This fried chicken is amazing! The fried okra was fresh okra and some of the best I ever ate. Prices well, sweet tea hit the spot. The rolls were a perfect puff. Potato salad was homemade, not for me but I really appreciate the effort they put in it. I just like less sour pickles in mine. Service was amazing it was her end of the shift yet she never treated me differently. Invited me back for breakfast. The atmosphere is casual you could get it to go or eat there. read more

The chicken is always hot and fresh, and has a good flavor to it, not like the other places in the infamous chicken triangle. The best thing about this place, however, is not the chicken. It is the burgers. If you want a good burger, that has a lot of flavor is juicy and comes with all the toppings. This is the place a double or triple cheeseburger. this may be the best hamburger in the entire state. Very juicy very fresh. I believe the secret is that they soak the burgers in au jus. If you're not sure, that is the stuff they give you with prime rib. I'm sure it's an instant mix, but boy does it taste good. I had to stay in Americus a couple of days over the Labor Day weekend in order to visit outlying cities. The teenager at the cashier who took care of me was so poised, respectful and nice. The quality of both the baked and fried chicken was outstanding as it was not greasy and impeccably seasoned. The sides were also very good. My delectable dinner which I had at the hotel room was one of the most enjoyable of my life and stay in the South. Once more, this tourist from New York was so moved by the young adult and his politeness and concern when the fried chicken breast was not immediately available. This took place for a valid and lovely reason: they cook things ON THE SPOT and FRESH. I love this place and am blessed to leave it five well deserved stars. read more

Nothing like fresh hot southern fried chicken at its best, this is my first time here, reasonable price had the two piece and a large fried okra. First bite reminded me of KFC original chicken but the nice thing about this chicken it what's crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside, very reasonable price. read more
