I enjoy going to my local Panera. I usually go everyday to get my daily cup of joe availing of the Sip club. For $15 a month, you can get various beverages for free every day. An incredible deal. The People who work for are very friendly. ' Today, I got my usual coffee and ice water. I was a little hungry so I decide to get something sweet. The kitchen cookie sounded great. I actually thought it maybe too large because a single cookie cost $5.18. When I got the cookie, it was disappointingly small. Shame on them for charging so much money. Avoid making this mistake. The outside design of this Panera is strange. To enter the building from the side entrance you have to cut through the drive though line. This doesn't make any sense and it is a safety concern. Most of the time they do not close the doors to their rubbish corral. This creates a bad blind spot while crossing the road in back of the building. If I wasn't careful, I would have been T-boned on two different occasions. If you opt to go through the drive thru, it could take a few mins to an extreme of 20 mins or more. If an order is going to take more then a few mins, they really need to have the vehicle park. They don't do that because the design of this Panera is bad. read more

This Panera usually has a cleaner dining room, which can be found littered with older folks looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the local trendier coffee shops. Although the food can be hit or miss it's a good place to get a quick rapid pickup order and get a nice pastry. read more

Beware the hungry wild geese that hang out at this Panera. One day I was walking out the door and was immediately greeted by a group of hungry geese that started HISSING as soon as I opened the door to exit the Panera! Yes HISSING! I was startled and almost dropped my drinks but then later realized they were munching on a pile of bread that someone fed them. Never seen the sharp teeth on a goose's beak until that day. I've been scared ever since lol . Now I make sure the coast is clear when exiting but I've noticed they frequent this Panera as they are usually hanging out somewhere in the parking lot waiting for customers to feed them. The variety of food here is great! You can find all sorts of options like sandwiches, mac and cheese, salads, and more. Their pastries are delicious as well. My favorite is the kitchen sink cookie and the candy cookie. The poppy seed strawberry salad is mouth watering as is their fiesta chicken sandwich. They also have wonderful soup options. The only thing that wasn't great was service of getting our orders out. It was pretty slow and took a long time. read more

Had the pleasure of placing my order at the Ford Road location at the drive up today. Joshua took my order over the intercom and was pleasant and helpful answering my questions regarding menu items. Joshua brought my order to the drive up window. He had a smile on his face and asked if we needed anything else. Sounds pretty standard, however the reason I'm taking the time to leave a review is because Joshua's pleasant, yet professional attitude is something we don't see much on any given day. I ordered 2 of the You Pick2 lunches, and 3 almond pastries. I was shocked at how tiny the half-sandwiches have gotten and the little filling that was in them was dry and tasteless. There was bacon on one of them that was cold, limp, and mostly fat. The cup of soup that came with them was good. The almond pastries were quite small and fairly dry. At $4 each I expected better. They are the replacement for Bear Claws that were delicious and worth the $4. This meager lunch came to $36. Ridiculous. read more

i have been to this establishment since i was 8 years old and would eat weekly with my family. now still coming here ive noticed a huge decline in customer service especially from the drive through. The older woman with blonde hair has been disrespectful to customers on several occasions now, just recently refusing to hold out the drink to my car, refusing to talk to me and answer and making me get out of my car to get my drink due to me having shorter arms, however this could have been easily avoided and communicated which is what i initially wanted. Just wondering why you changed the frosting on the shortbread cookie. It's just not very good. The cookie was a popsicle shape, the frosting was too thick and tasteless. Placed pickup order thru app last night. When I went for pick up, the doors were closed. One of the staff came to the door and asked me to pick my order from drive thru window. The lines were really long for the drive thru and it was super slow. It took around 30 plus minutes to pick my order. Not a good visit this time. Very disappointed with the service. read more

Their pick two options are a nice option to get more this one item, but not overeat either. We have done the soup and salad or the soup and sandwich too. Heritage ham and Swiss on a tomato basil miche center loaf is my husband's preferred sandwich here, either with a Caesar salad or chicken noodle soup, dependent on how he feels that day. This location is fair. The service is slow, apparently because they are of course said to be short handed. There are several kiosks at the entrance to take your order. We waited about 15 minutes then for two cold sandwiches. Oddly they were out of chips which came with the sandwiches, and everything else cost more. So we were out of pocket an extra $4 or so because of this. The floor definitely needed swept up. Otherwise the interior is nice. At the front entrance outside, the parking curbs are a crumbling mess and a trip hazard. New ones cost about $50. This tells me someone just doesn't care. There are several tables outside, but oddly no trash cans. So if you eat out there like we did, you'll need to take your garbage back inside. Weird. Overall it's just OK but this location needs some management attention for sure. read more

