This is probably the absolute worst Wendy's I've ever been to, and trust me, I've been to so many in my travels that I count Uncle Dave as a family member! We were on the way home from vacation and wanting some burgers, so this is one of the few spots the kids would eat. I looked at the rating and was shocked and almost didn't stop, but I said how bad could it be. We did have to wait a little because it was quite busy, but that was no big deal. I worked there but was just fired recently for letting people know before the meat is cooked it have a very bad odor and alot of cross contamination is going on they have the tea without a lid on it all day and also the lemonade and because the meat stinks I try to wear a glove before touching it which they forces you to take them off before touching the raw meat which is crazy to me and when you drink out the machines it make you feel I'll and I know I'm not the only one that experience that but I think they should go question all employees about these things and see how they feel cause plenty people there for some reason been experience heart pain and feeling fatigue read more

Looks like your average Wendy's from the outside, but as soon as you walk in it smells like something died inside. The service was terrible, not because the new girl didn't know what to do, but because there was no manager or even a crew member helping her take orders while there was a line out the door. The women's bathroom was a wreck, no toilet paper, no soap, no paper towels, nothing. So I went to the men's restroom hoping for better, but of course it wasn't. There was piss pouring out of the urinal onto the floor, poop on the sides of the toilet. The bathrooms were just terrible. I don't even want to bring up how bad the dining room was, just disgusting. I could smell how dirty the drink machine was and can tell it hasn't been taken apart to be cleaned in forever. With Covid going on, I wouldn't want my family to drink from it. The whole place just needs a deep clean. Last but definitely not least, the food was old and cold. you can tell those nuggets/fries had been sitting out all day, the only thing relatively warm was the sandwich and chili but that's because the meat is sitting on a grill constantly cooking until someone orders it and the chili sits in a chili well that keeps it hot all day anyways. Honestly I have never seen such a slow fast food restaurant. I entered the restaurant and was greeted by a long line to order, with only one cashier at the registers. Eventually after I ordered I got my food. Sadly it took about 30 minutes, with an additional surprise because they screwed up the order, which made the wait ten minutes longer. Fun Facts about this Wendy's: Near the soda machine, there is a counter which has holes integrated in them, which are meant to have trash bins at the bottom to catch what people put in the holes. Simple, right? This Wendy's decided not to put a trash bin at the bottom of one of the holes, which means that there is a ton of garbage sitting on the floor, contained within of the confines of the counter. As I was waiting, I glanced into the kitchen area and saw a few workers just standing in the back, doing nothing productive. I saw a manager stand right next to an employee and give him a stare of death while he was filling a paper container with fries. If you're going to fast food in the area, go to the Chick-Fil-A nearby. It's impossible to find such a bad "fast" food place anywhere else in the universe read more

On a roadtrip, we stopped at this Wendy's location to grab a bite to eat. I attempted to order a baked potato but I was informed that they were out of potatoes. Granted, it was around 1am so I just ordered the chicken sandwich and settled for fries. ( I try to stay away from fried food lol) My food was good...greasy but good, but with fast food what can you expect? My friend ordered spicy nuggets but was given regular ones. She was given an order of spicy nuggets after the mistake was made known with no problem. The girls behind the counter were VERY slow and disorganized and the manager was oblivious to the crowd and the wait times. The food was actually hot and tasted good but it wasn't worth the wait. Commence epic trashing of this particular Wendy's: On a road trip to Disney, My pregnant wife (formerly a vegetarian) was hyper-craving a cheap fast food hamburger, so you know this was a meat emergency. The exit looked solid, so did the outside of the Wendy's. It was newly renovated with a stacked stone facade, super classy AND inviting. I walked in and HOT DAMN they have leather couches and a fake fire place! This is a bougie Wendy's! However, I went to the bathroom before ordering, and it was trashed. But whatever. Truck drivers probably blow anus in there all day and all night, so whatcha gonna do? I can forgive a trashed bathroom at a busy interstate exit. What I can't forgive is a line out the door and one checkout girl who types orders on the screen slower than my grandma texting on her Jitterbug cell phone. 127 hours later, we get to the front of the line. My wife has already given birth, and I look like Rip Van Winkle. We order, knowing full well that we're probably not going to get anything that resembles what we ordered. 20 minutes pass with no food and we're seriously thinking about ditching this Wendy's. Screw the $14, there's a Cookout next door and you can get 30 hamburgers for like $0.67. All of the sudden, the checkout girl, clearly overwhelmed and looking for an out, starts pretending to pass out. No one says anything about this, they just cart her off and slap another girl at the register. This has nothing to do with the restaurant, but I have to mention it: there was this little kid in line with his mom and he got so impatient that he started rolling around on the tile floor by the bathroom hallway!! Epic failure at this Wendy's. We stopped here on our way back from Florida for lunch. The place was not busy but they had no paper towels in the men's room, toilet paper hung on the coat hook in the women's restroom, no ketchup and the Coke freestyle was half empty of its flavors and had no ice. Seriously??? No ketchup and no soda?? We asked and they said they weren't planning to refill it. We also had to wait 14 minutes for a salad with chicken on it. To top it off when we got to the truck they had given us an extra burger we didn't order. The owner of this location had better figure out how to retain customers and cut costs from mistakes.
