This used to be my favorite location until tonight, there was rude customer service from playful teenagers in drive thru that were taking orders. They were laughing and goofing off the entire time. Then when I proceeded to drive-thru window to collect food, no one asked if I needed condiments or anything. Lastly, got home fries were hard and cold, this was foremost the worst customer service and food from chick-fil-a, hope next visit is a whole lot better!! read more

A $20 lunch for two included chicken sandwiches on a pretzel bun. The bread was ancient, stale and just not good. The waffle fries had to have been made an hour earlier - dry, leathery and tasteless. The only person enjoying himself was the manager being entertained by his young female servers. Wait staff never took interest in the customers. It was a nasty experience. I will alwayssss recommend this Chick Fil A. It's actually pretty hard to find good or even decent service in the Albany/Leesburg area, and even though this place is a fast food chain, the service is always amazing. I've never had any problems. They always ask the extra questions to make sure your order is fulfilled to your liking. Long lines form and they still get the job done quickly and correctly. I hate this CFA. Something is wrong with my order every single time. They short me on nuggies and sauce.. once I ordered a Egg White Grill and they gave me a single buttered biscuit. I come here every morning during the week and ohhh it is so good but food is always fresh!!!!

This location is great. I go there about once a week or so and the staff are very friendly. The service is usually very fast, too. Just make sure you don't show up on "receipt day." We did that accidentally one day and we were a bit bewildered as to what was going on. I guess it wasn't all bad because we got a second meal out of it later, but it was just crazy in there. I especially love the playground there. The kids play and the usually make new friends. I just haven't really had much of a bad experience here. I think I walked out one time, but it was an odd occurrence. They were oddly out of some item or another that my wife really craved and I think one of the cashiers might have been kind of rude about it, but I don't remember the details clearly. read more

The service inside is exceptional. Drive thru is lacking at times with courtesy but still better than any other drive thru. The only complaint is that sometimes the food isn't checked before it's given out to go. If you eat inside this doesn't happen. Sometimes to go orders will have over cooked chicken, a half piece of chicken, or hard biscuits in the morning. This is the only reason for not giving 5 stars. They even have real, fresh flowers on the table every day! What other restaurant does that? It's a nice touch. read more

I'm a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I heard about Chicfila offering a free meal to veterans, so we went there for dinner. When I inquired about the veterans meal, they said "Nope, too late". Not "sorry sir, the offer ended at 7:00", but Nope too late. I guess they were upset that I interrupted the conversation they were having about what is the best hair conditioner. I guess I'm not the right ethnicity. I, personally, will never go to chicfila again. By the way, it was 7:10 when I got there. Not the 1st time, I've had bad service and bad food. read more
