We ordered burritos that normally come with meat, cheese, rice, beans, and we add pico inside. The first order was wrong, we received two wet burritos, which we did not order. After going back and trying to correct it, I still received the wrong burrito. The big glob of cheese on the outside of the burrito was so thick. The insides only contained means and beans. The pico was given on the side & was not fresh. According to my boyfriend, the person taking orders looked confused at the sound of a carne asada burrito & wasn't very knowledgeable about what came in the burrito. This seems accurate seeing as how we both ended up with the wrong order which took entirely too long. Will not be returning. * 1 Star because I did still eat it, I was starving! & the meat had a decent taste.

I was not blown away by them, but they were not bad. The tacos came out next and were pretty good. The chorizo was probably my favorite out of the three, though the birria was pretty much neck to neck. My pupusa was a bit smaller than other places that I had pupusas at, but still pretty good. I would lean more towards the tacos, though. All in all, Los Reyes is a great choice for Mexican and it definitely earned my recommendation.

This behavior was completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and made me feel unsafe as a customer. I was treated with hostility for an issue that was not my fault. No customer should ever feel threatened when attempting to pick up an order. Due to this incident, I will not return to this establishment and cannot recommend it, particularly to Black customers who deserve to be treated with respect and safety. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
