Gourmet hot dogs and brats? Yes please. This place has grown and expanded into the surrounding areas through the years. They have carved out a nice campus to enjoy their delicious and uniquely flavored brats. Today I got the blueberry garlic brat and topped it with hot honey and hot relish. It was delicious. They offer fries and tot baskets topped with goodness also. Definitely a place to meet up graba dog and a drink and catch up with friends and family. The friendliest servers make you feel welcome. They even have an Air B&B you can stay in upstairs. Check them out.

Top-notch! When we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and the staff was more than happy to walk us through our options. Food came out in pretty quick order, and was very delicious. Pretty good selection of excellent beers. I tried several, but settled on the birch Porter. It was quite tasty, but not super heavy. We snagged a table in their covered outdoor area. They had heaters and we were plenty warm. They also had blankets in a box that you could throw over your legs if you needed additional warm.

Passed by this spot and the sign caught our attention so we had to give it a try. Cozy spot with lots of seats with a heated patio or outside without. I ordered the smoked kielbasa on a toasted bun and a side of fries. Lots of condiments to choose from, from basic mustard to curry ketchup, relishes and peppers. Our cashier was friendly and helpful. My coworkers got the pulled pork sandwich and said it was very good. My smoked sausage and fries were delish and hot! Really hope we get the chance to come back before leaving town. Oh and the honeycrisp cider was yummy. Lite and fresh!

Hidden gem, I said it! It's has the feels of a great place to visit on a fall day or even a slight snow fall. There are fire pits and seating between the two buildings. One building has food including bbq pork, brats, onion rings and so much more. There are packaged summer sausage, brats, bacon, sauces, dips and more to choose from. Can't forget the beer and cider options as well. The other building had tables and a bathroom for people to relax inside outside of the elements. I'll definitely be back as I'm already dreaming of those delicious brats (jalapeño cheese)

Cozy little pub near Umich! Loved the outdoor area -- there's a little bonfire where you can warm up in the colder months. The small red indoor house was super cozy too. Service was fantastic too-- the staff was really friendly and helpful! - Bratwurst hotdog: 10/10 (really great hotdog! The perfect pairing with a pint of beer) - Detroit IPA: 10/10 (great IPA that's very hoppy and bright) - Apricot wheat beer: 9.5/10 (really interesting wheat beer with apricot. Almost tastes like peach barley ice tea! Not too strong) - Amber ale: 9.5/10

I'm so so into the outdoor ambience.... It's very neighborhood feel and grounded. Come how you are and bring your kids and your fur kids too

I can't believe I haven't been here after living in Ann Arbor all these years! This is your classic beer and bratwurst restaurant with incredible outdoor seating. There are lights outside and it feels like you're at a backyard bbq outing. The inside of the shop has toppings for you to put on your hot dog, and they also sell sausages and other toppings. The cashier was also super welcoming and gave us lots of descriptions of what was on the menu. He was excited to welcome us in! My boyfriend and I were pleased with the service, and the food was super stuffing too. Can't wait to go back with more friends!

Well the seating was outside so look at the weather report before you come out here .To make it more to the point customer service is good. Didn't care for nothing else except their sausage on a bun. Remember folks I am from Texas not New Jersey. The sausage here they have a variety so I will say best tasty in Michigan. That is all! Chief Make your feast count eat with humble souls .

Best food I have had in a very long time. The man who took our order was very friendly and kind. The vibes were very homey and felt comfortable. They have outdoor fire pits that you can sit around and a heated sunroom area. We got the Bavarian pretzel and the steamship rounds SO good

Finally came to Biercamp you order at the counter and they provide you a pager that goes off when ready. They have plenty of seating outside and inside seating at the red house next door. Inside where you order is a small market where you can buy all sorts of jerky along with frozen versions of the sausage you can order off the menu. They also sell many of the sauces that are in their condiment bar. We ordered a $2, 12 ounce root beer tasted amazing pretty sure it's homemade. Both the bison and elk were mouthwatering and delicious. I love the curry ketchup along with the spicy relish. The onion rings were fried nicely and good crunch. Definitely a great place to hang out, drink, and enjoy some good sausages or bbq meat.

Chili dog without the carbs.

Anything for those who eat just birds (chicken & turkey) and veggies?

I've seen chicken brats and italian sausage (can vouch the latter is good). There are also pickled veggies of various kinds, as well as smoked fish and cheese if you're into those too.

They removed the lamb picanha!!! There are no current special seasonal dishes either and I was told perhaps not until summer! Spring just started! Alex was our attentive server. Jim the manager answered our questions well. My son and I bought the $70 dining card to receive twelve 1/2 of meals, so we have 24 discounted meals. He and I had water, while my wife had a soft drink for her birthday, though she would have enjoyed one regardless. The bill was just under $100 for us three. I am very disappointed about the lack of lamb picanha. Only having leg of lamb as part of the buffet is disheartening. Hopefully they will bring it back. I was considering getting a third discount card, but without lamb picanha or lamb chops I doubt I will. Of course we will be back as we spent $140 plus delivery fee to have physical discount cards. We saved $87 so the break even point will be our next dining experience here. I ordered the overpriced $13 carrot cake for my wife to enjoy for her birthday as the coupon for joining their website does not combine with the discount cards. This pushed our total spent to about $147 including tip. If you like this place invest in a discount card or two or even three.

Everyone else was seated by the windows. I had to insist on being seated elsewhere. The restaurant is relatively new and still retains its sparkle. The salad bar is at the back, with chill/hot sections. I paid attention to other reviews and zeroed in on the pineapple carpaccio. In addition, I had the hearts of palm, baby asparagus stalks, potato salad, and lobster bisque. Other people had recommended the latter and they were right. I had very little else from the bar to focus on the grilled meats. The parade of meat started very quickly after I was seated. The filet mignon was fantastic. It was well-seasoned and prepared at the right temperature. The picanha (spicy and garlic) was okay. However, I thought the lamb was too gamey (I usually like lamb) and the pork was too dry. I got full quickly so I was glad I did not select the chicken or sausage offerings. Brazilian bread, bananas, mashed potatoes, and fries accompanied the meal. I only requested the bread, which was hot and chewy, and the bananas were swoon-worthy good. Yes, you need to save room for the sugar-and-cinnamon-spiced, pan-fried bananas. My server was polite and responsive. I wish I could forget the inauspicious start to the meal.

Tracklements has an incredible assortment of cold smoked & hot smoked salmon. I opted for: *NORTHCOUNTRY GRAVLAX-CURED - We make a traditional Scandinavian style cure with allspice, coriander, juniper berries, and lots of chopped fresh dill. Less traditionally, ours is cold-smoked over our hardwood blend for a firmer texture, with full salmon flavor and longer shelf-life. *PASTRAMI-CURED - A blend of many spices, paprika, coriander and pepper come to the fore-a perfect combination with the salmon. Both were SO good. But what surprised me the most was the SMOKED CASTELVETRANO OLIVES. Even my friend, who dislikes olives greatly, said it tasted more like bacon to her. Ha. 1lb of cold smoked and then olives ran me $50. Pricey but good value and really delicious food!
