We were taking our granddaughter from out of state so we could all experience it for the first time together as she had this on her "must try" list. We got 2 box combo's. Chicken was super moist, fries on point and 2 of us liked the sauce. My fiancé does not do pepper well, so she had to eat the strips plain. They do not have seasoning on them at all, so she was a tad bummed. Really wish they would offer ranch at the least. Overall it was good for my granddaughter and myself as we enjoyed the sauce. 4 stars for food, but Sanara got the 5th star with her smile and attitude.

Several weeks later, when the crowds died down, I popped in for dinner. The small parking lot was nearly full; I snagged the last spot. Maybe this is more of a to-go place? The menu is very limited. Essentially, there are various combinations of (3, 4, and 6) chicken fingers with fries and sides. There is also a chicken sandwich. I ordered the Box Combo, which includes four chicken fingers, sauce, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and a beverage, but I was worried I would still be hungry. The staffer reassured me that it would be more than enough. And she was right. The sizable chicken fingers were juicy and tender with a tasty, crunchy coating. The crinkle-cut fries were a-okay, as was the coleslaw. However, I did not care for the sauce, expecting it to be a bit sweeter, like J. Alexander's, nor did I care for the toast. The team staffing the restaurant was top-notch. They stayed on top of cleaning up the restaurant and replacing the garbage cans while remaining friendly and pleasant to customers.

I wasn't sure if the drive thru screens were lagging, as it kept going black, but my order was messed up. I ordered a kids cheese butter burger with "everything" on it (NOT JUST THE WORKS) and had to correct the worker after he input just the works for me. I also redeemed my custard token for vanilla with brownie (as my plan was to eat the brownie bits and use the rest of the custard for my rootbeer to make a float) but "cookie dough" was input instead of brownies. This happened at around 9:50PM last night . While the worker was reading it back to us, he even said "brownie" but my receipt read cookie dough. Disappointed but not surprised.

And the Culver's burger is either #1 or 2 on my list of favorite smashburgers, depending on my mood. Plus I eat far too many concrete mixers, so to say I'm a fan is an understatement. But this location unfortunately is a touch subpar compared to others in the area and I say that based on 3 things. 1) their drive thru is the slowest I have encountered. There have been times I've waited 20+ minutes for orders. 2) as I said above I frequently order concrete mixers. This location virtually never fully mixes the cup. It's the norm to have no mix ins in the bottom half. 3) Compared to the other locations I frequent, Canton is the most expensive. Specifically the base cost for their concretes, and the cost of the extra mix ins. So tied to #2 above, this location charges more for a more inferior product. I've been coming to this location for years, ever since they opened. In the beginning the owner was there all the time and he was on top of service. It's now been a couple years since I've seen him. Lance, if you are reading this, the store could use your attention again. I say that as a fan.

It's still a…read morepretty new place -- they've only been open for about a year and a half -- but everything tasted fresh, hot, and made to order. I ordered a fish slider, a chicken slider, and a bacon cheeseburger slider, and they were all really good. The fish slider was especially tasty and probably my favorite. The fries had a light crisp to them and the flavor was pergect! My custom order took about 15 minutes, which seemed pretty reasonable, and it was definitely worth the wait. The sliders had a fresh, homemade taste that really set them apart from typical sliders you might get somewhere else. The prices were pretty fair too and seemed about the same as other similar spots around here. My order was $23 which included the custard shake My to-go order came in a sturdy cardboard box, which I liked. They also included ketchup packets, and napkins. The only downside was that it was packed so full the lid didn't close all the way. With three sliders, fries, and a couple seasonings all in one box, everything got a little squished by the time I opened it. Using two boxes for bigger orders might help keep the food in better shape and make it look a little more appealing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, there was plenty of parking, including handicap parking. I also liked that the drink station was self-serve, so you can grab your own drink and refills. They even offer catering, which is a great option for parties and events. Overall, it was a great experience with fresh food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for a great customer experience!

They listed what pop products they have (Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, lots of great choices!) in a concise manner. It took roughly 5 mins for our food to be ready once we pulled up to the window. Food smelled delicious in the car, and was very satisfying to eat. The buns are brioche and went really well with the burger. Fries were a 4/5, thicker and adequately seasoned! Onion rings were very crispy and had a lot of batter on them, they were a 4/5 as well. Overall, a good experience, and I'm excited to go again! I would imagine eating in the restaurant right when our food came out would've enhanced the experience.

But the reality is, this place is busy because the food is really good AND there is a significant amount of prep. Yes, they don't answer their phone sometimes. Yes, it can take a while to get your food. But I suspect this is because they are already so backed up with orders they can't be sure they will even get to you. It sure doesn't seem like this is due to laziness. They are always very busy and working hard. So order early and enjoy.

Quite an accomplishment, but not a good one! I tried some shrimp from my gf's entree and that was a lot better. The noodles were okay. They just used linguine noodles rather than Asian lo mein noodles, but flavor was decent. In my opinion, the chicken fried rice was the best part - it was hibachi style fried rice with butter in it, like you'd get at Benihana. It was flavorful and delicious! I probably would've given this a 4 if I had the shrimp, but I'm glad I know that the beef should be avoided. While I wouldn't be opposed to eating here again, I don't think I'd actively seek it out.

The ingredients were fresh ... melted smoked Gouda, (shredded) lettuce, tomato and pickled peppers. Not a fan of shredded lettuce. I prefer a couple of leaves of chilled crisp lettuce. The tomato was a winter tomato and did not add any acidity. The bun was properly toasted a beautiful golden brown. The onion rings ... sigh. Tasty and not a grease farm ... and while fried perfectly, they arrived mostly a giant lump of stuck together. They were served hot and on a separate plate a few minutes after the burger arrived. I decided to splurge and try a peanut butter shake. Terrific ice cream ... no HFCS aftertaste. Great peanut butter flavor. Two disappointments: - Value. $8 for the size ... insufficient value. - I like my milkshakes to be blended a bit coarse; not blended textureless, soft-serve smooth. You've been warned. My wife ordered the bison burger, well done. It was served precisely as ordered. She was happy. The portion of sweet potato fries was large, properly fried and served hot. Ambiance ... disturbed by one VERY LOUD woman engaged in a running dialog with the bartender. They seemed to know each other. Otherwise; it is clean, organized and has a good neighborhood bar vibe. Will I return? Yes.
