I stopped in as I needed gas and food on my drive from Ohio to southern Florida. I walked in went to the bathroom (super clean by the way). Then ordered an iced cold brew vanilla, a chicken sandwich with fries and a frosted coffee as well for the drive. Everyone was super polite and the place was very clean, I didn't go into the play area but I bet it was clean as well. Stopped here on the way to Atlanta. It was easy to find the location and they had plenty of parking. The restaurant was clean. Arrived at 10:29AM, I was informed that we could not get breakfast. Which was fine, but the tone in which she said it made me feel a certain kinda way. I tried to scan my app and was again barked at how I was not holding the phone at the right angle. At that point I told my DH to go ahead and order first. I then ordered my meal and was told there was no buffalo sauce for the nuggets. It is clear to me that this lace does not cater to all and next time I will just bypass this exit and stop at Tifton. Oh the food was hot though. read more

Never have I ever gone to a Chick-fil-A at lunch and had it not be super duper crowded. I think I was here at Prime Time (between 12 and 1p) and there was nobody in line and lots of seating available. Also, the drive-thru didn't prevent me from entering the parking lot and finding a spot. The food was all good which is typical as CFA is usually pretty consistent across the board. The waffle fries were hot (McDonald's can learn from this), the grilled spicy chicken was actually spicy, and the nuggets were delicious. It was somewhere not far from Macon heading north on the highway towards Atlanta. I'd stop again if I needed a quick meal while traveling. read more

I left another restaurant in disgust after waiting 10 minutes without service. I walked into Chik-fil-a and was greeted by the second I walked through the door by Diane. I ordered my old standby the number 1 meal and a diet lemonade. My total time from order to leaving was less than 5 minutes. This Chick-fil-A location is one of my favorite I-75 stops. First off, it's pretty easy to get in and out of and this exit is easy for getting on and off. Gas stations nearby (right next door) make it even more convenient. The quality of food and service at this location has always been superb, at least from my experience. Get in, get served quickly, eat, and get back on the road. Easy-peasy. And here's something that really impressed me: They made fresh coffee for me at 6pm on a Saturday. Food was great, however, the inside line and drive-thru both moved very slow for a Chick-fil-A. The staff was very polite, as expected.

I was in town for business so I stayed at the Hampton Inn next door. I went for dinner after getting into town. I ordered via the mobile app and then walked over to pick it up. Everything in my order was accurate, good temperature, etc. It was so easy I had breakfast there the next two days too. Next time I'm in town staying at the Hampton will be an easy choice since the Chick-fil-a is next door. read more

We just stopped here with a bus of 50 scouts on our way to summer camp. Food was great and the service was exceptional! A lot of our group ordered ahead on the app and the food was waiting for us when we got there. The rest went through the line and got their food very quickly. We were back on the bus in 35 minutes! As were traveling to Clinch County for a funeral today with our hearts heavy we stopped here for breakfast. I want to take time out to give a special thanks to Robin and Patsy for they're exceptional outstanding customer service. Patsy gave us options that I never knew we could substitute and she was sweet and kind. Robin was just as kind and checked on our food and let us know it would be right out while we waited. (Guess I should be lucky to have it been made, as last time several things were forgotten.) I was there with my family. We order food. That's came out wrong in the drive through. And went inside while my food was getting cold to have it fixed. They handed the sandwich back to the kitchen. And gave me the exact sandwich back that I took in there to have fixed. By this time on the interstate (from out of town)called to tell them. No manager on duty. Told me they couldn't give me a free meal on the app ( all the other chick Fil a's I go to do) But that I could come in. And tell them that so and so said I could have a free meal and they were supposed to give it to me. This always seems to be our first pit stop when we are headed south. It's located right off the freeway and next to a gas station. The bathrooms are clean and the employees are always friendly. Chick-fil-A has always been my husband's favorite place to eat. I don't want a lot of chicken but I do enjoy Chick-Fil-A. I've also never been to a Chick-fil-A that was poorly managed. This particular Chick-fil-A is probably the best one I've ever been to. I hardly even sat down and they were bringing my order for 6 people out to my table. They were the friendliest bunch of employees I've ever encountered. The play area was super clean too. A MAJOR factor in my rating. Sorry baby Jesus I for this review I'm about to write. Well how do I say this without upsetting anyone who is diehard Chick-Fil-A individual?. Because it could have just been a bad day for trying this place for me. Let's start off the review by saying. This was my first experience ever having anything from this establishment. My wife and I were traveling on through to get to our vacation destination. During that time frame I had kept on seeing signs for Chick-Fil-A. And I kept on hearing rave reviews from everyone. Either from the friends & colleagues, or simply the internet. So I had made it a goal to stop. Because I was destined to dabble into this greatness everyone speaks of. With that being said. I had jumped of the highway exit and made my way to this establishment. Keep in mind it was close to closing time. But yet still that should never be an excuse. We had our order taken from this nice young girl who was very kind and helpful to with choices. Once we had gotten our order. We decided to eat out in the parking lot. Well either way, we had to. Because we had our dog with us. When I opened up the bag and was ready to dive into the greatness everyone raves about. I jumped all in with expectations high. I had the 12 chicken nuggets. And once I had grabbed it out of the box and bitten into it. This is where my disappointment had started. The nugget was between cold and warm. Almost as if they grabbed it from sitting somewhere for a while. Dissatisfied No.1. 2nd since I was so disappointed with the nuggets I decided to move onto the fries. Once I Had bitten into those. I was confused and even more dissatisfied. It seemed like those fries people keep on cooking over and over again. And the sad part they were also not hot. I had decided to go back in and make them aware. And also to question whether they deep fried or microwaved these food items. Because I didn't understand, seeing the rave reviews about these establishments. He seemed to be surprised and taken back by me asking something like this. He replied the deep fry the cook them. I then questioned how long were they sitting?. He stated the same. And he proceeded to the cookers and questioned them. The manager overheard this as well for asked. She apologized. And informed all the customers she apologizes. Because they were going to make all fresh cooked items. After all was said and done. Even after receiving the cooked nuggets. I was still disappointed. So that is all I can say for this one. I am unsure if it was a bad day for this location or if that's just how the food taste. I will try this place again. But not this location seeing that I am not local here. I will try one from my hometown and see if they differ. read more