This location is constantly out of drink cups (you'll have to ask the people behind the counter for more), the pop machine almost always has an out of order sign(good luck if you have the Sip Club subscription), and there is trash everywhere inside that is never attended to! read more

Met friends here, had a good time. Baby K wanted to check everything out, and staff were great and helpful. We stayed awhile talking. Comfy booth, lots of other seating options. Lots of enticing pastries. I ended up with a thumbprint cookie after dinner, and it was great. I had a soup and salad combo, the caprese salad and corn chowder. Their soups are pretty good, and the chowder is no exception. The caprese was good, but there wasn't much cheese and there were strawberries I wasn't expecting. Still, fresh, tasty, and enjoyable. Nice drink selection. Large selection of entrees. Reasonably healthy. Good atmosphere. Ordered a large hot coffee (tasty on a 13°F day!) and heated everything bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. Upon pick-up, was told no Everything nor Sesame bagel. Only varieties that sucked ass or tasted like drywall from the Great Recession was left. WTF? I thought this was a bagel place! Staff was great trying to find me an alternative. The bacon turkey bravo was as excellent as ever. Something about that bread! Delicious!!The cashier forgot to mark the salad in my order to go, so it was on the plate with my half sandwich. When I told the young woman in food prep, she basically said, "oh" and took it off the plate. Within a short period of time she handed me a salad in a box. I asked if there was dressing on the side and she said there was a container in the box with the salad. When I went to lunch today, I put the dressing on the salad and went to stir it, when I noticed it was swimming in dressing on the bottom. Last night, the young woman in food prep had dumped the salad, complete with dressing, into a to go box, then put new dressing in a container on top. The salad was DRENCHED in dressing, and very unappetizing at this point. What a disappointing lunch. Thankfully, when I called on my drive home today to complain, the manager apologized and put my name on a list so I can get a free replacement at my earliest convenience. I appreciated that. My daughter's mac and cheese had more cheese than mac. I find it disappointing that it's just food from a packet that they heat up. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken and edamame blend (extra charge). My salad was delivered with no chicken and no edamame. When I called the employee took the info and said they would call me back. When I got the call back I was told they no longer carried the edamame (take it off your website then) and offered a redelivery with chicken or a refund for the chicken and edamame. I took the redelivery option as long as it could be 30 min or less. It came 45 min later, it was chicken and plain lettuce, no tomato, no cucumber, nothing! I finally learned my lesson with the Panara on ford road in canton. I went inside, placed an order with Pam. Paid for the order, and was told I was all set and she handed the bags to me. Then I get a call five minutes later from Pam that I forgot some of some of my order. WHAT.. How did i forget, do I work there, did I pack the food??????? Pam wanted me to drive back and I told I could not and then she states what would you like me to do about it, acting like I caused this problem not her. Hey Pam stop acting like your entitled. During this time you have another person in the background telling her to tell me this or that. If this person wanted to talk to me then maybe they should have called me. I've been to Panera in Canton twice now for lunch with a friend. The place is relaxing and the voices never get so loud that it's hard to converse. We don't feel rushed to get out of there so that someone else can have our table. The people taking the orders and the people circulating in the dining areas have been very friendly and helpful. Everything I've had at Panera has been decent to pretty darn good from a chain restaurant. Nice soups, sandwiches and salad, and also some sweet treats and tea or coffee. The hazelnut coffee smelled heavenly! The parking lot is a bit frantic in front of the door, because the drive through and the handicapped parking often interfere with each other. I accidentally missed the driveway and ended up next door at the (closed?) carpet store, and there was plenty of parking just over the grassy divider. If the traffic on Ford Road is too thick for your taste, turn north onto Lilley and use the back road to approach Panera from the back side. You can leave the same way, using the light at Lilley to give you a chance to get back out into traffic. Learned that trick from my friend, who lives near there. Free Wi-Fi. read more
