My boyfriend went here 8/23/25 because we've had good experiences before. This time, absolutely…read morenot! We ordered burritos that normally come with meat, cheese, rice, beans, and we add pico inside. The first order was wrong, we received two wet burritos, which we did not order. After going back and trying to correct it, I still received the wrong burrito. The big glob of cheese on the outside of the burrito was so thick. The insides only contained means and beans. The pico was given on the side & was not fresh. According to my boyfriend, the person taking orders looked confused at the sound of a carne asada burrito & wasn't very knowledgeable about what came in the burrito. This seems accurate seeing as how we both ended up with the wrong order which took entirely too long. Will not be returning. * 1 Star because I did still eat it, I was starving! & the meat had a decent taste.

Los Reyes is located at the end of a rather nondescript shopping plaza. It is a small restaurant…read moreand rather humble in its ambiance, but I have always maintained that the best Mexican food comes from the most humble places. My server was a young lady who was professional and friendly. I ended up going with three tacos (birria, chorizo, and carnitas) and a pupusa. They did bring out some complimentary chips and salsa. I was not blown away by them, but they were not bad. The tacos came out next and were pretty good. The chorizo was probably my favorite out of the three, though the birria was pretty much neck to neck. My pupusa was a bit smaller than other places that I had pupusas at, but still pretty good. I would lean more towards the tacos, though. All in all, Los Reyes is a great choice for Mexican and it definitely earned my recommendation.

I went to this restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order, and upon arrival was told that the…read morerestaurant had not received the order. Rather than calmly asking me to clarify or assisting in resolving the issue, the front-desk employee--a large male staff member--became verbally aggressive, yelled at me, and behaved in a threatening manner, as though he was attempting to intimidate or provoke a confrontation. This behavior was completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and made me feel unsafe as a customer. I was treated with hostility for an issue that was not my fault. No customer should ever feel threatened when attempting to pick up an order. Due to this incident, I will not return to this establishment and cannot recommend it, particularly to Black customers who deserve to be treated with respect and safety. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Todo estuvo bien brutal. Full recomendado. I also had a skinny margarita that was genuinely so good. A couple people at the table ordered Micheladas and those were a hit too. The mugs they came in made the whole experience even better. We had a very large group and the staff handled it well. There were a few mix ups, but that is normal with a group our size. By the end, everyone was happy, full, and deep in good conversation. One of the funniest moments was the gentleman sitting next to me who almost picked up his plate to lick it. If that is not a testament to their food, I do not know what is. I also appreciated how willing they were to split checks for each person since we were all using per diem on a work trip. They did not fight us on it at all, which made everything smoother. If I had to make any comment, it would be about the timeline of service. Things moved a little slowly, but we were trickling in and our table kept growing, so we definitely contributed to that. Overall, it was a great experience with good food, good drinks, and a staff that worked hard to take care of a big group.
