Stopped here on my way home from Florida. Wanted to go inside and sit down to eat. The rap music they had playing over the sound system was so loud I couldn't hear the lady helping me. The restaurant was incredibly hot and filthy. Decided to cancel my order and go elsewhere. I know Krystal is on a downhill run. But, at least try to provide some kind of customer service while the doors are open. Also, there were 3 younger people standing around on their phones and dancing around. Messed up our order and wouldn't fix it. The lady at the drive through was extremely rude wouldn't fix the order and turned off the head set. Now we're left with food we can't eat because they messed up. We will never come back to this location and would recommend no one going to this location. The drive thru line was long, so we took a chance. And it was worth the wait! Cheeseburgers were cooked just right and hot! Not greasy and buns were very fresh. Crispy onion rings were hot and very good. Since we were traveling back home, and because of covid and the restaurant was take out only, we ate in the car. This was our first trip to Krystal. Since we had never been there we got a little of everything. The have a deal where you pick 5 items for $5. So we got a corn dog, chili cheese pup, 2 Krystals with cheese and a drink. Plus added 4 original Krystals. It was about $9 for all of it. For others that have never been and you have been to White Castle they are very similar. But I like WC much better. Krystals come with onions pickle and mustard. And there are no holes in the burger. Now the chili cheese pup was great. I would go back just for them. read more

Let me start by say I Love Krystals! I grew up in GA & now live SC, so I get excited to stop here on my way to my hometown. But this location has surely fell way off. First of all, the cashier was sitting in the dining room chilling while on her cell phone. Looked over in the dining room floor & there was hair weave on the floor. Ordered our food & half of the order was incorrect but did notice until back on the highway. The burgers were cold & loaded with mustard. I will never stop at this location again!!! read more

I've been in the service industry for 10 years. I get it. But if you don't wanna work at night then don't apply for a night time shift. Every time I come to this place after hours-- 1am-3am-- their lights are on but NO ONE answers. They'd rather be out in the parking lot getting high. My husband said he had many struggles when he came in here to place his order. The staff was uncaring. They moved at a snail's pace. I ordered my chicken sandwich meal plain with cheese with an unsweet tea. My fries were nice and hot. That's the only positive part of this experience. My cold chicken sandwiches had nasty pickles on them. And someone forgot to dilute the tea! Wow! Talk about high octane, baby! I think that stuff put hair on my chest! We had to constantly water it down as we drank it while on the road. This was so disappointing as it was only my second experience with Krystal. The first was very promising. Giving this Krystal location a 4 because the service was spectacular and the burgers were great! We ordered 24 Krystal burgers, half with cheese and all with extra pickles so it took about five minutes longer than a usual drive through since it was a special order. They were hot and every last one of them was perfect! I also ordered the chili cheese fries and was amazed when I found out that they use actual cheese instead of cheese sauce - BONUS! The only reason why I didn't give Krystal's 5 stars was because the chili on the chili cheese fries was calling the name of heartburn. We stopped here to give us a break in driving. The inside was dirty. Then we ordered and spent $23 on all you can eat burger and fries for 2 adults and a 2 year old (bc he said for the 2 year old he needed his own meal). We got cheese no onions for all. Every single burger they brought out had onions. I told the worker and he just stared at me and asked what I wanted to do? I didn't want to be difficult so I told him the adults can deal with the onions but child cannot. He then brought 2 kid (even though it was all you can eat $6 cheese kids) burgers with NO CHEESE. Absolutely ridiculous. We heard multiple people around us having to get their orders fixed as well. I opted to change my child's diaper in the car as well-- even though I'm pretty sure there wasn't a changing table-- because I felt it would be nasty if I changed him in there. read more

Three-four employees walked past us at the register not offering to take our order, let us know someone would be w us in a moment, nothing! We stood there probably 5 minutes waiting just to order. When they finally did take our order they wrote it down on a piece of paper. Several people who came in after us walked out w frustration, some who cane in after is got their food before us and everyone that was going to the drive through had to wait for them to bring their food out. I visited this location about 15 minutes ago. This was my first time visiting a Krystal in about 20 years, as we do not have a location anywhere within 100 miles of my home. The burgers I was served were severely subpar. The buns were wet and soggy, as if they took it fresh out of the kitchen sink. The "meat" patties were as cold and gray as my grannies ashes, not to mention they were severely lacking in any kind of flavor. I've had better burgers come out of the microwave. When I first walked in I noticed a family standing to the side at the counter waiting for assistance in a simple drink refill. In the 15 minutes I was there waiting for my back from the grave burger, they had still not been helped. How can any kind of respectable establishment treats their customers with such disdain and serve such levels of disgusting food? I would definitely never recommend this branch or Krystal burger. Just like White Castle. We ordered Adorable mini burgers and mini chilli dogs and a orange whip. Everything was really good for fast food. Even ordered extra mini burgers for the road. Apparently there are little mini sausage sandwiches that are a must try and the shakes are said to be good too. Guess we have to one back to try more items. read more

This is located near a really busy exit between a bunch of national parks. Staff looked overwhelmed and confused. The person who took our money wandered off without giving change. Eating lunch in Cordell at Krystal is a mistake. We walked out of Krystal because you can't see inside from all the Nats flying around. Plus the 2 orders they were preparing overwhelmed them.
