5/27/26 approx 1:15pm, 6 hungry guests - Shenika the cashier/waitress was amazing. She made our day and dining experience one that we will not forget. She was alone but the kitchen was fully staffed. My favorite bartender is back !!! What makes her my favorite cause she is always soo attentive to all her customers at the bar. I'm not always drinking but I'm usually alone; just running in for a quick good meal where I don't have to clean up . Chef O is on the grill and AMgr TARA is keeping everything moving! Went into ruby Tuesdays americus tonight to find that on beer delivery day they had no Heineken, I only drink it every night as I'm staying in a local hotel, also learnt that the guy that walked in before me also left after ordering his meal and finding out they had no bud beer. Obviously I won't be going there for the rest of the week as the next delivery day is next Wednesday, MAYBE they might have some by the following weekend if management does it's job. Hardly a customer in the place and they wonder why. read more

Went to Ruby Tuesday's for lunch after church. Walked in and saw the health department rating and walked out. 83! Not taking a chance!

For what it's worth, the best thing you can say about this Ruby Tuesdays is the exterior; it's all downhill from there. We waited fifteen minutes for our party to be seated when the floor was not busy. While our order was taken quickly, only four of our seven group members had any of their food after two and a half HOURS of waiting. Our first round of beers was also skunky (although the second was "acceptable"). The salad bar was in an unsanitary and deplorable condition. Apart from a few delay-relayed apologies an hour and a half in, there was virtually zero communication. No offers were made to refill drinks or accommodate the extreme rudeness and delay. Eventually, six of the seven had their food delivered, but we gave up on the seventh and left. While not the server's fault, this shameful debacle was not adequately mitigated by our host, who "ran away" most of the time we were there. No effort was made to manage expectations, and even less was directed towards making the best of an unfortunate situation. I do not say this is likely, but this was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. This place needs an intervention -- profound managerial and staffing changes. This is perhaps the worst Ruby Tuesdays in Georgia. Please don't make the mistake we made: treat yourself with the dignity you deserve, and avoid this place. read more

Everyone was super friendly and attentive. Salad bar is unbeatable and the ribeye steak was just right!

The silverware was wrapped in a napkin and had food on the forks for two sets on the table. Not very busy but very slow to recieve the food. The servers are always very friendly. The bottleneck seems to be the kitchen. The servers can only deliver what had been cooked. The cbicken sandwich was very good with tots. The best choice as usual is the salad bar. read more

Great social distancing and customer / staff protections in place ring covid-19. Staff all masked. Good cleaning between customers. And folks wear gloves and masks at the salad bar. And wow - they still have a happy hour with well-priced items (sips and nips). The menu is plentiful - with regular and specials of the day items. The food is delicious and plentiful. The manager and staff are extremely friendly and helpful and competent and patient. The restaurant is complete wheelchair accessible. We will be back! read more

On Sunday January 7 2024 went to eat after church around 2:30 at Ruby Tuesday, the service was not good . We had 4 in our party we waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to see how many in our party when some one did come she say it will be a few minutes from there it became hour there was seating but she told waitress not to seat anyone kitchen help was slow she had a party of 8 already waiting when we arrived , they stated they had been there for 30 minutes or longer waiting on a table to sit she had seating but stared she was not sitting anyone because kitchen help was slow I think she could sit at empty tables and people still coming and standing waiting to get tables we left and ate else where they need to do better read more

Not sure why they only have one waitress working over load ... If they're under staffed it's best to only do take out orders this affect not only the food but the customers day. More than 40 dirty plates at salad bar. Waitress was confused every time she came to the table. Food took excessive time to come out and then didn't come out together. Two stars for service alone. Freezer patties being served as "choice" .... Kitchen can't get it right, burning the burgers, food is run of the mill, not the old Ruby Tuesday that they advertise on TV. No thick jucy burgers they once had. Beer was skunky. Great front end. The hostess seated us promptly and the waitress took our drink order promptly then disappeared. We waited 15 to 20 minutes and never saw anyone again. My husband and I eat at Ruby Tuesday in Americus regularly. We usually have good food and service. That was not the case today. We waited over 10 minutes for a waitress to even come over to our table to get our drink order. I ordered the salad bar and my husband ordered a side salad. After 30 minutes he didn't have his salad or his drink. I asked for the manager and she blamed everything on the hostess seating us in the wrong area. She didn't offer to make it right in any way. My husband was going to order another drink but we received the check immediately after we finished eating without even being asked if we needed anything else. Our experience was terrible this evening. If we go again anytime soon, we will sit at the bar where we always get outstanding service. read more

Had the absolute WORST service EVER last evening! We had a server by the name of Briann B according to our receipt bc she did not tell us her name. The restaurant was NOT full and it took her forever to come to our table for drink orders. Once she did, she was VERY unpleasant and already had a slight attitude. She asked for drink orders and as soon as my son gave his order, she ABRUPTLY said, "you know what you wanna eat"? My son asked for a extra side of glaze, NEVER came as she rolled her eyes when asked. I stood to go to salad bar, I was putting on my gloves as I over heard her tell a staff member, people were getting on her "f-ing" nerves!" We ordered 3 drinks from bar that took FOREVER!!!!!! It was HORRIBLE! Omg! She did not check on us and we ONLY asked for two things the entire time (plasticware and glaze). FINALLY she came past with an arm of dirty dishes and said "everything ok", I said no! He reply was "what's the problem" (ugly tone). I said may we have our check and 1 to go box & he asked for glaze and it never came, so can we get that Togo! $81.96 and the food was HORRIBLE, COLD, and service was TERRIBLE! Well everyone else was right. This place is terrible. One star for being clean. Burger has an odd after taste, ranch and marinara sauce is very bland. Service sucked. Asked waitress about a substitute and she said yes and then came back ten plus minutes later and said no. I've had to get up to get a refill and the tea still has grounds in it and I don't think my son will ever get his water. They aren't busy at all. Poor management all the way down to the wait staff. we have lived in americus for 3 years and finally decided to try it out after hearing iffy things about it. it was was great! the waitresses were very sweet and attentive. the manager was on site and came to check on us. we had an app, entrees, AND dessert, all were great. considering it is a chain, of course the food is not appealing to everyone, but nothing worth a bad review. i would give a good review from service alone. read more

I live in Americus. Ruby Tuesday is our only sit-down chain restaurant. Avoid it at all costs. It is only open for dinner (lunch on Sundays only). Went there to give it one more try. They were clearly seeing up for holiday parties. My party of three was told that we couldn't be sitted because there was a 30 minute delay in the kitchen. We asked if we could be sitted and order a drink while we waited. Were told that she would have to ask the manager just to seat us at one of the many vacant tables. Amazing food! We showed up on a busy night, kitchen had been busy for hours. Drinks were served super fast. And food was served well before we believed it would be. Salad bar had so many different items that were delicious. Our server, Joseph was on top of things and had a great attitude. The big kicker for the night was the lady beside me at the bar order salmon and when the brought it out it was RAW!!!! When something comes back raw I cannot go back to that establishment. I care about my health too much. And my meal at the bar they were training a new bartender during this time. The old bartender made my first drink and I ordered my food along with it. The ordered a platter with chicken tenders and ribs. The chicken tenders were way overcooked. Meanwhile the new bartender asked me if I wanted another drink. I used to be a bartender back in college so I asked her to make me a mojito. She came back and said the don't have any mint leaves to make it. I told her to forget it.
