I went here for the first time because I was told that my name was up for NAME of THE DAY. Awesome! A free sub! I have to try it out. The place sits right off Washtenaw in a plaza. It was not crowded and I checked out the menu and placed my order. I wanted the brisket and cheese. I had to wait about 10 minutes for it to be prepared. The sandwich was good. The best I've had? Probably not because I'm from Pa where it's the land of the hoagie, but they are good and definitely worth a try. I will be back.

This is a $5 bowl of chicken and dumpling soup, this is what they consider full.

Service is fine tuned to the huge volume of customers that arrive every day. Ordering is down to a science, once one gets familiar with the ordering kiosk. We like to dine in as the atmosphere on the second floor dining area (steps or elevator to ascend up) is fun and whimsical. Very casual. Pictures below describe what we chose (and LOVED)! As a MSU Spartan, GO GREEN, Zingermans might be one of the only reasons I'd travel to blue nation! Worth the sacrifice... : ) (just kidding)

A friendly person behind a counter with bagels. Delicious grocery items. Walking deeper in and following the hand made signs, we approached the sandwich shop. Upon walking in, I was promptly and warmly greeted and shown to a booth. I'd describe the ambiance as modern, upbeat and casually comfortable. I was pretty much the only customer when I arrived around 5pm and my server quickly came by with a menu and took my drink order. I couldn't resist fresh-squeezed lemonade on a humid day! I ordered the Three-Cheeo Olga (sandwich) and added grilled chicken with a side of the Olga special sauce. My meal was served promptly and it was delicious! Service was excellent- responsive and attentive, even though she became busier as more people came in for dinner. I really enjoyed my meal and wish we had an Olga's Kitchen closer to home. I definitely recommend this spot in Ann Arbor. Check out the pics!

I miss the garlic salt and cayenne adds and do not want the cheese so there is no easy way to get it on a carry out. I like the original with extra olgasauce even without the glow up though. The olga side salad is always tasty. Super simple but nice. Crunchy veg with olive and feta fir that tang. Not overdressed. As refreshing as I remember.. The snackers were way overseasoned, chewy and sad. The Swiss almond cheese was sparse for the amount of soggy accompaniment. I do not recall this dreck. Spendy for what ended up in a trash bin. I wish it was the way it used to be.
