Stopped by IPHO for lunch with some friends, and it absolutely hit the spot! The place is super low-key, but the staff made us feel right at home. We started with drinks. Heads up, soft drinks come in a can so no free refills here, but water is available, thankfully. I treated myself to a strawberry lemonade with popping dragon fruit boba, and let me tell you, it was fantastic. Definitely getting that again. We started with crab rangoon. Service was a bit slow, even though it was not too busy, but the rangoons were worth every second. For the main event, we each grabbed a large bowl of pho. One special, one steak-only (mine), and one chicken. I love that all the sauces, utensils, and extras are right on the table. The broth is what makes pho, and theirs did not disappoint. The noodles took a little work, but everything came together perfectly. And the plate of sprouts, cilantro, lime, and jalapeño lets you doctor your soup just the way you like it. Lunch came to about $37 after tip (I covered the rangoons), which is a little steep, but considering I got a craft lemonade, a pop, a large soup, and plenty of leftovers, I think it was worth it. Honestly, the quality and quantity more than justify the price. I'm even starting to welcome colder weather just so I can enjoy this soup more often! I will absolutely be back. read more

We ordered the crab Rangoon appetizer with pho P9 (large) and P10(small) and combo fried rice. The crab rangoon was filled to the brim with delicious willing and a thick dipping sauce. My pho was a hearty serving and the chili oil gave a spicy cook soo be wary of it, it's very hot! The fried rice was exactly that bursting with flavors plenty of beef, shrimp and rice. The Thai tea was okay but I recommend the Vietnamese ice tea. There's plenty of room for small and big groups. The kids seem to love the options. Food was good! I got the chicken pho, the chicken was kinda dry but the broth and noodles were great! Service was great and the people were really nice. Restaurant was not crowded and we were sat as soon as we walked in. My husband got the seafood pho but was not a fan of the egg noodles. He did enjoy the broth and seafood. BLUF: Great place to grab some vietnamese food! This review is based on food, service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and value. The food is good! I've tried a lot of the menu now, and most items are better than the average vietnamese restaurant. The pho is delicious. It has a rich broth, and all the ingredients seem fresh. There's a lot of good flavors in all the different dishes I've tried. The service is okay. With COVID protocols, they operate a little strange. There seems to be only one person out front every time I go. They are running around like crazy! During busy times, I think it would be less chaotic with additional help. That being said, they do a good job of getting food to the table quick. The dining area is very clean, and it's apparent keeping the dining area clean after each patron. It's nice to know cleaning is a priority, even when it's busy. This circles back to the additional help. With only one person taking phone orders, running the register, waiting tables, cleaning, running to the kitchen, running food orders, etc... something will suffer eventually. The atmosphere is casual. The dining area is wide open, with lots of light. It's pleasant and could be intimate. The value is average for this style and quality of food. Some menu items are a little pricey in my opinion, but nothing is crazy expensive. I would rate the value for my experience to be right in the middle. UPDATE: This is the first time I've ever given a bad review. I've worked/managed restaurants for years and I know it's a hard job so I take every bad experience with grain of salt. But this place is really messing up. Dropping it down to 1 star because I'm not sure what's going on with this placce anymore. I keep going and giving it the benefit of the doubt, but it keeps letting me down. I order a #7 pho and most of the time I don't get any tendon OR tripe. Which is the whole point of the #7. Lol. They charge 50 CENTS EACH for to-go sauces now. It's not the normal sauce cups either, it's the small ones. 50 CENTS EACH. The only reason we take it to-go is because the dine-in hours are so inconsistent. Sometimes we show up during the times it says dine-in is available but they say it's not for whatever reason they have that day. Again, the staff is AMAZING. I was with a big group and we tried a few different things: A2- Spring Rolls - loaded with stuff and a great dipping sauce P11- Pho - good flavor and a great portion S36 - Banh Mi - we did wait a bit to eat this but the flavor was ok. I feel like the sandwhich was a little lite (thought its only $6 so maybe I need to temper my expectations). I would give 5 stars to the first 2 items, a 3 star to the Banh Mi and probably a 3 star to the service (took a while to took water refills). This is literally the closest restaurant