Really poor service. The woman in the drive just seemed annoyed that we were evening making an order. Burger King isn't cheap when paying to a family of 4. I wouldn't comeback especially with soo many other choices on the smart street. read more

I came in the drive thru , a worker by the name of Shontae was so rude , this was her 3rd time being absolutely rude to me for no reason and just annoyed @ 10 in the morning the store just opened up there's no use to being that mean and rude to someone and telling a customer what you aren't going to do , when the order wasn't correct and was asked to please fix it . I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone especially if she is working these are the kind of people we don't want around our food and drinks. This store definitely needs more BRIGHTER employees, this is not fair to the public or to the staff that does right. read more

Every employee was slacking off on the job, every seat was dirty, my chocolate milkshake came with barely any chocolate and it wasn't mixed well either. The food took about an hour to serve. Horrible experience. read more

I love Burger King. This store is a great example of a bad example. Everything it should be it is not. After ordering I stood behind 5 others waiting a long time for our order. Virtually every order was messed up, not complete or wrong. The lead worker couldn't get any service right. We waited for over 15 minutes inside for our order. Burgers were flavorless. 20 minute wait in the drive thru for 1 hamburger! No one in the lobby. What in the heck are they doing in that restaurant kitchen?????

I went into this Burger King for a BEC breakfast sandwich combo, order was finally taken after 10 minutes standing there with only one person ahead of me at 9:28 am. I then waited 30 minutes, still no BEC sandwich. Three people that came in after me had already gotten their orders. I asked where mine was and they tried to tell me they had already given it to me, which obviously was a lie. I received a refund and no apology, this is unacceptable and corrective action should be taken so this doesn't happen to other people. read more

I would have to give at least a one. Would be a ZERO if i could! For the past few months, covid has been a non-issue so why does the management lock the doors to the lobby and only open to the drive thru at any given time or date, like on a Saturday at around 1:30 pm or on a Wednesday at 5:46 pm? Is it staffing issues? Are they still in covid control standards per the owners? Sometimes a person just wants to sit in the lobby and eat his meal. I do not think staffing is an issue because you have more than enough employees working on making the drive thru available so what does locking the doors on certain days DURING LOBBY HOURS now that covid in Georgia has all but ended? I love BK but i Hate having to wait in the drive thru for what it seems is an endless line for 30 minutes or more because it is open for drive thru only. And what about friends and or family members that are allowed in to just do nothing? That in itself seems like a distraction to the employees if anything else. Please, please just open the doors to inside when they are clearly marked on the doors so I may sit inside and eat a whopper! read more

Stopped for a "quick" bite on our way to FL. It has been 20 minutes and there are still three orders ahead of ours. Not sure if it is humanely possible for the 5 employees inside to move any slower. 2 of the 5 are wearing their masks under their chins and the place is quite dirty. If my hubby hadn't already paid and I wasn't starving we would be leaving without the food. Gross. read more

Manager greeted us at the door and was very kind. Gave us a warm welcome when we stepped in. Service was fast and food was hot. I would stop in all of the time if we were not just traveling through! Great spot for a quick bite! read more

On 12/26/21 I went to buy breakfast. Girl who took my order was coughing a great deal. I hesitated but placed my order. while waiting almost 20 mins for my food she continued to cough and cough and although she wore a mask she did take it down at dif times to what seemed like to catch her breath. A manager type person started taking orders and the young lady moved to where the bags were prepared to place the food in. She continued to cough and was not wearing gloves. I asked for a refund and explained I didn't think it was sanitary for her to be at work around food. She overheard me and stated she understood my concerns as she tried to call out sick but was told by her boss she had to report to work and no one could call out that day. I told her she should call the health dept and report this as I planned on doing. The manager type person, started yelling at me telling me to leave her store and pointed to the door. I have contacted CDC, Burger King , and the local health dept. I hope this employee also reports this incident because no one should be made to come to work sick especially while working around food. The drive thru was packed and the inside had several people waiting to get food. I pray no one gets sick. read more
