If you're tired of run of the mill sub shops like Subway, then you'll find Blimpie a refreshing change of taste. I really like how they make their subs from freshly sliced deli meats, and other ingredients, which is gives their sandwiches a major edge in my book. Likewise, they do catering for parties and special events. The inside of this Blimpe restaurant is very clean, but can be crowded when there are events at the local theater across the street. This underscores the need for more parking in Cherry Hill Village, and there are more housing subdivisions currently under construction that will make this even problem worse than it currently is. that being said, don't let this deter you from coming to this restaurant.

For the most part- i have always been happy with this Blimpie location. It's a convenient location and many people can walk here. The inside is clean and the staff is friendly. They slice the meat and cheese as you order and bake the bread in the store. I've always been happy with the freshness of the bread and meats. This location can be slow at times and very busy at times. They are sometimes understaffed and it can take much longer than needed. This location has a Blimpie and Coldstone at one location and they share a staff. If you walk in and there are lines...just wait because they work as fast as they can. Overall- I enjoy their sandwiches and location. I will be back soon!

As far as fast food and subs go, Blimpie is a worthy competitor. This location just opened, and they're trying to put their best foot forward by offering personable service and well-made subs. Personally, I prefer the Blimpie Best, which would likely be called an Italian sub elsewhere. I ordered mine on zesty parmesan bread, which I'll change to plain white or wheat next time, as the specialty breads are too soft and too close to what I don't like about Subway's subs. For toppings, I chose "the Blimpie Way," which is tomato, lettuce, onion, oil, vinegar, and Italian seasoning. I subbed sweet peppers (the BEST condiment they have!) and pickles for onion. The sub was great, and I'll be back. I'm thrilled to have a decent sub shop within walking distance.

Now THATS a sub!

The service is good. We love going there when in a rush to gymnastics at Jumparama just down the street, which is also an amazing business.

It's located near the gorgeous Cherry Hill Village and if you have not seen Cherry Hill Village - I truly suggest that you trek out just to see these colorful houses.

Swung by today running some errands and wanted to grab some Arabic baked goods. Turns out it's more…read morethan just a bakery but an eatery with a pretty extensive menu as well. So, in addition to stocking up on meat pies, spinach pies, and cheese manaeesh (flatbread) I also ordered lunch! They have a variety of sandwich pita wraps, manaeesh with a variety of different toppings, a few dinner plates, and the manau-wich, which is a wrapped sandwich made with their cheese manaeesh instead of pita. I ended up going with the chicken shawarma version of that and it was really good! Pretty rich with all that extra cheese but very good! I got the combo which also included a drink and fries, making it a hearty meal, especially for lunch. The sandwich was pretty good size, too, and could easily make two meals given how hearty it was. There's a bit of seating inside so waiting for my order was comfortable but I could see it filling up quickly during lunch rush. I think I'd most likely do takeout. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and patient with me as I got myself familiar with their menu. Would definitely make my way back here for a bite, some baked goods to go, or both! PS--for a larger baked good selection come earlier in the day, I got the meat pies I wanted but I definitely cleaned them out.

I enjoyed the food, but I was not a fan of the service. I won't go into details about that, but my point is I didn't want to give them business when there were plenty of bakeries I felt were more deserving of my money. But of course like many other restaurants in Dearborn they decided to open shop in Canton. Decided to give them a chance, so I ordered one item that I considered a classic item for me and one that was a relatively new addition. This led me to get a cheese and pepperoni manaeesh as well as the hot honey buffalo chicken slider (which came recommended by the cashier who claimed it was his idea). I will say I was pleased with the service here and I throughly enjoyed the food which was made fresh. My only complaint was the chicken slider was too messy and the buns barely existed so holding it was a pain. Beyond that the place looks like a typical Lebanese owned bakery which felt authentic to me. It's definitely a take out place, but you can't go wrong eating there if you don't mind the simple feel. Will come back again for sure

The only difference between now and then, as the cheese steaks were much bigger but I'm not complaining. You have to always have a fork because the meat falls out there's so much of it. I always get a cheese steak with extra cheese and pepper's on the side and a small root beer. The service is fast as long as you get there before the lunch rush. But I don't mind standing in line. This time, I'm going to take home a lunch meat sub for later tonight. I don't think I've ever had one. My father was friends with the original owner. My dad worked at the Ford Rawsonville plant. He would take orders from the people on the line and go to Gabriels and pickup sometimes 20 hoagies or more. He told my dad for every ten that he ordered, he would give him a free one. My brother and I like to stop by there at least once a month. Do yourself a favor please go check this place out. You can thank me later.

The steak and cheese hoagie was seasoned well and hot so I can't say much about that other than it's good. The bread was interesting, it reminded me of the soft buns they used for sloppy joes in the best way. It was soft and almost instantly melted/broke down with the meat and cheese so that you get everything melding together. The only reason why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that fast food places have conditioned me to expect some side like fries for $13-14. My order came out to be around $14 with the hoagie and a medium drink but no sides so that's why it's a 4 for me. I'd give it a 4.5 if I could.

The ambience is absolutely lovely--spacious, clean, and very pleasant to sit in. The upstairs seating area is especially nice, with comfortable tables and chairs that make it a great spot to relax. They also offer a good selection of packed bakery items on display that look fresh and tempting, making it ideal for a quick grab-and-go visit. That said, the dine-in experience was let down by long wait times. I ordered a croissant and a falafel sandwich and ended up waiting significantly longer than expected, with little to no updates on my order. The ordering system--placing the order in one area and then waiting with a buzzer to collect before paying--felt somewhat inefficient, especially during off-peak hours on a weekday when the café wasn't particularly busy. In terms of food, the falafel sandwich was decent, while the croissant was just okay. Overall, the service felt slow and somewhat disorganized during this visit. I later stopped by just for grab-and-go items, and that experience was much smoother and quicker. Overall, the café has a beautiful ambience and fresh offerings, but there is definitely room for improvement in service speed and order management for dine-in items.
