I went here and I have to say this is the cleanest Jimmy John's ever! I have been here a few times in the past but only visited through the drive through. This time I came and ate inside. Loved how it was set up! The employees were very helpful and friendly. The little John sub I got was amazing and of great quality!! The bread was done perfectly and very fresh! The atmosphere was very friendly and I really enjoy reading all of the signs on the walls!! You can definitely tell that the management at this location definitely knows what they are doing and they run a great sub shop! I will definitely be back again to eat inside again! read more

Charged my wife two times for one order, and TWICE blew it off, refusing to accept responsibility for the error (once through the store manager and once through the regional manager), as if *we* were out of line for asking them to refund the second charge. Will not return to this branch, and urge everyone else to stay away!! Keep your money!! read more

I noticed my usual Jimmy John's was not listed so I added it. Always good to know what your options are. I like this locale because it is right off the freeway and I am often on Michigan Ave at any rate. They are attached to a gas station but I would not call it gas station food, it is convenient though. They offer online ordering, always get my order right, are super friendly and even offer up helpful suggestions. Yep we all know Jimmy Johns and what they are about, good sandwiches and fast service. This place lives up to that hype. It's always clean in here and that is a must in a sandwich place. I vary what I get. Both breads are good options depending what sandwich you choose. The meat all works and there are plenty of fresh veggies to be had. Try the cucumbers and sprouts for added interest. Also be sure to let them drop some vinegar, oil and oregano on your sandwich. I am also a fan of the dijon option, particularly on the beach club. The avocado spread is much healthier and tastier than mayo as well. For you out of town folks who have no clue about Jimmy Johns, do not come in here looking for toasted sandwiches, you will not find them. These are classic cold subs. Spent $70 on food and realized I didn't have my drinks so I called back to ask if I could get the drinks put on my account so I could just get them another time since I had already left. They were rude immediately and said in such a rude tone "well I'm right here with my manager and we packed it so what could you be missing" acting like I was lying right off the bat. I said the drinks and he said "you're a grown ass women and can get your own drinks" and said that wasn't his problem. All I wanted was to be able to get my drinks next time I got food there. Needless to say, wont be going back. Definitely don't recommend this location unless you want to be treated poorly over something that could have been so simple. Ended up bringing it all back for a refund because being treated like that after spending $70 on sandwiches is ridiculous. read more

This location is AWFUL. I pulled into the drive thru at 12:18pm and, with two cars ahead of me, we did not get our three subs until 12:32pm. When I got to the window and the cashier asked me how I was doing, I stated I was fine except for being irritated with the extremely lengthy wait. She rolled her eyes at me and said "Umm, okay". Having worked in high end customer service myself for many years, this level of utter disregard was really quite striking to me. After all of that, our sandwiches were thrown together haphazardly as heck. Maybe they have sea lions putting the sandwiches together rather than humans, and that's why it takes so long? The bread was super crispy and hard and not at all what I'd expect from JJ's, especially at lunchtime on the weekend. Avoid this location. Any other nearby location can offer a vastly superior meal and service experience. Sad. read more

The drive-thru attendant was exceptionally polite and energetic. He made me feel super excited about my sandwich, which was delicious by the way, and wasn't phased by my customizations. I never was a sub fan until when I was working and forgot to pack my lunch, I then decided on ordering Jimmy Johns. The worker was very nice on the phone and didn't rush me when I had questions. They also are as fast as they say they are and got to me within ten minutes. You guys are awesome keep it up! :) The only thing I didn't like was the awkward location it was in. I tried to find it and finally noticed that it was connected to a gas station that's pretty shady at night. Good thing you guys deliver! read more

We went for a late lunch. I ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 were wrong. Didn't find out until I was home. The vegetarian sandwich did not have everything that was in the description (just cheese, lettuce, tomato and very few cucumbers). My other sandwich was the complete wrong sandwich. Very disappointed. I am from out of town and have never had a problem at home locations. The cashier and other staff were very friendly, but the person who handed me my sandwiches looked at me like I was asking for the moon when I asked if the sandwiches were marked and if I could have a bag. These guys do not know anything about customer service. I placed large delivery order for a meeting at my company today, they delivered the order with the drinks which I paid for. I had to call them and the rude Mangager told he can cancel the drinks ... I paid large tip to the driver, but if I noticed their was no drinks I would pay zero. I will not recommend this location for any business catering. They have no clue. read more

Having recently moved right across the street, we didn't have time/money to go anywhere else in the moving process, so we ate at this Jimmy John's several times during the first few weeks--having never had Jimmy John's before. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and quick service, even in the drive-thru. The food was always good. One time, in my wife's haste, she forgot to ask for no mayonnaise. She returned the sandwich about a half hour later, and they replaced it immediately... without question! read more

Unhappy with this place & I used to like going there! Employees (only 2 this time) don't seem to care about making a good sandwich & have very little "people skills"! It's "Strike 3" for me & I've given the place many "at bats"! Will probably try the JJ's in Wayne next time, or Mancino's or Jersey Mike's, etc! I called to complain that one of my 3 subs had something BLACK on and in the bread I was put on hold for a few mins then was told to call back in 10 mins.So with sub in hand I go back to show Manager ..after sharply telling the employee who told me to call back "GO HOME GO HOME NOW:" We discussed what the Black Stuff could be Not Mold.. bread is fresh so must be something on the pan or someones gloves when it was made YUCK!! So I work about a half mile from this jimmy johns location. Placed my delivery order at 630pm(half hour in advance of my lunch) and didn't arrive til almost 8:10 pm!! And its not the first time its happened. Ole boy on the phone kept asking what entrance to Ikea I was waiting for him at mind u I work at an auto factory that's around 10 miles away from the nearest Ikea lol. Then he gets here and my pop tatses like it was a coke and water mix drink at some hotel bar. Bread was more mushy then retirement home dinners, and the mayonnaise kinda smelt like the dude delivering it. Overall terrible experience. Stay away. These people could fuck up a wet dream! read more
