Staff has little to no concerns for the customers questions in the drive through (wasn't busy either). Food is below average for a Wendy's in the area. Terrible pricing, it's getting out of control & I will not be supporting anymore. read more

I went to get food to go during my lunch break and My burger was ready extremely fast so I though that was very nice. Then When I went back to office and started eating l, I noticed the meat inside was pretty pink and some of them looked very rare. I never got burger that is undercooked at fast food restaurant. If I cook at home with fresh meat and if little bit rare it is fine but I definitely don't want to eat undercooked burger from fast food restaurant. I stopped eating after I notice just to be cautious. read more

This is the worse place for customer service, they want you to order on a screen yourself which dont work very good. Adjusting the manager to please take my order as I had to get home to a sick husband and she said sorry we only have one up here. The register was open as she told me that . Or maybe this place really stepped up its game in the past three years, but this Wendys is wonderful. super clean inside, if you go later in the day there is always someone cleaning. the food is normal wendys food. nothing to complain about. it comes out pretty fast and the staff is really nice. It's been probably 5 years since I've been to a Wendy's, but I wasn't disappointed. We are generally not fast food eaters, but we needed a quick snack. This Wendy's is modern and clean, and had the self serve kiosks to order your food. It was pretty quick and efficient. We ordered the 4 for $4, which was a sandwich, fries, drink, and nuggets. This Wendy's has a modern fresh look with tons of windows to make it feel open. It also includes a fire place inside. They really stepped up there game. This location even caught up to McDonalds and added kiosks, so you can place your order quicker if there's a long line and only one order taker. This location was clean and quick to order. I would come back here for dinner or the 4 for 4 deal. read more

When one has to wait 36 minutes in the drive-thru for an order, and all they order was a simple Baconator combo... one is surprised to find no Bacon on his Baconator. Worse yet, they don't answer the phone (two calls so far, one a hangup as they answer it, the other no answer because it was after 10pm. Oh, and don't wait in line near 10pm, cause if you haven't ordered, even if you've been in line, they just say closed. read more

Experience number 1: my food was wrong and I didn't check until I got home. I called and said my order was incorrect can I come and get new food? The lady working told me: "it's because you messed up the drive through line order". I drove back and got my food, whatever. Experience number 2: the chicken nuggets were hard as a rock with brown and black stuff on them and they forgot my frosty. I called and told the worker: this is the 2nd time my food was wrong, can I come get new food? She then told me I didn't go to this specific wendys because she couldn't find my order, I told her yes I did YOU handed me my order (I remembered her voice from experience 1). After much debate she found it, I drove up there again and got my food, which was still not good or fresh. She never apologized either time so this is now twice that she has tried to blame me for their mistake. She's the manager and she has blonde hair bangs and a ponytail. read more

Went here recently to order an Asiago Chicken Sandwich and was surprised to find I was eating full squares of wax paper! Seriously... Not the greatest sandwich I've had for sure. Epic food fail. Called the location and was told a new employee was unsupervised while making this sandwich and must have missed it when adding the cheese. Logical answer but still unacceptable for a chain as large as this. Food safety is the absolute number one priority in my opinion. Although the wax paper probably won't kill me, I would prefer all of my sandwiches without it. read more

I have been to the drive thru at this Wendy's in the afternoon 2 times in the last 3 weeks. Yesterday there was a long line of cars and I thought that it would take more time than I wanted to wait for food. So I kept track of the time. Within roughly 5 minutes I had my order. The food was hot and exceeded my expectations. The kitchen crew was working fast without sacrificing quality. And their chicken sandwich is still better than McDonald's. read more

Pulled up to the drive thru about 6:50. . There were multiple cars in front of us but we were willing to wait in line. After a little we got within one car of ordering. Then we sat and waited . After about 5 minutes the car in front of us drove off. We pulled up and after a few minutes someone on the speaker said "we've been closed since 7:00. ". When did Wendy's start closing at 7 pm? I wish I could give zero stars. This location is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever seen. (Visit #1) closed 45 min before it's supposed to. I guess the staff just shuts the lights off and locks the door regardless of operation time. (Visit #2) Sat in drive-thru for 15 min WITHOUT MOVING! Watched 4 cars including myself leave (visit #3) got wrong order in drive-thru, then had to circle back through drive-thru for 20 min without service. Just drove away and threw out the entire meal. I went thru the drive-thru and the cashier seemed to be annoyed that I was there (no smile, didn't tell me my total, no hello or have a nice day). I got my food (2 salads, a blueberry pineapple chiller, and a natural lemon aid). When I got home I took a drink of my chiller and it tasted like dish water, just really nasty. Not happy. Ordered a number 2, food came super fast which was because the usually slow fries were old. The fries were stale and possibly been in dry bin for HOURS. worst fries ever. Out of coke too. Burger was well prepared for fast food. Clean restaurant as they had 2 people cleaning during the slow spot. New updated building that was renovated in past year. Lots of spots for computers and phone chargers. Meal deals have gone up... Almost $10 per meal now. Burger gets 1 star Speed gets 1 star Clean store gets 3 stars. Fries and coke lose 2 stars. This Wendy's has the fastest friendliest service. I thought the line may had been to long -but WOW they moved so fast and I got a small treat and a wet nap in my bag with my Double combo. Very Impressive job. Its north of the freeway but you will have hot fresh food. They do serve Pepsi here, I'm not use to seeing Pepsi at a Wendy's- But Love the Mountain Dew. I think its the best Mountain Dew around, it has that AHHHHH you find in that perfect DEW. Its now a great stop for that long ride north--2 large Dews and set the cruise control for up north. read more

This used to be my favorite Wendy's until they renovated and added the double drive-thru. Their food has always been good solid here, and the service is friendly. My only issue is that ever since they added the double drive thru, it takes them much longer to get you through the line. I'd say the average wait is twice as long as it ever used to be. I'd imagine it will improve over time, and I will update my review when it does. **Update 5-5-16** I went there for lunch, and one of the drive-thru lanes were blocked off. Service was quick like it used to be. I was happy about that because I have a limited amount of time for my lunch break. I hope they keep one of the lanes blocked off from now, on. read more

Just went through the drive thru, got the classic chicken sandwich meal. Lady sticks her arm out the window with out even looking at me, I grab my food and she just shuts the window and walks away, never got a chance to ask for ketchup. Sandwich was cold, bun was stale and sort crunchy. Only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 was the fresh fries. Probably not gunna go back, Culver's is way better. read more

We are all familiar with Wendy's. It's ok. I went there for lunch today-mostly for convenience. I wish we had In n' Out or Habit Burger in Michigan. I had the chicken asiago sandwich. I asked them to drop it in right then. I didn't want chicken which had been sitting out for hours. To tell you the truth it made a huge difference. Very bad Wendys!! Manager of the store said he didn't care if my food was cold!! They have awful service. Would recommend just driving passed this one. Also I am 6 months pregnant and I was hungry, he said he didn't care about that.
