My complaint is with management. It was this young lady's second day on the job. She was left alone at the front to take orders on a Saturday evening. No one tried to assist her. My order was not correct. I didn't want cheese on my grilled chicken club. So the sandwich had no cheese on it but I was charged extra for cheese. It was just frustrating for her . Better training is needed for the cashiers. It is by far not their fault. And the quality of the food was not good. Mac and cheese was cold. That was not like Chick-fil -A.