to my house and until this week I've only been once. Not anything wrong with the food, service or location, but just because I'm not familiar with Vietnamese dishes and never know what to order. But this week, I wanted to support a local restaurant and decided to check them out again. My son and I got a couple of bahn mi sandwiches and my wife had the spring rolls. I like that there are so many varieties of bahn mis so everyone can get exactly what they want in their sandwich. They were both good size and filled with delicious ingredients. These were so much better than the ones I got at another Bellevue bahn mis shop. The meat with flavorful and not full fat and gristle. So, super delicious the whole way through. The spring rolls were a huge hit too. I think I was expecting something more like an egg roll or lumpia (fried wrapper) but these were cool and tasty and chocked full of deliciousness. My favorite place for pho in the metro area! Every restaurant does their pho broth a little differently-- I've tried most other pho places in the area and this is by far my favorite. Super flavorful broth and not too much oil. They are also one of the few places that offers a large size where the portions actually feels like a large. When Omelette and Viet Cusine closed last month in Southwest Omaha, I was nearly in tears about it, since that was THE BEST place to get Bun Bo Bue- a spicy Vietnamese noodle dish served with different noodles and meats than it's more popular cousin, pho. In order for the bowl to be MOST authentic, it's got to have all the right ingredients, which means tendon, congealed blood, a pork hock, and other slices of beef like brisket and flank. The veggie accompaniments include bean sprouts, cabbage, lime, cilantro, basil, and shio leaf. It's very rare to find somewhere in Omaha that has a bowl made in this fashion, and OmeletteViet was the first place in Omaha I found a few years back that had it. Once they closed, I was scrambling to find another place that would make the authentic version and not a watered down wimpy version to apease American taste buds. Ipho#1 has made the cut. Not only is their broth deeper and richer (as opposed to say the lighter clearer broth at Saigon Surface or Saigon or Vietnamese Restaurant) but the meats are all there and the garnishes are perfect too. Their pho and rice platters and banh mi were all 3-4 star for me (consider this Omaha, afterall) but this bun bo hue is a solid 5. When there is a dish that you eat almost weekly, you have to find your spot, and I've found mine. read more

I always think this dish is equivalent of salad because it is so healthy and still yummy. The meat is tender, marinated well, and some hint of lemongrass. Dipping sauce is good, not too sweet or sour. I got the Avocado Smoothies (condensed milk and ice). It was topped with whipped cream. The food is good, I especially like to stop and bring home one of the soup varieties. The atmosphere is just ok, not cute just tables and chairs kind of a pcold feel. It's actually more of a 3.5 stars! We stopped by here for dinner on the the day they officially opened for business. We specifically avoided the lunch rush since I was expecting a big turnout since this business used to be on-base (Offutt AFB) and was usually busy at lunch. There was a good turnout for dinner as well. I can tell that they are a little short staff and the crew was trying their best to accommodate everyone. There was a considerable delay with our food (and others as well), and our server was apologetic every time he stops by our table. The owner stopped by after our meal and said hello and was also sorry for the delay and explained some of the "opening day" issues that they were experiencing. I'll cut them a little slack for their first day, and I just hope that this doesn't become the norm for their business. As far as the food...it was good and consistent as with my review from their previous establishment (Pho382). Great selection and great food. This pho restaurant is about a 15 minute drive from where I live, but I dropped by after getting a few things at Goodwill. It is very close to the Goodwill, so I took the opportunity to eat some tasty pho. This is my first time visiting a pho restaurant in Omaha, and I was not disappointed. They are social distancing; the tables were spread out when I came to dine in. The employees were all wearing masks, and people who had carry out orders waited in their car until their orders were done. I watched a young man bring out their orders but some people, who's orders were ready, did pick them up inside. I ordered a couple of egg rolls and a rare beef pho. Everything came out super quickly. The egg rolls were really good. It came with sweet and sour sauce. It was the red colored sweet and sour sauce. I prefer the sweet and sour sauce that is more clear in color with chili flakes, but theirs was still good. I also ordered the small pho. That along with the egg rolls were more than enough to fill me up. There wasn't too much meat in the pho but it was a fair amount. read more

