The staff, specifically the young lady working the front counter, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and worked fast while still making sure everything was perfect. My sub was fresh, delicious, and exactly how I ordered it. You can tell the team here really cares about customer service and keeping things running smoothly. It's always nice to walk into a place where the employees are positive and helpful. Multiple delivery issues, they always "contract delivery out" that won't show up. After waiting over an hour and not receiving my order the manager told me "maybe it was stolen" and that they didn't want their driver to take my delivery because there wasn't a large enough tip on the order (I tip in cash once it's delivered). With prices being the way they are it's hard to overplay for a cold sandwich with this kind of service (or lack there of). With all the other options I'd go elsewhere, especially for delivery.
