TLDR: I'm impressed with the sandwiches here. Stopped in today to try the 'Italian' and 'A Wreck'. The reason my guest and I selected these was our doubts that the bread used would hold up under a heavier sandwich filling like meatballs or roast beef. (Case in point: don't ever order a Reuben at a different chain with 'Mike's' in the name.) However, our misgivings were misplaced - this is a sort of toasted hoagie bread, only less spongy and with a little more chew. So I'm holding back on any more stars until I get to come back and try a meatball sandwich. In the meantime, the Italian was a classic capicola, mortadella, pepperoni, salami, and provolone. The "Wreck" was definitely not a wreck of a sandwich as it had a great combo of salami, roast beef, turkey, ham, and Awiss cheese (though I switched it out for provolone). Great spot for a quick lunch in Cedar Park! It's located in the Parke Shopping Center (Marshall's, Old Navy, Whole Foods, BuyBuy Baby, etc) so it's super convenient to stop here in between shopping. Each time I've been the staff has been super friendly, and my food always comes out tasting great. It's an affordable place to eat and the food always comes out quickly. What more can you ask for! The bill was over $17.00. Her sandwich was all of 6 bites (about 3" long) and the broccoli cheese soup was too salty for her to eat. Mine was just "OK" and probably the 6" variety but there wasn't more than 1 oz of ham and a thin piece of Swiss cheese.
