I appreciate how transparent the Chief Foraging Officer is with any changes in sourcing, etc. I'm also digging the additional gems like morels this week! My first order was great! I was mostly looking for ground pork because I couldn't find it anywhere in the grocery stores. But then I couldn't help but purchase some other protein - since it's so hard to find nowadays! It was an easy pick up process at the Ann Arbor warehouse with clear directions. Note that they offer pick up all throughout MI and as far as KZOO, Grand Rapids, and Bay City! Some things to consider: *The timing -- you have until the Monday of, for pick up on the following Friday. For instance, I placed my order today (5/8) for pick up on 5/15. *The meat comes frozen! So if you're planning a meal, be sure to buffer in some thaw time.

Left feeling like these people didn't know anything about the kitchen they were running.We called the health department and were surprised to find that.These folks don't even have a license.