Came here for the first time last night upon recommendation from a friend. Located in Tregaron Towne Center near south Bellevue, the restaurant is relatively easy to find. Conveniently, they have their own parking lot out front, so finding parking won't be too big of a deal. I came for dinner with a group of friends in the mood for some Vietnamese food (namely pho). We arrived at the restaurant at around 7:30 and it was relatively busy, but we were seated immediately. The service was good, and all the waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating. After some thought, I ended up trying the P5- Special Combo Pho (Large) and an order of Spring Rolls (4). The spring rolls were brought out first and they tasted super refreshing and light! Wrapped in tender rice paper was cilantro, shrimp, vermicelli, sliced pork and lettuce, served with a nice, savory peanut dipping sauce. One good thing to note is that you can choose to order either two or four! But, if possible, I would recommend sharing with another person since it is a little cheaper per spring roll to get four instead of two. The Combination pho was also good, each bowl was brought with a small plate of bean sprouts, cilantro, a slice of lime, and two slices of jalapeno. The soup by itself was a little lacking, but good when hoisin sauce and sriracha were added. Overall, not the best pho I've ever had, but nonetheless delicious. PHO LOVE We did it pho love! We were traveling on the road and my wife loves two types of food the most: Mexican and Thai. I did a quick Yelp search and saw this place. I shared it with my wife via the Yelp App and she immediately said, "What time are we going?" When we walked in the line waiter let us pick any table we wanted. There were a few people eating inside already which is always a good sign to me. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. He wanted to take our order immediately but I asked him for a few minutes. When I worked in Asia this was always very typical, so I loved the authentic nature of his order taking. We started out with an order of the egg rolls which were very good. We had to wait a few minutes for them to cool down because they were extremely hot. I always love my food fresh from the kitchen. Once we dived in we all admitted that they were fantastic. We even discussed getting a second order. I am going to go on a limb and say that these were house made. I started out with the Dac Biet which is a Beef Noodle Soup with rare eye of round steak, brisket, beef flank, tendon, meat balls, fresh rice noodles, basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños and lime. Talk about meating up my meal. I'm not a tendon fan and should have asked them to hold it out. Sometimes I'm feeling adventurous like Bizarre Foods but when it comes to tendon I just need to stop. The house special beef broth was simply incredible. I also loved the quality of the meat. Everything in this bowl was amazing. My little one got a chicken noodle Pho and my wife got spicy vegetables over rice. They were both very happy with their choices. We were all smiles with our choice for a late lunch. This was the perfect ending for our drive from Kansas City to Omaha. I can't wait to come back here for another bowl of goodness. read more

IPHO #1 is the place to go for great food without going broke. The portion sizes are impressive and I always have leftovers. My favorite soup so far is the Mi Hai San (S15) Seafood Egg Noodle Soup. It has so much flavor and the pork pairs so well with the shrimp and crab. I liked the quail eggs in the pho as I had never had them before. I got the small well done steak Pho, I think the kids shared the 23 (chicken noodle bowl) and my husband got 18 possibly (steak with rice). I loved my pho! The broth had great flavor with bean sprouts, jalapeños, cilantro and lime to add more depth. The table comes with chile sauce, fish sauce, soy, soup spoons, chopsticks, forks and knifes; everything we needed to enjoy dinner. Our sever was nice and water/pop was refilled regularly. Came to this place by coincidence because of a lunch meeting with family member that's already in the area, otherwise I've probably will never get to try this place since it's not within my play area... They have a few Cantonese food in the menu but they don't have it at that time so I don't know whether it's good or not. However I can definitely say that their pho are great. The broth is tasty and their chili sauce (that I found on the table) is bomb. It's also pretty generous with their meats compared to the other places. I would recommend to get their phos as it is their best food in the menu. However I'm not a big fan of the Vietnamese iced coffee, it's just doesn't taste like one. Hence I didn't bother to try their bubble teas too... Too bad I didn't remember to take pictures of the food, but I will the next time I'm in the neighborhood. read more
