Vegetable omelet with salsa on top with a biscuit and cheese grits

VERY SATISFYING for me and my wife. Our breakfast was delicious. Tiffany delivered awesome customer service. Very good selections from their menu. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy their lunch menu. A general description of what kind of place this is. A Huddle House with a flare of country Southern hospitality. Keep up the great work KC! I had the vegetable omelet and my wife had the Western omelet. I didn't take a picture of hers. She dove before I could lol.

A fantastic, cozy little breakfast/brunch spot in Vidalia. So so happy theres a great cafe close by, with astoundingly reasonable prices. I was actually shocked by how much I could get for single digit dollar amounts. You could feasibly get breakfast for around $6-7, and I think that is truly amazing. Tasted great, satisfied my french toast craving, and had great atmosphere. Will absolutely be back soon!

My comment to server @ Kountry Kafe as we departed. "If y'all were in NOLA you'd be whirled famous" That's how good the food is here. It's REALLY delicious, deep flavours, great textures wonderful quality. Chicken and waffles: sounds simple, but the way KK does it....chewy slightly buckwheaty mix in the waffle, a bacon crumbed syrup, a chicken fried chicken along side extra crispy spiced beautifully. Daily special was mashed taters and white gravy, green beans, & the aforementioned chicken fried chicken white fillet, a H U G E serving we couldn't finish it. Menu was small, a tiny restaurant in Vidalia Georgia, famous for sweet onions (though we like WALLA WALLA better, we never said THAT in Georgia !) Diner food taken to a higher level. Service is good, drinks kept filled, the UN TEA kept on comin'. Clean and comfortable venue. Eclectic furnishings, used old pickling jars as lamp holders suspended overhead. Good sayings sprinkled round the room. A friendly place we happened upon during our road trip. Locals are fortunate to have Kountry Kafe in their midst in rural Georgia. recommended pics to come

We promptly got sat by the lovely staff working. We sat outside, I ordered an Aperol spritz and my husband got a Bloody Mary. All of our drinks were delicious, reasonably priced. The Bloody Mary wasn't spicy (although a table next to us was complaining it was...), and the Hugo spritz was SO refreshing! They for the fresh mint from their herbs out front! Only complaint was we prefer our espresso martinis to be mostly espresso heavy, and this one was more cream heavy. We ordered the Brussels, country breakfast (subbed cheese grits instead of pancakes because we're gluten free) and got a side of fresh fruit. It was so much food. We didn't finish it all! The grits were nicely seasoned and cheesy. Brussels were super crispy and not drenched in grease or sauce. Eggs were nice and salty, potatoes were fried nicely. Everything was great. We would love to come back for lunch or dinner - especially happy hour. It wasn't too loud and we felt there was plenty of seating.

I'm glad I made a reservation, as the restaurant was quite busy! The modern decor was lovely, and our server was phenomenal--so attentive and friendly. We started with the complimentary garlic bread, which was absolutely delicious. I could have eaten an entire loaf! For my main course, I ordered the center cut filet ($52). I requested it medium, but it came out more medium-well. While the flavor was good, the steak was a bit salty and dry. The loaded mashed potatoes, however, were delightful and offered a generous portion. My husband chose the romano crusted chicken pasta dish. We were both surprised that it lacked a sauce, instead it had a dry cheese mixture in the pasta. For dessert, we enjoyed the vanilla bean crème brûlée, which was very tasty! So why 4 stars? I felt that the meal was overpriced for what it was. I've had much nicer steaks downtown for a lower price.

I highly recommend their buffalo crab dip, a concoction that is a buffalo cheese dip served with fresh lump crab. You can really taste the crab in this dish. They don't skimp on it at all. The most clever thing that they did here, though, is to serve it with wonton chips. It's something that's truly unique, as most restaurants would serve a dish like this with regular chips. The wonton chips are a treat unto themselves, having great wonton flavor. However, when you combine it with the dip, it really takes it over the top. Highly recommend. For my entree, I had their Cajun Alfredo pasta. It is linguine served in a "Cajun-spiced Alfredo sauce". It is "served with tasso and smoked sausage", and you can choose to have it with either chicken or wild GA shrimp. In either case, once again, they do not skimp . You get a heaping portion of either chicken or shrimp, and the sauce is very tasty. It is just as described, an Alfredo sauce with a little Cajun flavor, though it is not spicy. It is served with no sides, but no sides are necessary as it is a hearty portion all by itself. Very delicious. The most impressive thing that I saw is that the owner is very hands-on. They have these new-fangled mobile electronic lamps, and the owner came by and noticed that ours wasn't quite working. He replaced it immediately himself. He was very friendly and chatted us up. He also went around and was serving and clearing tables himself. It seems that if you eat here, there's a strong possibility that you could end up meeting the owner! Meeting him was a very nice touch. The only thing that I had a hard time with here was choosing a dish because everything looked so good on the menu! Delicious food and great service. I strongly recommend this place!

The space looks great, and it was exciting to see them expanding into dinner service. I went in craving a good burger and ordered the Smashburger, upgrading to the truffle fries... and wow. The truffle fries were absolutely worth the upgrade--crispy, indulgent, and hard to stop eating. Overall, a great first dinner experience post-renovation. We're excited to come back and try more of the dinner menu. Highly recommend checking it out!
