Wow never ran into a manager like the woman in charge tonight…read more We ordered Creole shrimp as an appetizer. It was brought out with the entree. It was mushee and coated in so much grease (creole butter) that it was unacceptable to eat. I infomed the waiter, who then informed the manager, whom I did not ask to speak to. She comes to my table and informs me that it is the butter, and then proceeded to go into a loop about the butter. Listen I hear you but all I'm saying is it not worth eating, she comes back and goes into a rant (loopin again) about not giving me a refund. Listen missie, I don't care about a refund, I am just letting you know that it is not good. Basically a loss of a customer forever because she doesn't have people skills. End result we had to listen to some more looping about something else for 10 mins until she finally went and brought us our check so we could leave. Loud music was playing, we had to talk really loud just to have a conversation. Strawberry shortcake had no strawberries and they used the fake syrup on it instead. I probably would not eat in the building again just because of the size but I would swing in and get something to go. If they fixed the loudness of the music and used strawberries this would have been an easy 4/5.
