Food was awesome! We went after the lunch rush, so we didn't have to wait in line. Very clean dining room. Highly recommend the grape salad.

Was in town with my mom to take her to an appointment. She had to pick up some items from a store in the same plaza as Chicken Salad Chick, and we decided to grab some to-go orders. Both my mother and I ordered the Cranberry Kelli with broccoli salad; my mom also ordered the pimento cheese; my husband had the Buffalo Barclay (two scoops) and the pasta salad. My husband enjoyed his meal (he took care of business before I could get a photo, lol)! My mom enjoyed her meal (I gave her my broccoli salad; for my salad, I forgot to ask them if I could get it without the bacon bits sprinkled on top :o). In any case, to me, the chicken salad was good, but definitely not close to the best chicken salad I've had. So, not a gigantic fan of the cranberry kelli. However, I can tell you that the pimento cheese, which my mom shared with me, was delish. Note, we both had leftovers. I do plan to return to this place, to simply try some of the other flavors - and because I am a fan of "soups and salads." I am now also a fan of the pimento cheese. Conveniently, different types of salads can be picked up from the "Quick Chick" cooler (pre-packaged items) which saves time from ordering and waiting. Good customer service by the way. read more

This is always our go to place whenever we can't figure out what to eat for lunch. Absolutely loveeee the quality of the food here. You could taste the freshness in your food, and they don't give you a soggy piece of lettuce or an old slice of pickle. We usually go through the drive thru and they get the food to us fairly quickly. And the cookies they add to the meal, soooo good. Now I'd already done one review on this place and gave it 3 stars. I said I would be back to review again and well now they get 1 star. Now I just picked up a Classic salad which on the menu says spring blend, tomatoes, and cucumbers. I turned around after I got through the drive thru and opened my salad to see no tomatoes. 1. I love tomatoes in my salad 2. If your menu says it comes in the salad put it in there. When I got back to the drive through the girl explained it didn't come with tomatoes. I read the menu to her that says it does. She said they come premade. I don't give a damn, if it's not in the salad don't have it on your menu and I would have gotten something different. Disappointed from the Albany location. Four employees standing lazily around the counter, not one of them checked our order. Luckily we checked in the bag before we drove off b/c they forgot our sides. Then get home only to discover they gave us the wrong sandwiches. If you visit this location be sure to check everything before you drive off. read more

This is the third time with in 1 month that I've been to this place and got the Grape Salad and the grapes were rotten.

As far as chicken salad goes this place is great!...I had the Kickin' Kay Lynne chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and it was great...it wasn't too spicy and had a great flavor...I also had a scoop of the Spicy Pimento Cheese and it was pretty spicy and was very good...the broccoli salad and the grape salad were both delicious!!...my wife had the Olivia's Old South sandwich on white bread and it was also very good...I really liked the flavor of her sandwich with the eggs and chopped up pickles in it...we went at lunch time and it was really busy but worth the wait!!...I would definitely say to give it a try!!... read more

Service was good, food came out promptly but it was not worth $8 for a chicken salad sandwich. I got the buffalo chicken on a crescent with a side of Mac and cheese. It tasted fine. This place is sooo delicious! They do everything right. Friendly staff, well thought and intentionally prepared menu, and their sweet tea is right on the money!
