I mean it's CFA. And it's CFA in south GA. Good customer service and the food is hot and fresh. Consistently what I expect. Restrooms are clean as well. We stop here for food and head down to the Walmart to charge. By the time we finish our meal the car is charged and we continue on our way. If it's really really busy getting in and out can be kinda convoluted but otherwise...great stop in Cordele near the interstate.

Used to love the service here but it's seriously lacking these days. Not to mention, the food doesn't seem to be cared for either. (Guess I should be lucky to have it been made, as last time several things were forgotten.) This is the newest menu item - I think just released a little over a week ago... and barely any pimento was put in it. This place, at minimum, needs more employee training.

Service excellent. Price point good. Very busy store. Great location. Tables were all dirty. We had to clean the tables ourselves. Children's play area is not clean at all. Needs a lot of cleaning. Very important to parents who have children. read more

Hands down round of applause to the manager on duty this morning. My family and I have been traveling for hours from California and we wanted lunch so bad! The manager went out her way to make sure we were taken care of down to making us fresh fries and fresh grilled club sandwich before 8am! Store was clean, product perfect and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you for making our journey even better. We Visited 5.29.19 (7:30ish am). read more

It's been years since I went and I am thrilled with them being closed on Sundays so there staff can be at church or with family. Chicken sandwiches and salad were fine, BUT, their stand on LGBTQ rights is not what I can support, so I won't be back. read more

Stopped at this Chick-fil-a off 75 on our drive to FL. The server Mallory made our experience of of the best dining experiences ever. She was so nice and helpful and was so excited that it was my husbands first time in a chick-fil-a. She was quick to offer to get refills and sauce and was super personable. We only wish we didn't live 300 miles away so we could support this location more often! read more

The service was awful. I made it to the restaurant and most of the workers is at the drive thru window having a conversation, not working. I added on an item, they charge me for it but I did not receive my item. Also, the lid on the cup I received was dirty, I will not be eating here again. read more

I always thought fresh carnations at every table was every chick-fil-a's signature. but apparently it varies on location or area. for this particular C-F-A, there's fresh picked cotton at every table and counter; including the restrooms. our traveling group (including myself) thought that was really unique. it's a great indicator that you're way too far from home (aka the city) and you're definitely in the country side. other than that, nothing out of the ordinary here. as with all C-F-As, the store is clean, staff is friendly, and hospitable. read more

On our way back home from vacation, we knew we had to have Chick-fil-A at least once while in Georgia. What a great one to stop at! The restaurant was clean and the staff was really friendly. This has to be the most gorgeous friend cf I have ever been in. I thought they were all friendly but this one takes you to a whole new level. smiles with eye contact when you walk in to i will be happy to help you here again with sincere smile and eye contact. I was able to order lunch at breakfast as long as I don't mind waiting up to 10 minutes. fresh flowers on each table ..quotes on the wall..kids playground..mouthwash lotion in bathroom..sauces out...A plus plus. whoever is managing this store gets customer service and took it to a whole new level. bravo!! read more

Such a great experience! The staff was so pleasant and helpful. Since we had our pup with us we dined outside, our food was delivered to us and they even came out to see if we needed any refills on our drinks. When I went to leave the young man that delivered our food said "I hope that you have a safe trip where you are driving" so sweet! We will stop here again!:) Also, the bathrooms had mouthwash and hand lotion! read more

We were just passing through town. Food was fresh, hot and service was quick. Bathrooms were clean and had soap and paper, wife, son and myself all used them. Staff was friendly greeted as we entered and thanked as we left, a rarity at any restaurant much less a fast food restaurant. read more

This is definitely the best CFA I've ever been too! Very friendly staff, extremely organized and clean, and quick service. The bathrooms have extra amenities like hand sanitizer, Lysol, and lotion. Would only come here if I lived close, but just passing through. Great job! read more

What is all the fuss about this Chick-fil-A? It's just another chain with a lame name and corporate attitude for telling people how to live their lives. Stay in your lane and try to make the food better. I have only been once as I am not a chain fast food restaurant fan. If you you are and you like greasy food with the ambiance and clientele of a Hardees or Sonic then this is your place. But let's get real folks, it's nothing special. Yet people rave about things that are mediocre at best. Reviews are subjective and relative to their experiences. read more

