick-fil-A in Cerritos, but do hope they can be more punctual and provide faster service on my next visits.

After partaking in each week's deals, I was able to score this free regular bowl, which was actually loaded onto my account after the third week, giving me an extra week to redeem my free bowl. I had known about this location for a while since I pass by the area from time to time. However, since it wasn't the closest location to me, I hadn't bothered to go. That is, until I was doing some shopping in the area and needed to get lunch. This Flame Broiler is in Cerritos on the northeast corner of Pioneer and Del Amo. It's in the same plaza as 7 Leaves, Caesar's Mongolian, Dollar Tree, and Crunch Fitness. Flame Broiler is on the east end of the lot, closest to the gym, perhaps strategically placed there so that gym-goers can simply walk over for some healthy eats after a tough workout. First and foremost, don't assume that this Flame Broiler is similar to its neighboring locations. That's because at this location, you're supposed to head to the right to start building your bowl, and then you pay for your order, kind of like Subway, Chipotle, Pieology, etc. At the Lakewood and Long Beach locations, you simply walk up to the counter to place your order, and that's pretty much what I did at this location since there wasn't anybody in line when I went after 2 PM on a Saturday. I strategically waited until 2 PM because that's when Flame Broiler's Happy Hour usually starts, at least on weekdays. However, the Happy Hour deals are different from location to location. I was hoping this location would have a Happy Hour deal that could get me a free drink with my free bowl, but no such deal can be found at this location. Instead, the Happy Hour deal here is a mini chicken/tofu veggie bowl and a regular fountain drink for only $7.99 + tax. And actually, the deal works all day Saturday and Sunday, so I wouldn't have needed to wait anyways for their Happy Hour deal, which unfortunately wouldn't be compatible with my free bowl reward. I went up to the cashier to let her know my intent to get the free bowl, and she rang me up similar to how I'd get rung up at the neighboring locations. White or brown rice? Vegetables and green onions? The free bowl could have been any protein, and I chose the Steak Bulgogi. It took her a minute to build my bowl, insert it into a plastic bag, and hand me my bag. Except for a few things. I didn't get any sauces, utensils, or napkins! I made sure to ask for them after I asked for a water cup, and she directed me to a nearby counter that has sauce pumps, small cups for the sauces, napkins, and forks. Even more of a deviation from the norm because I'm used to getting pre-filled cups of sauce to go with my order, but here, I had to get the sauces myself. Plus a fork and napkins, which could have been touched by other customers, certainly a hindrance to germaphobes as I'll allude to in the following paragraph. When I went up to get sauces, I noticed the cups on one side of the counter had drops of sauce on them, indicative of the lack of care from the employees here. None of them, not even the cashier who built my bowl, bothered to walk over there to inspect it for cleanliness. While I appreciate how we could have gotten as much sauce as we wanted for our orders, the carelessness of others keeping that counter clean was quite a turnoff. Like I had to grab a clean cup from one side of the counter before going to the other side to get a sauce I wanted. Plus, those cups are pretty small, so you may need to make a second trip to get more sauce(s) for your bowl. The bowl I had was on par with what they should taste like. In fact, I might even say the steak bulgogi was of better quality than when I tried it at the Long Beach location! However, I felt the cashier could have added a little more of the protein, vegetables, or the brown rice before placing a lid on top of my bowl. Minor complaint, though. I had parked my car at a spot right in front of next door Caribbean Juice & Mexican Food; that spot was a 30-minute only spot, but I only needed about 20 to eat my lunch. At the register, they have punch cards, which the cashier told me was more for customers who don't have the app. I was also wondering if my free bowl would count as a stamp, but she said it did not. The punch card is only good at this location, and you can only get a stamp when you pay full price for a regular bowl or plate. After 5 stamps, you get a free 20 oz drink; after 10 stamps, you get a free chicken bowl. Overall, not a bad location to go to, but that drink dispenser was kind of haunted! The first time I had food from here was sometime back in 2012.
