The drive through and parking is the dumbest I have ever seen! The drive in was backup into Dawson Road, so I went inside. Almost every employee was on their cell phone. A $20 lunch for two included chicken sandwiches on a pretzel bun. The bread was ancient, stale and just not good. The waffle fries had to have been made an hour earlier - dry, leathery and tasteless. The only person enjoying himself was the manager being entertained by his young female servers. Wait staff never took interest in the customers. It was a nasty experience. WOW - thought the reviews must be wrong - they are not! Seems newer and nice 2 lane drive through but don't be fooled! LONG wait time to place your order during a non peak time. And sadly the sandwiches were swimming in grease! I've never experienced this at any other location! Grease oozing out of both buns and the chicken! It's hard to go wrong with Chick-Fil-A. Because of COVID-19, when I visited only the drive thru was open. I had already ordered on my app, but needed to add a few items. They have great customer service, and the employees were very friendly and helped me. The food was ready and given to me before I even got to the window. They really have their drive thru system down. Also the chicken sandwich was better here than any other location I've been to. All in all, I highly recommend this chickfila. read more

This location does not offer military discount. Service and food are ok. I asked for a meal without cheese and it still came with cheese. They were apologetic but did not make any gesture to compensate me for my time spent back in the store waiting on my sandwich. Other locations have in the past and the gesture goes a long way. Mobile orders take so long for them to get ready. Ordered 2 cones and a milkshake, took 15 minutes to get them.

Our experience was horrible My grandchildren and I were getting food here and I didn't get my three fruit cups instead I got two large fries and one fruit cup I didn't get my grilled nuggets there was no kale salad and I had to pay 36.18 cents for something I didn't get. If I ever go there again I'm going to triple check my order and pay when I'm assured I get all my food. read more

I asked for my chicken nuggets and fries to be well done. Woman behind the counter said " we can't do that" I said um why not? And she started to get an attitude. Went and got the manager, he then told me " oh we don't do that around here but I promise your food will be fresh" My food came, cold, and the nuggets and fries were chewy. I'm not the type of person to complain, but if I'm complaining you know I'm pissed off. Spent $22 and got the shittiest food ever from chickfila. read more

Not bad at all. Friendly staff, the food is always fresh and well prepared (the sandwiches actually look like they do in the advertisements and pictures!), and one of the few places in the mall where you can use the restroom without a rigamarole. read more

This is a really nice Chick-fil-A. Beautiful building,clean, two spacious drive thru lanes, and a great location. It's Chick-fil-A so the food is always really good. My only complaint is the service. It's usually good. Hard to go wrong with this restaurant to be honest. If you're not familiar with Chik-Fil-A then you should know it is closed on Sunday. The owners are very religious and outspoken about it. Not that I have a problem with that. I just want some chicken. A lot of people rave about their lemonade (my in-laws for one). I am not a huge fan because it is very sweet and very sour. I like a fresh taste with minimal sugar myself. The chicken is usually very good and the waffle fries are awesome--especially when they are piping hot. I love to dip everything in the honey mustard sauce. Give it a shot. This new location. Smh. The old location had fast service despite its tight location. This my second trip to the new location in front of the mall and the drive thru is a complete nightmare. Eighteen minutes last time, this time been in drive thru 8 minutes and have at least 6 cars before i even reach the menu board. It's evident the customer focus is gone with nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru, which you can't get out of once you're in it you're stuck. Where are the employees with the tablets outside? This is not your typical chic Fil a and does not carry out the same core values of their many locations. The guest engagement needs work and when asking for a particular entree we were told they do not serve it when it is on the menu. Generally fast food restaurants provide water at only the expense of the cup. Given that ChicFilA is typically known for being friendly and accomidating, you would think that something as simple as retrieving a water wouldnt be an ordeal. However, when asking for a water, for which I was charged ~$1.50 and being given a child size cup of mostly ice, my husband politely clarified that we wanted a large water, not a tiny one. The cashier looked at him like he was speaking a foreign language, to which he turned and attempted to enlist the help of his coworker. She also looked at the screen trying to figure things out to no avail. Then they called the manager over. Charged us another 3 dollars for a large water and then tried to not give us the small water we had already paid for. THREE PEOPLE and almost 5 dollars. For WATER. highly unimpressed and sincerely glad I don't have to put up with horrible service like this from this location again. read more
