I come here all the time. Swung by tonight after a long shift, was helped by a guy named Dre that I haven't met before. Great service, good food, he was polite and helpful, had me smiling. We live in the area, and come to Taco Bell quite often at night for a late night dinner when we don't feel like cooking food. I'm very unsatisfied with most fast food places but this Taco Bell in particular is AMAZING. The 2 gentlemen that work at night (late night shifts) that I see after 10pm are so kind and deserve a raise!!! They work their asses off and are always in a lightening mood when I go through the drive through. They probably have long nights working and deserve praise:) read more

The we general manager and workers don't follow health code for example one of the employees frequently doesn't wear shoes while making food. They also smoke near where the food is made. disgusting. read more

Worst food. Their Mexican pizza looked and tasted so weird. I never had such a gross mexican pizza before. I ordered a veggie Mexican pizza. Every single time I pull up here out of desperation they never can serve. Always the same jazz. "We don't have tortillas, beef, nacho cheese and chips " I really don't understand how this location is even ALLOWED TO OPERATE APART OF A FRANCHISE. Always "card only" too. I haven't had one good experienced at this Taco Bell. The management is not only rude to customers but also their own staff. The service people are more concerned with their conversations with each other than the customers at the window. One manger is named Kat I have had multiple incidents with her being rude to customers and her staff. As well as talking to her staff about anything but work. I come here quite frequently and it is either a hit or miss. If you come at night when there is barley anyone there everything is great. But don't come here at rush hour or if there is more than 3 cars in the drive through or you will be disappointed. 9 times out of 10 they're going to forget to put a straw in your bag and for some reason the past couple times I have came my pop tasted like water. They also seem to overwork their staff or only have two or three people working. One of the last times I came there was two workers outside smoking while one was left to tend the drive through along with making orders. You know,... my last updated review was about the poor business practices at this location. But I removed that, to post this. DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION. On top of crap quality food, incorrect orders, constant unscheduled closings and more; we hit a new low. I just wanted a quick "meal" today. I was getting something for myself and another. I looked at their menu and ordered a steak quesadilla with jalapeño sauce, large dew no ice, and another steak quesadilla with extra egg and jalapeño. According to their menu should've been around $7-$8 tops. I get asked to pull up to the window as their machines are being slow,.. fine we all can understand that. When I get to the window, I'm told my total is over $12. Obviously I'm confused. I told them what it should be and even handed the woman my phone (as I've been screwed by these people before so I took a picture of the menu). She tried to tell me it was $4 before the addition of steak and something similar to the ala cart item. When I pointed out that the $4 WAS FOR THE STEAK, and that the single should've been only $1.99, she went back to the computer. It needs to be said that the woman working the window was polite and apologetic for the situation, neither of which could be said for the manager. The worker was yelled at for taking my phone, of which I handed to her to show their own menu board as proof. Then from behind her, the manager says the "best they can do" is just over $11. I'm sorry? That's not how this works. That's a blatant bait and switch. You advertised a product at a set price, then inflate it? Needless to say, and this is my final vote, %#^* this place, it's nothing but disappointment personified. Go elsewhere for your taco fix as this place is pure GARBAGE. read more

Ten minutes. That's the least you can expect to have to wait for your food. This has been an issue since day 1, and even with new crew...you wait. Every other review also says you wait! They take smoke breaks, or wander around before you can eat. Even employees seem to wait for food. Crazy. Food is average. Taco Bell average. Not typically warm either. All tables need cleaning, and with only 3 orders at the inside cashier, it's not like they're too busy. When they made the food, they call your name and then leave it on the counter. Not even waiting to see who gets it. Today they called off mine and another guys, and walked off... leaving us to figure out his or mine. Service here is a zero. Make sure you wear a coat as the often have the dining area at 50 degrees. This is year round. read more

Came around 12:30 today, I was in a rush and saw the line for drive thru was real long. Then I saw that they're Open for Dine-In! Went inside and ordered on a self-checkout screen, and my order for 5 people was out in 5 minutes. Everything in the bag was right, and I was in and out. Since I can't rate this location a 0, I will have to settle with a 1 star. I have been waiting in the drive thru lane for over 15 minutes! I should have used my better judgement as I have bailed several times on the drive thru service. Slow is the word.... or rather the excuses are the word here. Manager walked past me and said i had to wait to place my order. Then the real wait for my food over 10 minutes, she complained to all the customers about being short handed. Dirty drink station and tables hadn't been cleaned for hours I'm sure. There were several kids just sitting at tables, no food. One sat there for the entire time I was there with sunglasses on (inside at 10pm) barely moving. It was creepy. Food was ok.... not great not bad... it IS Taco Bell. They locked the dining room early tonight, so I guess that's why the drive thru is backed up all the time. Honestly, I won't go here anymore. It's an extremely long wait time. About 20 to 30 minutes in drive thru. I've never gotten out of there in 15 minutes. I will say the workers were very friendly and I've never had my order be wrong. My other complaint is that I only ever get about 2 packets of hot sauce in my bag. Sometimes I order for my coworker and she likes a few extra. I ordered one box, a chalupa, and a burrito. I asked for one extra sauce for each item and was told no because the old manager just got fired because of giving out too many sauces. This seems a bit ridiculous to me when I can just pull around, walk inside and take handfuls.... I feel bad for the employees because there is always only about 2-3 people working. At one point I went and the drive thru woman was crying because she was so stressed out and was afraid I was going to yell at her when I asked why it took so long.
