Some of the staff are very rude, the food was good after they remade it. The drink prices are a little ridiculous $4-5 for one drink is crazy. It wasn't a long wait time either so that was good.

Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and a baguette

A little messy but good flavor. I got the order to go and everything was still fresh and warm when opened up! The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was my avocado. It wasn't sliced (just one big chunk, like 1/4 an avocado) and there was a pretty big brown spot on one side. Overall, not too shabby.

    Autumn Squash Soup

We absolutely love Panera Bread and the selection that comes along with the menu. Our lunch was cheddar broccoli and autumn squash soup. Delicious. You can also get a bakery item with your meal for the reduced rate of only 99 cents. Service is always friendly If you have a hankering for bagels, wait until after 7 pm any day of the week and when you buy 1 bagel, you get another free.

you are looking at the only noodles/carrot/celery/chicken in the entire bowl of soup they just gave me. the rest is broth. i paid around $7 for one spoonful of substance.

    Panera's everything bagel. Disappointing.

Little dirtier than the average Panera but the bakery items are good and prep time on food is usually very fast all the time.

Heads up, soft drinks come in a can so no free refills here, but water is available, thankfully. I treated myself to a strawberry lemonade with popping dragon fruit boba, and let me tell you, it was fantastic. Definitely getting that again. We started with crab rangoon. Service was a bit slow, even though it was not too busy, but the rangoons were worth every second. For the main event, we each grabbed a large bowl of pho. One special, one steak-only (mine), and one chicken. I love that all the sauces, utensils, and extras are right on the table. The broth is what makes pho, and theirs did not disappoint. The noodles took a little work, but everything came together perfectly. And the plate of sprouts, cilantro, lime, and jalapeño lets you doctor your soup just the way you like it. Lunch came to about $37 after tip (I covered the rangoons), which is a little steep, but considering I got a craft lemonade, a pop, a large soup, and plenty of leftovers, I think it was worth it. Honestly, the quality and quantity more than justify the price. I'm even starting to welcome colder weather just so I can enjoy this soup more often! I will absolutely be back.

The food was always fresh no matter what time of day you showed up, and it was consistently yummy. This place got me through the 1st trimester of my pregnancy in 2019. For some reason I forgot to upload my photos, but I think you can see from my photos the differences too! We went here all the time living in Bellevue. Skip forward to 2025 and I drove across town to here here again craving some good Korean food. Oh how sad I was. The newer photos are from August 2025. I arrived at the end of what should have been the lunch rush but the food was obviously old. Not to mention basically cold. The only truly hot thing was the crab rangoon I got instead of an egg roll (my request). The food is no longer good. Apparently the older lady retired and sold to someone else. They claim to be using the same recipes, but it doesn't taste the same. Everything seems more sugar and bland at the same time. The sesame potatoes, which were my favorite thing here, are gross now. The cucumber kimchi is SWEET. It isn't supposed to be sweet y'all. Everything seems extra "Americanized" now. The portions are still huge, but the price now matches it. There are better and more authentic Korean restaurants in Omaha than this place now. Hard pass. I hope she's enjoying her retirement at least; she earned it!

I called in my order, and the staff was an absolute delight. Patient, helpful, and totally on top of it when I asked about spice levels (I live dangerously at level 7-8). I pulled up a little early for pickup (it's curbside/carryout only), and before I could even double-check my order, someone popped up at my window with a smile asking if they could grab me a cold Coke or Pepsi while I waited. Um... what?! This is the royal treatment. I went with a Diet Coke and sipped happily until the food came out shortly after. Once I got home, it was go time. Everything was still hot and smelled like a dream. We ordered: Crab Rangoon: light, crispy perfection. Wings: finger-licking good. Golden Fried Rice (7-8 heat): husband-approved with zero leftovers. Beef Bulgogi (same spice): tender, bold flavor, paired beautifully with sticky rice. And yes, I got hot & sour soup... despite it being 90 degrees. No regrets. It was spicy, tangy, and hit all the right notes. Bonus egg roll in the bag? You bet. In short: if you're hungry for Chinese, you're hungry for Han's. Go now. Order everything. The food is fantastic, and the people? Even better.

Pro tip: don't be afraid to set a timer on your phone so you don't overcook your noodles -- total game changer. I'm officially obsessed. They even have a little delivery robot that brings food to the table, which is unexpectedly delightful. The servers are kind and helpful, especially if you're still learning how everything works. The mushroom broth is my go-to -- it pairs beautifully with the beef. The sauce bar is amazing too, though fair warning: the vinegar pours FAST, so go easy at first. Lunch has plenty of approachable options, so you don't have to be super adventurous to enjoy it. My usual combo is mushroom broth, beef, carrots, ramen noodles, and mushrooms -- it honestly turns into this cozy little beef-stew vibe that I love. But if you are adventurous, they absolutely have the variety to explore new things. I've tried several new foods here because it feels low-pressure and fun. The dim sum menu is another highlight: not overwhelming, and the portions are single-serve, which I appreciate. Nothing worse than all-you-can-eat places dropping huge appetizers and then side-eyeing you if you can't finish them. And yes -- it is all-you-can-eat. There are small upcharges for premium meats or alcohol, but most of the menu is included, so it feels like a great value. Definitely a place I keep coming back to.

The place was clean and well stocked. There was a variety of different seating, and we were able to be sat fairly quickly. I tried the bone broth soup with a variety of veggies, chicken, and beef. The broth was perfectly paired with all my food, and didn't take away from the flavors. The only reason this restaurant isn't getting 5 stars was the service. Our server was attentive at the beginning and then once we got our soup base, basically ignored us. We had to flag him down several times. He mentioned he didn't want to interrupt our conversation, which was kind, but it got frustrating when it happened multiple times. This restaurant is still one of the best hotpot places in Omaha, so I definitely will be back to give it another try even if it's just to enjoy the food.
