Received quite a bit of attitude ordering ONE milkshake. Upon pulling up to the window, you see people eating and drinking while working, joking around and laughing amongst each other. We pay, then this thug hands us the shake and I KID YOU NOT, shake spilled all over the sides and he truly was trying to hand that to us with ZERO NAPKINS, ZERO APOLOGY, ZERO care in the world that the shake was spilled ALL around the sides and even got on my truck driver door. I proceeded to look at him as if he was stupid (which he is) like hello.... Maybe at least ONE napkin... he shuts the door and takes a minute to get the napkin, all while he's laughing at the situation with his coworker, Pumbaa. This place is trash. The people of the town told me since Jack's stopped caring about who they hired, service, quality of food and all around look of the place went to shit. Good luck and good riddance, will never spend another dollar there. HIRE A NEW STAFF!
