Good portion sizes if you are trying to go light. i think their soups are the star of the show and my wife loves the sandwiches.

The sip club is pretty cool, except they don't refill their milk and half and half very often. They're very greedy on their sandwiches. I ordered a whole chicken bacon avocado "BLT" and the thing came with one slice of a half side of an avocado per side. It didn't even cover 25% of the sandwich. The entire sandwich also had 1 (one) slice of bacon. Total. So, two things in the name of the sandwich itself constituted about 5% of the sandwich itself. I didn't even bother to look at the chicken as it was even less important to me. Now the add-on items were more generously given. I've also had other issues, but it was more with the app and the gift card than this particular store, so that doesn't count against them. The experience today contributed very negatively to my overall perception of the Panera brand. read more

My review WOULD have been 5 because of the food that I love, but Panera STOPPED offering the group order of the soup. So they heaped individual processing fees and taxes on you if you're silly enough to order more than one. So...in an effort to increase their profits they've lost 75% of my business. Just saying!! Also, they have reduced the size of the salads, so they are just a bit more than half the bowl, and don't tell me that it's "settling", because the salads have always been full. read more

We LOVE Panera Bread! I order the group order and get the Broccoli Cheddar with chips and eat it for several meals. Friday about 3:30pm. Ordered green passion smoothie. Paid with a gift card. Waited and waited at drive thru. I was the only customer in the drive thru. My smoothie tasted okay but not worth $7. Lackadaisical response when ordering using the app. What should have been a 5 minute pickup (using Rapid Pickup) has taken 10-15 minutes. I could have used the drive-thru and been out of here by now. I was picking up a Door Dash order and most of the time I wait about 10 minutes to go in to get it because it's either never done or they haven't packed it up. This time when I walked in I seen 3 workers sitting at a table talking and laughing while the one girl I seen in the back was trying to make the food that was showing up on the screen. The Panera Bread of Tifton Ga is one of the worst tasting eating establishments I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. Their french soup not only tasted bad it was also luke warm. We have been five times, each time they are out of something. Bread bowls, salad dressing, baguette, broccoli cheddar soup, avocado just to name a few. They seem understaffed and the restaurant is nothing like the standard of every other Panera we have been to (which has been at least 7 different ones in the southeast). read more

I love Panera Bread. Everything I've had here is fresh and tastes delicious. The tables are a bit close together which can be difficult to deal with with kids. I recommend ordering from the kiosks if you're not sure what you want and don't want to be rushed. I felt rushed at the counter. It is very much serve yourself but sometimes they serve you. It's a little confusing. It is expensive, I'll admit. I use the rewards card and app for a few dollars off of something here and there but be prepared to spend. read more
