I didn't feel like going out to get food so found this place on a food delivery app (I can't…read moreremember which one my apologies). This business is not a physical entity from what I understand, but strictly delivery. The menu items looked really good when I was making the order so I took a chance on them. I must say they really did leave a poor first impression. The food was incredibly messy, especially the burgers. I didn't mind my chicken sandwich, but it wasn't anything special. My main issue was the food had waaaay too much salt, especially the burger patties. Even though everything tasted okay while we were eating it, we felt so crappy afterwards and regretted it. Glad we tried it out to see for ourselves, but I can't in good conscience recommend them.

Michigan Farm to Family was founded in 2016 and really focuses sourcing from/supporting local farms. I appreciate how transparent the Chief Foraging Officer is with any changes in sourcing, etc. I'm also digging the additional gems like morels this week! My first order was great! I was mostly looking for ground pork because I couldn't find it anywhere in the grocery stores. But then I couldn't help but purchase some other protein - since it's so hard to find nowadays! It was an easy pick up process at the Ann Arbor warehouse with clear directions. Note that they offer pick up all throughout MI and as far as KZOO, Grand Rapids, and Bay City! Some things to consider: *The timing -- you have until the Monday of, for pick up on the following Friday. For instance, I placed my order today (5/8) for pick up on 5/15. *The meat comes frozen! So if you're planning a meal, be sure to buffer in some thaw time.

As it was, there was a car parked precisely where I told them to park. I went to the front door and a young man was standing there as if he had been there awhile. I asked if he rang the bell and he said yes, though I didn't hear my doorbell. No worries... He hands me my one bag and very small pkg of TP. The total was 60+ and I expected more bags, but no worries again, then I see he bought the most expensive grapes, the smallest/greenest Cantaloupe, 5 fairly yellow bananas, (for which I had requested greener ones) the smallest bag of spinach and 3 tomatoes I am fairly sure were not "organic" at all. He selected Kroger's, which is my "go to" and I know their products very well, and he did select the most expensive of almost every item. Called the number but received a VM. Reason for my call? The price had not been adjusted for the TP substitution. Hopefully, Benny will call me with a new total on my one and only order with Delivice. So, when you put this one lil ol' service of mine all together, I rate it a two (2). I have ordered from three other local A2 delivery services and found each to be far more superior and professional. They provided a much better communication between shopper and customer, better product selections and each had a much better "user friendlier" website (BTW).
