Chewy, but fully done; no white fat but opaque fully cooked! Awesome burger. 9 out of 10. I also ordered a raspberry shake. It was good ( 6 out of 10 ) and shared it with my wife. Maybe I am spoiled by super sweet chocolate shakes from White Castle. A pricey over $6. Perhaps skip this one or try a malt. I also ordered Chili Cheese Fries.