Stopped in for breakfast while traveling from GA to FL. Love all the personal touches by the owners. Staff were great and food was perfect. Kudos to Denise at front counter! Ate here on 3/30. Store was crazy busy and we were still served super fast. I think we were in and out in about 5 minutes. I don't know how they do it. Plus Associate was very friendly and courteous and food was of typical high quality I've come to expect at any Chick-Fil-A. I'm very impressed. They set the standard for fast food. read more

This place is a total gem! I'm from Michigan and these restaurants are not too common and prior to this visit I had never had Chick-Fil-A. We came in and the staff were super friendly, moderately busy but the place was clean and every staff member was so kind. The restrooms were clean, well stocked and they had complimentary mouthwash for your stanky breath! How thoughtful. :P I just got the original chicken sandwich and some waffle fries. LAWD. It was so good! If I were from around here I would absolutely return constantly, sadly it will only be a or night stand with this beauty. read more

I stopped by the Chick-fil-A in Cordele GA on my way to Florida. The Chick-fil-A business model is exceptional. Every time I visit a Chick-fil-A the restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly. The staff is not only friendly but they appear happy and want to be at work. They welcome you in and thank you for your business. Always a great experience whenever I visit. There is no other fast food chain that can compare to the Chick-fil-A philosophy or experience. read more

We stopped here on our way to Orlando. The staff are warm and welcoming and it is beautifully decorated for the fall. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend going to this location. read more

This is by far the worst chick -fil-a I have ever been to. Ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese. Get the sandwich and it's cold, to the point even the cheese can't melt. I took it back and just asked for them to heat it up a little. Teenager in the kitchen says "she's wrong, it was hot". I notified the manager and she didn't seem to care too much. Sandwich wasn't any hotter and cheese still hadn't melted. Meanwhile there were approximately 50 sandwiches just sitting in the heater. We ended up throwing both of our meals away. read more

The store was super crowded when we arrived. An employee saw us come in with a toddler and infant and said we could have a seat and someone would come to our table and take our order so we wouldn't have to stand in the line. The owners mother came over and we told her this was our first time at a Chik fil a. She was very nice as were ALL the employees we interacted with. Even got a complimentary dessert! Very clean and efficient. Went at 1230 on a Saturday and they really kept things moving but you don't feel rushed. Very good chicken sandwich! Waffle fries were great and food was hot! Will definitely visit again! read more

So we are from Iowa traveling to FL. We stopped for lunch and can defiantly say this was the first time I have been SO disappointed in this company. The restaurants in Iowa have ALWAYS been hot and fresh. Today none of our food was warm, not even my fries. My husband sandwich was made plain instead of a deluxe so he had to go in. The new sandwich he was given was burnt but still not hot. It was like it had sat under the warmer. He asked for avocado dressing twice and they still didn't place in bag. This restaurant was very disappointing. Went to take survey on receipt and they had just given a generic receipt so I can't take survey. How convenient for them. read more

The WORST SERVICE EVER. We were on our to vacation in Florida, decided to stop at this chic-fil-a. We walked they werent busy but offered to take our order then. We walked up to the counter and asked if we could order lunch at breakfast time. The girl then stated that we could but it could be like a 30min wait for lunch. That is fine no big deal but then she opens her mouth and burps in our face. The girl then turns, laughs to the manager and say oops what you going to do write me up?.. Very unprofessional setting. We left and I will never stop at this location ever again. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! read more

When Papa John's was in this town years ago, it was very good! The Papa John's that is here now is…read morebelow par. In fact, I have been emailing Domino's for a year now, begging them to open back up in Cordele. We have a Little Caesars and a Papa John's. They are both equivalent to a store-bought frozen pizza. When Papa John's was previously here, the toppings were fresh and tasty, now it's as if they throw whatever on there and expect you to eat it as acceptable. Neither establishment is good or acceptable.

My family and I went through the drive through after a long day of driving hoping to get some good food. However, when we were ordering, the person taking the order was very short and blunt and not very hospitable towards us while ordering. Then, at the window picking up our food, we receive our bag of food and as we were pulling away, the person at the window proceeded to flip us off. And once we got to our hotel to eat the food, the sauces we asked for were not in the bag even though we made sure to ask for some as well as extras to ensure we could eat our food. This Chick-fil-A suck the food is good but the employees are awful I used to work at Chick-fil-A so I know what can and can't be done and I sat here and watched the cashiers lie to customers about what could be done. The didn't properly package my food. If this kind of behavior happened at the Chick-fil-A I worked at they would be fired and the should be no customer should be lied to ever no matter what.
