The only thing I have ever come in and seen all over the place is the catering orders. Which is what made me order the wraps. Last week I had some guys working at my house and I picked up this wrap tray to bring them lunch. They were so excited because it was such a hot day and they said they love Salata but never get to go there. This was my first visit and I was feeling under the weather and really looking forward to a hot bowl of soup. When entering the restaurant the self serve kiosks are first so we thought that was how we had to order. My husband and I both selected soup and sandwich and my son selected a chili. We were prompted near the end of ordering for a special price to add desserts so we added 3 to our order. My husband and son's food arrived pretty quickly but the server said they were still working on mine. I waited and waited but no one ever came to deliver my meal. I went up to the service line to ask and was told by a very young lady (that turned out to be the manager) that they were having trouble with orders printing about 10 minutes later my food finally arrived but my food was cold and my family was already finished eating. The desserts were still missing and we had to ask about them as well. My son's dessert finally showed up but we were then informed that they were sold out of the two additional desserts...and have been since noon. After telling the young lady manager how disappointed that I was with my experience she ultimately refunded my entree and the desserts. It was a very disappointing experience when I was looking for comfort in a hot bowl of soup. Even with the refund, I will never return to this restaurant. read more

This panera bread is ran poorly. IT brings in woks of life. but i used to be hired for them, only for them to kick me out the day after. It brings in quite a diverse crowd from Cedar Park. But, I went there not too long ago, only to receive the same nasty stares and quick- hand-off service that they've been giving. I think being fired so quick from this store has stumbled my opinion but they clearly don't care for the customer. My personal opinion is 1 star for this store and it will stay this way. I love the surrounding area though with longhorn steakhouse and hobbylobby just a few feet away. i think there's a pleasent pho store close by. A hop daddy's? read more

Visited for the first time. Ordered chicken noodle soup in a bowl. It came out in a bowl that was only half full. When I questioned the guy that delivered the meal to my table I was told that a bowl is 12 oz of soup. To charge over $6 for 12 oz of soup is disappointing but for it to be served half full in a bowl that holds more than double that volume was unacceptable. I left feeling like I got ripped off and will probably never visit again. Just thought you should know. :-( read more
