In my personal experience, JJ's always hits the spot whenever I'm craving a sub. The bread is very addicting, but since I'm trying to eat low carb meals, I appreciate that they have the unwich option. It's great for a quick lunch when I'm on the road. So far, they always get my orders right and are satisfying. I tried the picklewich this week and it was okay, but I'd rather each the unwich. They're always fast and ready with my orders by the time I get to the location. It just sucks how much inflation has caused the prices to increase though. Back in college, the subs were about $5-6! But as an app member, I appreciate that I was able to get a free sub on my birthday week! read more

I don't eat lunch out much anymore but on my way to a meeting I stopped in to grab a sandwich because I love a Vito and they are fast. I ordered, watched ad my sandwich was made and went on my way. As I began to eat it I thought, am I sick or something. It had no taste, the lettuce was more yellow than green. It didn't taste like it has any sauce but I watched as the guy made my sandwich. I didn't even finish it. It was awful. I hope it was just an off day but to spend $8 on something yucky did not make me happy! read more

Another one. These people know how to make sandwiches. Granted it didn't arrive freak fast today buut it was delicious. Thank you

I'm going to start this out by saying, 1/2 the time they are awesome. Then there's the other half that you get completely ripped off. I always order extra lettuce, mayo and mustard. Half the time it's an awesome sandwich. The other times it's completely void of anything I requested. I'm not one to complain often, but their sandwiches are $8 almost,... I kind of have high expectations for an $8 sandwich I could make myself in a matter of minutes if I wanted. So that's why they get the three instead of a four, is because this staff isn't very attentive to their customers orders. Especially when you find out they're not that busy when you ordered. read more

Jimmy John's - "Extra lettuce" my behind,.... - Delis Near Me - Novi, Michigan

Never have i ever walked into a Jimmy johns like this before, amazing staff, very very VERY freaky fast and very clean environment. I walked into this jimmy johns today during lunch time and may i say that they were crazy busy, and i still managed to walk out in 2 min with my sandwich! AMAZING! read more

JIMMY JOHNS IS BETTER THAN SUBWAY. JIMMY JOHNS IS BETTER THAN SUBWAY. JIMMY JOHNS IS BETTER THAN SUBWAY. JIMMY JOHNS IS BETTER THAN SUBWAY. JIMMY JOHNS IS BETTER THAN SUBWAY. I cannot believe that a sandwich can be this well put together. From the French bread to the detail like avacado spread, the sandwich game is ridiculous here. This particular location is always friendly and prompt. And that makes food taste that much better. I get the bootlegger with light mayo/dijon/onion, heavy lettuce/tomato, light hot peppers and avacado spread. It's amazing. Also try the JJ Gargantuan. Huge sandwich for tho bigger appetites out there. read more

Allow me to preface this review by saying I absolutely love Jimmy Johns subs. Loved them back at WMU when I went there in the 90s and love it now. Get it at work in Troy at least once a month. I used to love this Jimmy Johns. In the last six months or so it has been horrid. Late delivery. Wrong orders almost every time. Last time they delivered the wrong sub! So I get the double treat of the wrong order and my wife getting all annoyed about mayo on her sandwich. It's a joke. Last time I called to complain and was told that they didn't know if they could fix it or give me a credit to replace the wrong subs. It's a horrible Jimmy Johns. Avoid. read more

Super fast and friendly workers. They Always get my order right. And don't fear the long lunch line; it moves quick.

Clean place and well meaning staff. However, I never go here anymore because they always get my order wrong. I always get the veggie sub the same way: no sprouts or tomato. Well the last two times I went they proceeded to put every thing on my Sub even when my receipt said otherwise. I actually had one of the girls making my sandwich look me in the eye and say "no sprouts, right?" And then proceed to PUT SPROUTS ON IT. I will never go back here unfortunately. read more

Made great time.... I just wish the delivery person brought the complete order and a straw for the drink.

I have had nothing but issues with this place for the past week. Last Saturday I had ordered 1 sandwich & it took over 1.5 hours for it to be delivered to me. Then the manager tells me they will refund the money into my account and it would be there by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. Well I check my account Wednesday morning and there was no money refunded into my account. It is now an entire week later & I call AGAIN because there is still no money refunded into my account. Now they are telling me they can't do anything about it until Monday and to call back then. I am extremely irritated with the management at this location! read more

Great customer service. The owner went above and beyond to correct a mistake with our order. He just took over this location in January and is the nicest guy. His sincerity to make things right was very much appreciated :) read more

Great place. Their tuna sandwich is my favorite. My bf loves their gargantuan sandwich. The jimmy john chips are yummy as well. I just wish they had a chicken option. read more

It's called Customer Service.. say Hello. say goodbye.... when a customer asks "how are you doing?" and you don't respond... you are Rude! also the quality and the energy put into the food is really lacking. If I order a sub from this location, I always expect it to NOT be how I ordered it.. read more

Can't go wrong with jimmy johns. This place is great. I recommend the slim 1 with bacon:)

This Jimmy Johns has always been a favorite lunch spot of mine ever since I started working in Wixom. Be aware that their lunch rush around noon is quite busy, but even with a line out the door, I was still able to get my Turkey Tom sandwich (#4) in about 5 minutes! read more

But whyyyy did it take over an hour to get my subs? After 40 minutes we called and they said the driver was on their way and 30 minutes after that my husband said they finally delivered. Too bad I had to leave for work. Freaky fast my ass. That's just delivery tho, better if you go get them yourselves. read more

Excellent service... You can't go wrong at Jimmy Johns. It must be the bread that makes their Subs so good!!

My daughter has cancer, and was leaving providence park hospital, I was at work and wanted to make sure she had food right when she got home. I called and asked if i could pay ahead of time, and if it could be delivered and left on the door mat, knowing shed be home in about 7 minutes. Needless to say they said no, and were very rude about it. so now im leaving work to go pick her up food somewhere else. can someone explain why a food delivery couldnt be left on a door step? ive had no problem with other places before.. i would have tipped well for making my day and hers a bit easier. read more

Downgraded from a 4, but that is mostly due to the franchises policies not this particular location. This location is always clean, always fast, always good. I gripe a little because they don't update their website to say that the beach club sandwich no longer has sprouts and I love sprouts - its the whole reason I get the beach club. As a poster mentioned below their speed often comes at a price - it's not uncommon to receive a wrong order, or get a sandwich with items on/not on it that you don't expect, that sort of thing. Their employees just can't reprogram their brains to accommodate changes in the menu for you - and who can blame them, I sympathize. The biggest frustration is their pricing. As it has gone up, it makes it harder and harder to go there. Especially since the delivery pricing is completely different (more expensive) yet I've never actually seen those prices posted, so it's pretty shocking when you get 2 sandwiches and some chips, and with tip its over $30. There's too much good food out there to be spending that at Jimmy Johns. If you can't live without their food though, and it can seem addicting sometimes, this is a solid location. read more
