This is a solid Zaxby's. Got two tenders meals. Chicken and fries were piping hot and tasty. Service was quick. Only negative is they have one of those super soda machines. A lot of the flavors were out, the Coke tasted weird and the machine was leaking water. Homey, friendly atmosphere that is rare these days. 'Chan' at front counter is amazing!!! Smooth fast delivery of our order. These guys are On Point. The parking lot was being paved so property is maintained very well. Fried pickles are awesome-crispy, tangy and crunchy. Great lunch spot, date spot. read more

Yuck! Where can someone get a decent sized meal...not one that is way too much to eat for most people. You can do that at Zaxby's (or most any place nowadays). First the sandwich was sloppy. And nowhere could I get a fork. Also the chicken pieces were very salty. Al in all...bad food. BUT! The staff there were great and fun. They all need to get a raise. Downsize the portions! I get the tenders and double fries (instead of slaw) with toast, it taste well but they've really become stingy with the amount of fries they give you as well as the amount of seasoning they put on the fries. read more

Always fast and friendly service. The food is always great, and I've never had a problem with my order being wrong at all. The drive-thru can be wrapped around the building, but you will always get your food in a timely fashion. Zaxby's is my favorite fast food restaurant in Americus by far. read more

Why close at 10pm on a Friday ? I'm visiting from Miami and the first thing I wanted was Zaxbys. Now I'm disappointed. Wendy's open until 1am. McDonald's 24hrs Burger King 2am. Why not stay open at least for tourist and when I went to ask a girl cleaning she ignored my knock on the window. Oh well guess I'll try again next year . read more

To see a Zaxby's in this little town amazes me to no end. I have never gone (in the 6 mos that I lived in Americus) and there was a ridiculously long line, unlike the one down the street from my apt in Atlanta. I don't get asked the stupid question "extra Zax sauce is $.25 is that ok?" If I'm tripping off $.25, then I need to get my priorities together. The service is always great, and they have that awesome new coke machine inside that has all of the different Coke flavors, including my fave Peach Fanta (not to be confused with Peach Sprite .... THEY ARE NOT THE SAME!!!) I always go here when in town, but now that the beau has graduated, I will never be back!! ;-) read more

For anyone trying to apply to this location do not do it. They hired me and I couldn't come in for my first shift because I was having car issues. I called in and told them and the lady who took me call my name and then said "ok bye." I went in for my shift the next day and they said "since you didn't talk to a manager we can not hire you." Their staff is rude and do not tell you to wait to talk to a manager. To save you time and gas do not apply here. read more

Zaxbys is my absolute favorite place to eat even though they are kinda of pricey, it is definitely worth every penny and customer service is excellent read more

This Zaxbys is good. Friendly staff fresh chicken and fries. What you would expect from a fast food chicken joint. I enjoy to have my strips dipped in hot honey mustard or buffed as they call it. I appreciate that the staff remember you and always speak and the bathrooms are well maintained I think that is one thing that definitely puts this particular Zaxbys a step above most. read more

The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they got my order wrong twice but every other time they've been spot on! Food is great, Zax sauce is even better, and mostly their customer service is excellent! Just maybe lower the prices a bit? read more
