I called in to order a sandwich using my freaky rewards, the person answering the phone said her not was Charise Mosley aka Cody stating she is the GM, refused to take my order over the phone, her words "Baby u gone have to come in the store to use your rewards" I said the gentleman that answers the phone sometimes, took my order over the phone, she responded very aggressively, Baby that's not what he is supposed to do, I am the GM, you can call who every you want to call. This is very unprofessional, the only customer friendly person in this Store is the guy that answers the phone. She kept going on and on speaking to me in a very aggressive manner. Please consider training your staff to be a little more friendlier. Calling a customer "Baby" is not the way to speak to anyone. read more

I had a great experience at this Jimmy John's! Both workers were very friendly and wearing face masks because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I got the Club Lulu sandwich and it was great and very filling. I ate inside because they were doing every other table with COVID. I overall had a great experience and hope to return in the future! read more

Walk in and was looking at the menu because I never been here before and it just felt like the lady was rushing me and says to me "well whenever you are ready let me know since you don't know". This was a good experience. It was my first time at JJ's. The menu was a bit disappointing as I was thinking I could get a steak sandwich like a Philly, but I could not. I settled on a JJBLT and it was decent. The tomatoes were measly and the french bread seemed fake it was so smooth, but it had a good flavor. My wife had the Italian Night Club and she basically professed it was her new sandwich. She got it with peppers and gave me a taste. I won't lie: it was pretty good. Maybe a little overpriced, but the environment is nice, the food is good, and hey... They deliver! Oh, and they really are fast. As a side note they serve Coke and Dr. Pepper. The chips they have are not spectacular. read more

Wednesday, September 14, 2022 @ 8:40pm... I walked into JJ in Albany, GA - before I can get a foot in the door - the young man at the register said, "excuse me sir, I'm sorry but we are closed. I replied, it's not 9pm what do you mean you are closed. He looked and said something under his breathe to a young lady then turned to me and said may I take your order. I replied no thank you. Little did he know that this was my 3rd time within a week & 1/2 coming to JJ and not getting service. During my 1st visit I can to order my favorite sandwich the "Club Lulu", the tall young lady at the register greeted me and kindly smiled and said sir we are out of bread. She explained that a large group came in and wiped them out. I completely understood but she did recommend a low carb sandwich wrapped in lettuce. I laughed and stated I'm 6'6" 321lbs and I need all my carbs. We both laughed then I left. Maybe 3 days later I came back, met a nice gentleman not the one above - he greeted me then asked to take my order. Again I ordered the World Famous "Club Lulu" as he was about to ring my order up, he stated "I'm sorry sir, we are out of bacon". I said cmon man you can't be. He apologized, I stated well you can't have a Club Lulu w/o the bacon. I wished the staff well then left. I'm a very patient and understanding person, maybe because I am bilateral amputee and veteran of the US Navy so I gave my first 2 visits the benefit of the doubt. But the last visit was UNACCEPTABLE!!! Upon going in I saw a family dining in and enjoying their meal, needless to say I didn't have the same experience. My visit reminded me of a training I created called "The Lost Art of Customer Service".... I'm not big on people losing their jobs but the entire shift that night should be held accountable. This was my first time eating at Jimmy John's. The service was great, however the food was just there. It's bland in taste. There is no seasoning or nothing. It's just a sandwich with no voice. I expected more from the smell of the inside, but no mam no sir. Now if you don't have any taste buds, then this is the best place to eat. read more

This Jimmy johns is not up to the service level of most Jimmy Johns. Very slow to make the subs and the meat in the subs does not seen like the same amount. I buy the gargantuan everywhere and usually it is overtaken with meat except in Albany. read more

A big fan of JJ's. If you have been to one before the quality is consistent with what you would expect. This location just opened and it's obvious as the service is a little slower than most JJ's, but they are still quick, just learning. I'm sure the speed will improve as the staff becomes more experienced. The location was clean and the service was as I have experienced at every JJs, good. The staff was very friendly (a rarity at many places in the Albany area). While dining one of the team members noticed my shirt (military) and said they offer a 10% discount. I did not receive it during my checkout, but went back the next day and got 10% off. So just ask the cashier for your discount in case they don't remember. Highly recommend JJs. read more

Jimmy John's is turning into another Albany business that doesn't care. I ordered 2 basic sandwiches at 11:22am today for delivery. I live 2.6 miles from the store a 5 minute drive even hitting all 3 lights between my house and the store. At 12:20pm I called the store to ask where my delivery was the only words that an employee said to me was your order is on its way and she hung up. At 12:45 my husband calls and they say I don't know where your order is, the delivery guy took your food awhile ago and we don't know where he is or how long. My husband says we will just come pick it up. As he is pulling out of the driveway at 12:55 the delivery guy shows up, without a pen to sign my credit card receipt without an apology or even an excuse. My husband calls the store to let them know he showed up we would not be coming to the store, he was told K, that's it!!! Positive side our food is correct. Get it together Jimmy John's or you will lose my twice a week orders. read more
