It was so busy but still fast. We didn't ordered when we got there it took less than 10 mins. I didn't think it would be so busy. I got a the steak & cheese and the club sub. They were both fresh the bread was so soft. The steak & cheese was very flavorful they had the right amount of pepper and cheese ratio to steak. Every bite had all three in it. Ken's favorite sandwich shop in the area, so if I wanted to be included in his work-from-home lunch run I had to find MY sandwich. Mine is the #11 Stickball Special - ham, salami and provolone. It's strange because I don't always love ham, but I like JM's a lot. I don't usually like sub sandwiches, specifically cold sub sandwiches...yet this works. I get it "Mike's way" and add spicy pepper relish. I usually get a regular size, which I can finish in one meal or stretch if I have something with it (apple or carrot sticks or chips). Service is always quick, even when they bog down at lunchtime. They have a loyalty card that'll get you free stuff. read more

My family was have a get together at a park. And we decided to use this location. We had the catering box sandwiches. Bre and the staff took my order every sandwich was amazing. We had the lettuce and other topings boxed up separately so people could build there own. Every single thing was there.it was easy simple and tasty. Our family will do this again. It was growing late and I knew my dinner options were limited, unless I was willing to do my own cooking. I wasn't. I had wanted to try Jersey Mike's for a while so the timing was perfect. There was only one other customer ahead of me so once I made my decision between the hot and cold sandwiches, the sandwich maker got started. I requested the Original Italian, regular size, on white (rosemary parm, wheat, and gluten-free bread were also available) so provolone, ham, prosciutto, capicola, salami, and pepperoni were sliced to order. Sandwich seasonings and EVOO/red wine vinegar "juice" were liberally sprinkled onto the sandwich, amping up the flavor. I was on my way in just a few minutes. I loved the fresh and crusty roll and the variety of deli meats. But what I loved more was the camaraderie of the staff and the kindness they showed to their regulars. Jersey Mike's is an ongoing addiction for me. Their subs are always made to order using freshly sliced meat that never touches a prep pan or a sleeve of wax paper. I love this about JM's! Mike's Way style and cherry pepper spread...I love that too. I had to pick up an order for the office. I was in and out in less than 20 seconds having placed the order and payed online. Pro-tip...order early and come a little later than quoted. Sometimes Mike's runs a little slow, usually more so if you ordered a hot sub. That said this one was right on time. None of their locations have let me down yet! read more

Make sure to scan your rewards BEFORE they ring up your order! Even though it takes them only 2 seconds to correct it, you WILL be admonished for not following proper procedure. Maybe have a sign to that effect, or ask the customer before ringing them up. There's an air of overall resentment/rudeness helping customers. They get annoyed when you ask them to repeat what they just mumbled through a barrier and high-volume music. Otherwise, the subs are great! read more

I have become a big fan of Jersey Mike's over the years. Their hot subs are awesome! When I'm willing to wait the 5-10 minutes it takes for a fresh, hot sub, Jersey Mike's is where I go because it's close to home. I usually get either their regular or chicken Philly. Staff is friendly and service is moving quickly even when they're busy during the lunch rush. The manager at this location who is usually running the grill is very nice and obviously cares about running the place well. read more

Don't hesitate... The Jersey Mike's quality was all over our giant #9s (the best in roast beef w moist thin turkey, bacon, & provolone). I've tried a few other of JM's featured subs, and they weren't bad, but for my family #9 is the one that impressively hits all the right buttons to make flavor fireworks. My kids love it as much as the grown-ups, too. We usually get Mike's Way, but I hesitated after seeing the other reviewer here who complained of a drenched sandwich, and got Mike's Way lite. Next time I'll go full Mike's Way without worry. The perfect texture of the bread cannot be understated, as well. The regular-size subs are not huge. My husband and I each eat 2-3 pieces of the giant. If there is any leftover, it's never gone to waste at our house. This shop is right on my regular travel route... Uh-oh! Lol read more

The amount a timer wasted trying to get lunch and having to leave line because the managers too busy striking up conversations with everybody in line, most of the people are politely trying to get away from him. If he could learn small chat so we could still move the line through it would be super helpful. I am thrilled they opened one so close to our neighborhood- we would drive to canton to get a sub Fresh fresh and made to order- clean and the staff is always friendly- we've never had a bad experience- been there 4-5 times in past month- can't go wrong with steak cheese, Italian, turkey club... There was only one gross moment- On a Saturday- big guy with lots of curly hair was adding toppings to the sandwich ahead of mine- one, his hair swinging around as he's bopping his head, but then he wiped his nose across his arm while holding one half of the sandwich bread in his handthe lil laytex gloves were far too small for his burly hands...but uggghhhhh wiping your snot nose across your arm( the part between the wrist and elbow, closer to the wrist) VOMIT! Last night on my way home from a long day of work. I decided to stop at the " New " Jersey Mikes Sub at 6 Mile and Newburgh. After I placed my order and moved down to pay I open my purse and realize I left my wallet at work I was so angry at myself I told the cashier to please tell them not to make my sandwich. The manager, Edward heard me tell the guys to not make my sandwich and asked why. I went to this location for lunch and was served courteously and promptly. My sub was made as ordered and was very tasty. So why the three star review? They use a shared slicer for meat and cheese. Nothing grosses me out more than cross-contamination and that slicer is chock full of it. It's not a huge deal if you order a meat sandwich, but if you don't eat meat (the veggie sub is really good and filling) or if you eat meat but not pork products, this can pose a problem. You'll be treated well if you go to this location and I'm sure your sub will be top-notch, so this review is mainly for my veg/halal friends out there. read more

