Eggs not waffles I've been to the Cordele location a few times now and this is a great spot for quick eats. There is often a short wait but totally worthwhile. Service is quick and the menu is vast. Love the diner atmosphere Waffle House is known for. If you're on I-75 this a great stop for a break. read more

Drove in from off the interstate and noticed the waffle house was right in front of the hotel I'd booked for the evening. I was hungry so I stopped in for dinner. I caught them during shift change, so there was a slight wait, but that's ok. The service was fast, the food was good and I am happy to say that it was really filling. The staff, while busy, was friendly an positive. It was nice to see that everyone seemed to get along and this place was FULLY staffed. read more

Yep yep back again. But now Covid-19 is prevalent. All condiments off the tables -good job! Places haven't Ben so clean hehe. We just happen to be hungry today so we came in for lunch. I tried the bacon chicken cheese burger with tomatoes. Wow that was super good. Our waiter/ cook did a nice job. He grilled a few onions and slid them onto my tomato on top of the Lettuce. I had to build my Sammy but that's ok.. had to put mayo on. Those chicken breasts are very tasty. My new go to. Bf had a burger with browns smothered n covered!! Yummy today. One or two people on staff and three people inside !! The population is dwindling in the eateries.. so sad read more

We hadn't gone to Waffle House in a long time and hadn't planned on ever going but this one had four stars, we'd been on the road for four hours and we were hungry. We were told to seat ourselves. The woman who brought our menus had an extremely filthy shirt on. We asked for coffee and water. She brought the coffee but not the water. Our server, Becky (?) was very friendly and attentive. I asked for my eggs scrambled dry; however, they were not scrambled very well and some of the whites were wet and yucky. However the bacon and hash browns were tasty. While we waited for our food, the woman that brought our menus started yelling and startled us. I thought there might be a fight brewing but it became apparent she was just LOUD. The bathroom was a bit nasty and the garbage can looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. I can assure you that we won't be visiting a Waffle House any time soon if ever. read more

Rigid was ok, but service was very lacking. The young person was more interested in taking care of the locals.

We were amazed at how efficient, clean and pleasant this place was. Food was very good also.

I came here with my friend that I went to HS with on 3/30/18 (the day after my 33rd birthday). I had been to Waffle House before. I went to the one in Akron, OH on 5/13/12. This place was not bad. Of course I love the food. People were nice here and you can tell that they are country down here. read more

Great staff and great food! Huge truck parking lot out back for truck drivers. Everyone was super friendly and the food was cooked just right. I get an Allstar every time and it's always just right. It's easy to mess up Waffle House food but these guys really did a great job and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend this particular Waffle House! I love a restaurant where I can order by photo and pointing. Amazing cast of characters, and some of the best coffee around. I generally go for the picture in the middle (AS IS): Coffee, OJ, Cheese eggs, raisin bread, bacon, and grits. Never disappoints. read more

Yes it's a heart attack waiting to happen, but it is a southern institution. We had to go at least once. And we struck the jackpot. It was manager training day at waffle house. It was super southern hospitality on steroids. And we lacked for nothing and there were five cooks for breakfast needs. Every waffle house is exactly the same and they pride themselves on that so if you've been to one you've been to them all. Since it's a southern rite of passage, the key amusements at each waffle house is the variety of clientele that you encounter. Marc was our waiter and a manager in training. His delivery of food and wit was worth it alone. My sister always listened to people bitch when she was a coffee shop waitress. She would listen for awhile about how bad whatever they ordered was, then she said, "Did you have the eggs?". Same story here, did ya have eggs? read more

Friendly service tasty food but this place has some good soul music playing in the background ! Great place to eat.

I was craving some good ole WH food and stopped here. First I was thankful I could park a truck there. Second, I was greeted by the sweetest crew. So friendly and the service was fantastic. Third, the food was the best of any WH in the country. Cooked perfectly! I ate WAY too much! I really hope I have the opportunity to stop here again!
