AS you can see all of my tips, from so many many check ins here, I love this place! The crew, the Managers, the food and the great Hazelnut coffee..I love them all! The prices are great for what you get, because though it feels a little bit "pricey" at first; if you think about it, you're getting alot of food and good quality food with great taste! They will make it the way you like it and if you sign up for their free "Panera rewards" card and you swipe it every time you visit; you can end up with lots of free sandwiches, soups, coffee's and other stuff, even cookies! The managers Ben, Mary and the district Manager now, Chris (I think that's his title and if I"m wrong, I'll fix it next time around! LOL ...they are all so wonderful to me and my family. I feel very safe here, to sit and do my computer "things" and I know they won't let anything happen to me! ...Long story....for me, I mean...but they are very kind and good hearted. Sat and waited for my food to be placed through an online order on the shelving and it was never placed where it should have been alphabetically they never called my name out to let me know my order was ready I seen the bag sitting on the counter but I wasn't sure it was mine because nobody said anything they had multiple orders coming in and out when I asked for my sandwich to be remade because the bag sat there 10 minutes they refused. I always find this Panera to be hit or miss. I often have minor things missing or changed with my order, such as missing bread or a different sandwich. The drive thru is a convenient feature, but the wait can be extremely long. I've gone to a closer Panera that recently closed so this location is now my go to. On my most recent visit, I went through the drive thru with my family. The wait was pretty long, 10-15 minutes. However, my order was all correct and accounted for, so I appreciated that even if I had to wait awhile, it was worth it and I only had to wait once! The staff was friendly and apologized. Panera recently began serving family style meals which are a great bang for your buck. They include things such as Mac and cheese, Cesar salad, different sandwiches, and cookies. I hope they keep these around after COVID-19 as they are extremely convenient. Family style meals need to make a comeback everywhere. read more

normally i wouldn't write a bad review as i work in the restaurant industry and understand that mistakes are made. i ordered a margarita flatbread through doordash. doordasher grabbed the right order as the recipient was attached to the box. the margarita flatbread is supposed to have grape tomatoes, and basil leaves. Instead I received a flatbread with sliced tomatoes and tomato juice in little pools on my cold, wet flatbread. Once again i do understand that mistakes happen, but this just needed to be said. Since when do we eat with gloves on while making food? Disgusting. Nice people, but this turned me off immediately.

I'm a big fan of Panera and this location is within walking distance of my office. When they first opened I overdosed on Panera. The great thing about this place is the variety. I can eat here all the time and not eat the same thing too often. They have a huge menu and all of it is good. The thing that really ROCKS about this location is the drive-thru they just opened! I think they are still working out some of the kinks because it can be a bit slow going through it, buy by winter time when you really would rather stay in your car, it will be awesome! Some of my current favorites: bear claw, low-fat black cherry smoothie (YUM), low-fat chicken noodle soup, and the Asian Chicken salad!! read more

Today, my boyfriend and I went to Panera to pick up dinner. We ordered for curbside, and when we got home, we realized the order was messed up. I'm definitely picky, and this wasn't the first time that this has happened here, but I was understanding and went back in to ask to get the order fixed. Thankfully, I was helped by Donny, the manager! He got us in and out after fixing our order (and threw in an extra cookie!) so that we could get back home to eat. This is a busy but nice location. There needs to be a better handle on crowd control on the inside. Allowing people to hang over the food with no mask at this time and what we are dealing with is unacceptable. If you are requiring mask that's fine but require them until customers sit down to eat. I think I will pass this time and wait for improvements to safety measures are in place. read more

I wish I could give them no star. The cashier was cutting the bread with the same gloves that he accepts money, cards & etc. He also touches the register I told him about him and he got very angry. The staff is lovely and i got a delivery on time but i'm mostly here to gush about their green tea! i've loved it ever since elementary school and the recipe for it has gotten even better over the years! they must put some kind of addictive in it because i literally cannot get enough of it. Also they sell it bottled for delivery and my life has been changed forever. They recently changed their online ordering system to DoorDash. I ordered and never received food. I contacted them and they couldn't take my order over phone due to new system. They also charged me. I had the order number and the email and still no reimbursement after talking to managers. I will not be ordering from them again. They have the worst customer service. read more

My recommendation is to check your order before you leave. This location consistently messes up orders, leaves items out, or gives you other items without regard to communicate. This is not one or two instances, this is the norm. Drive thru and online seem especially vulnerable to this. read more

I love, love, love Panera Bread! This Canton location offers the tasty breads and soups and dishes that would satisfy you anywhere else. However, what does distinguish this location is the timing. This location takes a rather long time to prep your food which can be a grand inconvenience considering you don't think of Panera as a formal sit down meal location where you intend to spend over 30 minutes, but I've had to! The turn around time in their drive through is also lackluster. Customer service is nice, but the timing is what deters me from coming back to this location more often. read more

Saturday morning breakfast on way to pharmacy. I used the drive thru at this location as normal and experienced by far the most professional complete experience through any drive thru. First the line went relatively fast. My experience at the speaker blew me away. Brandon/Brett, I really don't remember, projected his voice clearly through the speaker. He listened to my order then read it back to confirm it. Then I was caught off guard when he asked for my Panera reward number which he entered in the POS then told me I had a discount on a beverage. The perfect place!! I come here multiple times whether for an early morning study session or a quick bite to eat for lunch/dinner. The last 2 times I've been here I had the BBQ Chicken Salad. As a pregnant lady, one of my consistent go-to's seems to be Panera Bread. I frequent a few Panera locations- Southgate, Woodhaven, as well as this one in Canton. This one does have a drive-thru, which I have never used, but I would consider that a plus. They always seem to be quite busy, but I would comment that their parking lot is a bit of a hassle, due to the horseshoe shape and the drive thru line winding its way through most of the lot and cars can't get around. The food is consistent, and I was actually asked what side I wanted to go with my meal, which doesn't happen very often nowadays (it seems they are pushing the bread by not telling you about the chips or apple) I don't think I'll be able to go there in the mornings- because I'm sure it's crazy! read more

Conveniently located on Ford road just west of 275. This area is so busy and getting into the parking lot going east is difficult. This is a spacious and bustling restaurant with freshly baked pastries, sandwiches and breads. It is very inviting and there is lots of seating. It's the perfect place for a quick lunch or snack. I only had the hazelnut coffee which is delicious. The salads I saw nearby were huge and full of fresh ingredients!!!
