This behavior was completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and made me feel unsafe as a customer. I was treated with hostility for an issue that was not my fault. No customer should ever feel threatened when attempting to pick up an order. Due to this incident, I will not return to this establishment and cannot recommend it, particularly to Black customers who deserve to be treated with respect and safety. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I also appreciated how willing they were to split checks for each person since we were all using per diem on a work trip. They did not fight us on it at all, which made everything smoother. If I had to make any comment, it would be about the timeline of service. Things moved a little slowly, but we were trickling in and our table kept growing, so we definitely contributed to that.
