When she finally opened the window, there was no hi or sorry for the wait, it was only to state the total and hand us our food, with the same attitude. I'm not expecting someone to roll out a red carpet for me, but basic customer service and common courtesy should not be too much to ask. This location has seriously gone downhill, and it doesn't take a lot to see that. But If a business is struggling, treating the people who actually come through the door like an inconvenience certainly isn't going to help.
