As military members, we have lived all over the country and frequent Panera. The Panera in Bellevue, NE has by far the smallest sized half sandwich for the you pick 2 we have seen at less than 3 inches long. For nearly 7 dollars just for the half sandwich, it is a complete ripoff. We have noticed the very small half sandwich just about every time for to go or pickup orders. Just today, we also had it happen for a dining in meal. Add in the fact this Panera routinely makes mistakes on to go orders to the point we are surprised when the order is correct and I can not recommend anyone go here. I am not sure if the Bellevue, NE Panera is just trying to skimp and save money or if there is a training problem, but it is the worst location we have been to. read more

This is the second time I have had to walk out of this newer location. A couple of months ago I waited for almost 10 minutes in a rather empty store for an employee to show up.to the counter. There was a girl bussing tables who briefly made eye contact...and quickly wandered to the back...I figured she told someone we were there, or come wait on us..nope. Husband said let's just leave rather loudly....still nobody came to.the front. Second time was yesterday...me and my daughter just wanted the soup...we pulled up to a practically empty store...observed two military men walking out from being at front counter, and they didnt look happy. We watched at least 3 employees who realized we were waiting at the counter..once again a girl who bussed tables..another employee talking with seated customers, and one who ducked into the back room..kitchen. Since soup options are limited in Bellevue we stood for a couple more minutes. Nothing. So we left. That sucks. Wont be back..the two military officers probably wont be either...word of mouth creates or reduces sales. Might want to keep an employee at counter that can help people at all times...just a suggestion. read more

Enjoyed my lunch while reading a book here. The veggie soup was amazing along with the tomato and mozzarella panini. They gave me a device that showed them where I was seated so that they could bring me my food. The place good pretty busy towards the end of my meal but that was expected because it was lunch time. Overall I liked it here and I'll be back for more me time in the future. read more

I've never had a more disrespectful encounter with employees at any restaurant in all my life. When I called the first time, the phone went unanswered (already waiting through an unbearably long "press 1 for..." menu). The second time I called, a young woman answered the phone. I asked for the manager and she stepped away. Once she returned, she explained that the manager was slammed busy and that I should call back during less busy hours. I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager regardless due to several issues with my order, to which her response was an exasperated and annoyed, "Oh my God". Clearly they don't train their workers to hold their tongue at least until they can't be heard by paying customers on the phone. Once the teenager returned to the phone, she snapped that no manager was coming. To that response I said I'll see her when I get there then. Completely appalling customer service on both the managers part and the teen girl who answered the phone. I am completely appalled at our experience and look forward to leaving this review on all platforms available for this terrible location. read more

50/50 they will get the order right. I've done pickup here several times. After getting home and realizing they screwed up an order I decided to start checking it every time before I left the store. About half the time they get the order exactly right, which is really annoying. We just placed an order for delivery and crossed our fingers and of course they forgot an item yet still charged us. I love Panera but today I was starving and my small children were screaming the whole way to this location, I went through the drive through and ordered a green goddess Cobb chicken salad. I have loved going to this establishment, but I was greatly disappointed this evening. I ordered a roasted turkey avocado BLT sandwich and received the wrong one, after calling the store and returning to fix the mistake, they again gave me the completely wrong order. Sometimes Panera has inconsistent service across their various locations. That being said, I had a very good experience with this one. The gentleman that was at the cash register was extremely nice and pleasant and went out of his way to assist us. The order was completely right and all of the food tasted great. I would definitely go back to this location again. I went at around 5 p.m. and the pastries still tasted fresh and delicious. read more

Little dirtier than the average Panera but the bakery items are good and prep time on food is usually very fast all the time.

They no longer had the soup I always ordered. I got the mac and cheese instead and it was incredibly thick and hard to eat. Also the kiosk ordering was a huge pain. Won't be coming back. read more

Super busy for lunch, but I only ordered a couple of bagels so it didn't take long. Food was good, and there was an outlet near my table for easy laptop charging, which was why I came here. Wi-fi was super slow, but that could easily be attributed to the massive amount of people here. read more

So I placed an online order two times last week and both times my order was incorrect. I picked up my lunch and went back to work when I realized they gave me the wrong items. I let it go the first time (they gave me the wrong soup) but I was so hungry I didn't care so I didn't bother to call them. The second time I ordered lunch online, I got the wrong bakery item. I decided to call the second time since I was pretty annoyed. I talked to an employee and she was very nice and apologetic. She said her manager wasn't available but she would have him call me so he can take care of it for me. I gave her my name and number and I didn't get a call back from the manager. I am consistently amazed by how bad my experience and service is at this Panera has been. This is the closest Panera to where I live, so I'd love to eat there, but I will no longer be doing this. The staff is repeatedly rude. The coffee has repeatedly been out and staff acts put out when you kindly inform them of the issue. Sometimes the water cups are by the drink area and sometimes they are behind the register. Some staff have been irritated when I have requested a water cup after finding that there are none by the drink area. I have truly loved Panera for years, but I'm done at this location. read more

Decent food, never really exceptionally fresh. Alright service, never all that friendly...but the f@8k up my order, every, single, time. Its partially my fault for continuing to frequent this particular resteraunt, but at this point I've lost count of how many times I've gotten home and I'm missing something, or got the wrong thing. It might not be much but, $1.50 for cream cheese I never got can be annoying. Overall, good food, alright service...but they have terrible memory when it comes to your order.
