Full disclosure here...I love In-N-Out Burger and would go there if the option was available. This is an EXPENSIVE gourmet burger. They say "all toppings are free" but that is complete B.S. as you pay for them whether or not you put them on your burger. Bacon cheeseburger and a milkshake was $14!!! If I wanted French fries that would have taken my total to $18!!! Not a good value even for fresh fast food. I guess you could go there and eat "free" peanuts for an hour to try to get your moneys worth...I stopped by for the first time and years, and after one trip I now remember why I never eat here! read more

The food is good, but the prices are outrageous. The price of a regular burger of any kind is around 8 bucks. Nothing else. A large fry? More than 5 bucks. A regular drink! More than 2 dollars. Bottled water too. I am assuming they think they have a few Michelin stars. We shared drinks, a fry and three burgers (one was a small burger which means it had a single patty) and we paid about 35 bucks. They just opened last week but the men's bathroom was out of service. My wife also noted that they had about five employees in line to get food around 6 pm. She said it did not seem like anyone thought that one through. It is a fall day, leaves are falling and winter is close at hand. We soar in from out of town to prepare for a wedding. Food and family will be late, and we need a tasty place to lift our spirits and fill our bellies. Who would have known this Five Guys would be the WHOLE package of a huge happy staff team that works well like a "saucy machine" and greets you with the southern hospitality Atlanta long forgot? I adored the bright and friendly atmosphere and the food was made quick and was perfect! Everyone is upbeat and hands-on engaged in bringing a plethora of smiles to the customers. They for sure impressed my husband who frequents a Five Guys in Sandy Springs, but noted never seeing this much enthusiasm and genuine charm from the members up there. Very good burgers and fries, it stays packed with not much seating, will wait 15-20 minutes due to the amount of folks but it's great and worth it. Service from the counter was mediocre I saw two folks with wrong orders and one guy who wanted a burger a specific way brought it back twice to be corrected , maybe just new and the fact of how busy they are? I love this place. I moved from Nashville, TN and missed all the different food choices I had when I was there. When I fist moved here in 2015, the only food choices you had were "down home cooking" and crappy fast food like McDonald's and Burger King. We had to evacuate home due to a hurricane and ended up in Albany, GA. We stopped into Five Guys because we like the ones back home. It was busier than any Five Guys I have ever seen. We were expecting a long wait as the line started outside the door. To our surprise it took only a few minutes to get through the line. I found out the store recently opened so I expected a long wait for our food. I was again surprised the food only took a few minutes. The fries were perfect and the burgers hit the spot. The employees were working at lightning speed and were super friendly. Even bough every table was being used, they constantly cleaned them as people were done eating. I'm so tired of hearing this place is expensive, you get what you pay for! The burgers are fresh, made to order and HUGE! They give you enough fries in one order to feed your whole family. First and last time eating at this location. Fries were covered in excessive salt. The cheeseburger was just awful. The only thing hot on my cheeseburger was the tomato. Yuck. The fries are the absolute best! Burgers were very good. Fresh beef does make a difference. They had just opened so there were lots employees on site. First ever customer here at this place, after hearing so much about it I thought for sure that it would be a great place to go. Needless to say I'm horribly disappointed. By the time I ordered my food until they called out my number was exactly 23 minutes. The young man who took my order was extremely nice and friendly, and said my order right away. As I said I noticed that people kept getting their orders before me my order ( number 59). By the time they called number 71, it was 5:44 PM. At 5:45 I finally went up to the counter to ask about my order. The young man saw me approach the counter and asked if I was still waiting for my order. He did some searching, and, as it turns out, my fully loaded bacon cheese burger was sitting on top of the fry station and had been completely neglected. He took it upon himself to give me french fries, the mayonnaise I asked for, and multiple apologies.he was the only one that even spoke to me.
