It left me pretty inconvenienced as that was for an elderly picky eater who will not eat beef, or hummus. And two, the pricing is inconsistent and doesn't make sense. It was advertised to order online to save 10%. I ordered online and paid the same price. I also find it weird I would pay 2 dollars for an extra patty, but $4+ dollars for extra rice? The prices for extra sauce is almost a dollar. And third, my food was not fast at all. I ordered online and was given a 10 minute ready time. I got there 20 minutes later, there were still working on my order. I feel I'm being nitpicky, but I had much higher expectations given the unusually high reviews. It's the only reason why I gave 2 stars and not 1, to give the benefit of the doubt. Everyone has an off day I guess.