Best subs in Michigan. Everything is sliced in front of you so it's very fresh, and the ingredients have a high quality and great flavor. Always order your sub "Mike's Way" even if you don't think you like oil, vinegar and seasoning on your sub. I didn't think I'd like those either, but they do it for a reason. It really pulls all the flavors together and takes the sub to another level that other sub places can't match. Price is maybe a dollar or two more than the average sub shop, but you really do get what you pay for. Highly recommended. read more

3 attempts to eat here. The first two were successful after a long wait as the employees took their time to finish their personal conversations prior to starting to prepare the ordered food. (about 3-4 min wait prior to food prep). I would think you can do both at the same time. It was not enough to keep me away until my encounter today. Walking in the door was like getting smacked in the face with cigarette smoke. The smoke alarm was turned off with key visible in the alarm while attempting to order food. Upon ordering the odor was thick enough to turn our stomaches and had to leave prior to them actually starting to make the food. Fortunately they do take several minutes prior to preparing food in this scenario. I can not imagine wanting to eat food where the employees are smoking (anymore since laws are in place at least), where I'm sure the taste of the food may be tarnished. They don't pay attention to special instruction listed with order when done on line. Very frustrating. Sandwich was completely soggy by the time i got to it with the wrong toppings on it. Called many time over a 3 hour period to complain and their line was always busy, even after they closed!. I think they leave the phone off the hook to avoid problems. Very unhappy with my $15 order. With poor mgmt and or workers, i would NOT recommend this place. There are many other choices out there. read more

Seen it was finally open so I gave it a try. While waiting in line the owner is telling us how the cold cuts they use are equal to boars head quality. So I decided on a #13. Regular size. The meats are OK at best tasted like cold lunch meat no real flavor. My sandwich was ruined by heavy handedness of the juice they call Mikes Way. She put so much so that bun was totally soaked. Beyond belief. Ended up eating the least soggy half and just ate the meat off the soggy other half. 8.22 down the drain. You owe me a sandwich Jersey Mike and it won't be a cold cuts one I'm going grilled and ask for the "juice" on the side. read more

I explained my situation and what o had placed and what I received. She became very defensive and started arguing with me. I have been in the industry for over 40 years involved in restaurant I have never heard a manager speak to a guest like the way this young lady spoke to me. Then before I could get a word in edgewise she decided to hang up the phone I tried to call back and speak with her and she refused to get back on the phone I will never go back to this Jersey Mike's after all the times that I have been there. I've been to this location twice. The first time was apparently during a "boil water" advisory and i was concerned about how they were able to keep employees hands and utensils clean so i skipped it. the second time i was one of 3 people in line. Ordered a steak and cheese, no peppers. I was waiting and watching the line grow. As i stood and watched it was clear the young lady on the grill was making my sub and adding green peppers. I heard her comment to someone that what they told her and what was on the ticket was different do she would have to remake it. She then did just that, the same way the second time. more concerning to me though, was the fact that she was unwrapping steak and chicken handling it, touching it while on the grill and then opening cabinet drawers utensils bread and veggies all with the same gloves. never once changed them, needless to say when someone walked over with my sub I asked for the manager and explained why i would not take the sub. She then apologized, grabbed some gloves and personally made the sub for me. she was very apologetic and i appreciate that but i was left wondering why an employee would be so uneducated in raw food handling. I am rating one star for primarily because of that fact AND the fact that i contacted the company an NEVER HEARD ONE WORD BACK. I placed a corporate mobile order through the Jersey Mikes app for 10 sandwiches with this location. Door dash delivered the order and the bag was sealed with the stickers when we received it. Upon handing out the sandwiches to my employees, one of the sandwiches was missing in the bag. I contacted the store and as soon as I mentioned that one of the sandwiches was missing the employee that answered the call started to argue with me that I was lying and that the sandwich was in the bag. I drove up to the location and ordered a second tuna sandwich so my employee would have something to eat while this was being sorted out. I was told by a different employee at that location that I needed to contact Door dash and the original sandwich was in the bag. I contacted Door dash, who was very helpful, and had to contact your store directly to get a refund processed since the order was placed with the Jersey Mikes app and not directly through Door dash. In an attempt to save time having this order delivered today I cost myself an hour between driving back and forth and spending time on the phone. I do not plan to order from any Jersey Mikes location again, I don't have the time to manage mistakes and poor customer service, this product has too many readily available substitutions. read more
