Literally went here for the absolute LAST time ever... I wish I hadn't left my phone in the car so I could take pictures. This place is absolutely disgusting. This had so much crap all over the counters, floor, prep area, service area, next to the grills, on the grills... A lady was taking temperatures using the same thermometer doing cross contamination and shaking it off in between each meat, rice and salsa... NEVER again! Stay away from this place, I'm thinking to report it to the health department, it's THAT BAD!! read more

Just watched four people leave along with myself, these folks were all next in line. Single guy slowly restocking the main serving area for so long, everyone just walked out. Portable speaker in the back blaring music along with another guy trying to look busy and they start running their mouths after all these people left. It was so gross inside, all tables were dirty,the trash was overflowing onto the floor, the counter and glass between the food and customer had splattered sauce that was dried up and the bin where the bottles of pop were so dirty with cheese,lettuce,salsa all over the bottom of it! There were 3 customers ( two were employees eating) inside so it's not like it was busy they had 4-5 workers in back ,the guys filling the food bins and cooking had filthy rubber gloves that were literally brownish red fingers stained from wearing all day , even the station where the napkins and straws are was a dirty mess,I drove 25 minutes just to get a carry out , I don't wanna even eat this food, gonna give the meat to my dog. I've never been inside a restaurant so disgusting! They should be closed down, sterilized and retrain the employees , I thought Chipotle had a better reputation and higher standards than this place. This is, by far, is the 2nd worse Chipotle restaurant in the area. The first being the Chipotle on Haggerty in FHLS. It's not just a one-time experience either, I have given this place the benefit of the doubt for the last time. The counters are disgusting, trash on the floor, inappropriate music blasting. The large bag of chips I ordered barely had any chips in the bag, it is maybe a small portion and that is being generous. What I assumed was the shift manager, was near the register chewing a mouthful of food. Next birthday dinner will be with Qdoba. Save yourself the time and frustration, keep driving past. read more

This is, by far, the worse Chipotle restaurant we have ever visited. And it's not just a one time deal, we have come here repeatedly, multiple times, eating in, grabbing food to go. It's the worst. From the quality of the meat, to the staff and their attitudes to the cleanliness of the restaurant. It's gross. Their food is lacking for chipotle and their chips are ALWAYS stale if they even have any at all. I hate this location. Wow. The best Chipotle I've ever been to and a truly memorable dining experience. Sometimes food is more than just sustenance; this was one of those times. The first bite Ratatouille'd me back to my 14-year-old-self coming home from high school on a cold, dark, winter night and finding solace in a steaming burrito packed to the brim. I honestly forgot Chipotle could taste like this. In fact, I barely believed anymore that it did ever taste like this - was it all just in my head? No, it wasn't. The care the team behind the counter at 28703 Wixom puts into their food is apparent from the jump. The prep stations look like a well-choreographed ballet of meat and rice and guac and pico de gallo. This meal reminded me that making something with care and love can elevate even a cookie cutter fast food recipe into something special. What more is there to say? A can't miss next time you're in town. read more

We've been here a half dozen times since the fall and it's always great. It can get extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon - this location seems to be a hub for traveling sport families or local high school kids - but the team moves you through. We always order in store and it's always been very tasty. The chips and cilantro line rice have been incredible here. read more

Would give a zero if possible. Incredibly rude staff on top of 4/5 entrees being wrong. Placed a large order through the app. Person at window was rude during pickup but I let that go at the time ( he handed me a glass bottled soda and I politely said I don't think that belongs to my order, didn't want another customer to miss their drink, to which he snapped it is yours, it was in the ticket and I follow those exactly). Drove 25 minutes each way for an almost $90 order. Missing higher cost items on several entrees (guac. and queso, double meat) wrong meat altogether on another. Drove back another 25 minutes and asked for the items to be remade. Guy was rude again, told me not to have a attitude after demanding I show him each item and what was wrong with it, lol, then refused to give me his name, told me his name didn't matter ( at that point I just wanted to let his leadership team know how terribly he was representing the brand). I seriously question the hiring practices of this company. It isn't hard to be nice and actually listen when someone is pointing out an issue. This location has a poor rating for a reason. Leadership trickles down so I would take a hard look at the person managing this team. Ridiculous! Also, this is not the first less than impressive experience at this location since it opened a couple years ago, but it was by far the worst. the manager of this place should be ashamed. you will not get an online/app order for AT LEAST 1 hour after its "promised time" and that's even given a grace period of an hour between when you place your order and the promise time. I ordered and paid for my food and then left to get food elsewhere this place was so slow. Maybe the manager should shut off online ordering until they get their lives together. Or perhaps change out the employee who is taking easily 5 minutes to make a burrito for the customers dining in. A trained monkey could do it better. Maybe try eating here after about 6mos to see if they've figured out how to run a lunch time operation. Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. This is my second try at giving this place another shot. Went in 3 hours before closed and "did not have" rice, cheese, steak, lettuce, or veggies. This is the smallest burrito I have ever recieved from chipotle and they still charged me for queso- what a joke. Workers were not friendly or willing to provide to us. Small portions. Didn't get half of the ingredients that says available on their menu. Love chipotle, terrible location for it, go the extra 20 mins to another one. While I do like the food here as well as their organic drink options, they make new rules every time I come here. I had been going here sporadically with my kids for a few months, ordering the same kids meal option each time until one day a couple weeks ago I was told we could only get chicken as our meat of choice. WHAT?! Since when...? I actually found something all 3 of my kids will eat, and then it's ripped away from me. I decided to give it another try yesterday and sure enough, instead of being able to PICK your 3 sides, they have changed it to where THEY have chosen RICE and BEANS as my TWO sides. Period. So, 2 sides instead of 3, and it's rice and beans or nothing?! Unreal. They WERE able to charge me $3 EXTRA to get sour cream and queso on the side, however. Needless to say, their customer service is terrible and I will not be returning there again. read more

I have visited this location a few times and every time it's something. More often you can find they are out of a food item. If you don't visit when they 1st open, you can forget about it. It's very obvious that staff members do not get along and it trickles down to the service provided to customers. It's very unfortunate this is a newer store and they have so many issues. Been to this location no less than 10 times. It never has cut up sautéed vegetables, no matter the time of day.

I don't go out to eat for "fast food" often but when i do we enjoy chipotle. You can imagine how excited i was when this location was built 2 miles from my house. Since opening I have been to this Wixom location 3 times and each time there's been a unique issue. 1. I tried to take advantage of the "boorito" deal which specifically says all over the advertisement is for online orders only yet the app and website were conveniently both down. I did go in person and they did honor the deal but I'm guessing many others missed out. 2. My second visit in person I ordered my usual burrito but the majority of the burrito was rice. I did opt in for the additional guacamole and queso which adds quite a bit to the cost for the majority of the burrito to be rice. 3. My third visit was this evening and I decided to switch it up and order a burrito bowl. This time after the rice i paid a little closer attention to the portion sizes of the additional toppings and the conclusion I came to was this. Either the employee behind the counter was trying to preserve every item as if it whatever was left at the end of the night was going home to feed their family. Or the owner/manager has instructed the employees to serve that small of portions except for rice and sour cream. In a world where costs are increasing and portion sizes are decreasing it's tough to justify the $10-16 on a bowl of 95% rice. For reference I am 6ft 180lbs and still hungry after a chipotle burrito from this location. read more
