They have complimentary parking in the front, side, and back of the restaurant. There aren't a ton of spots, but there's street parking close by too. Ambiance (3.5/5): Like most Chinese restaurants, China Chili is pretty no frills. Which isn't a problem for me at all, I'm there for the food. It's a spacious restaurant with both regular tables and circular tables that rotates (good for large groups sharing dishes). Service (4/5): Fantastic service is also not something I expect at a Chinese restaurant. Yet again, I'm there for the food. With that being said, service, while not overly friendly, is typically pretty efficient. Which I always appreciate. Drinks (4/5): Pretty much your standard soft drinks, tea, and a limited selection of alcoholic beverages. My favorite option is their buddha beer which you don't see in a lot of places. It's a lager and it's in a buddha-shaped bottle. It doesn't get much better than that. Food (5/5): The first time I came was for one of my favorite dishes... Peking duck. There aren't a ton of spots in Phoenix that have it, but out of the ones that do, China Chili serves it at a high level. You can go with either crepes or baos (additional surcharge). The duck is absolutely to die for. Flavorful, juicy meat with crispy skin that fits in perfectly into your mini "sandwich" with green onions and Hoisin sauce. For a reasonable price too. Their food outside of duck is of a similar quality. I especially like their flat noodles with beef. Even classic dishes like sesame chicken have a twist here. It's sliced chicken rather than fully breaded chicken. Just as good as the typical way, the sauce is delicious. My only complaint? They give you a pretty small helping of white rice with your dish. Outside of that, the portions are generous. Everything I've had at China Chili has been a hit. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

For the price, the taste, and the people, I'd DEFINITELY give this place 5 stars. I'm not sure what's been going on with those previous posts but I absolutely love this place. I've been coming here for years (about 3 since I've discovered this back in the day when I was renting a DVD from blockbuster) and I'm never disappointed. The managers are absolutely terrific. Ask them anything about the menu and they'll give you the best suggestions. They know how to make you feel welcome and at home. When they're not busy they'll find someone sitting at their small but cozy bar to strike up a conversation about the news, life, their food, etc. I love coming here! Now onto the food - nowhere will I be able to find such cheap and delicious chinese food in the valley! My favorite is their gang pang chicken - its spicy, but the chicken is battered so deliciously crispy - my mouth waters at the thought of it. It's apparently one of the restaurant's popular dish so definitely give it a try. And their spring rolls! I always manage to order one or two, and it'll last me for a few days. THEY'RE HUGE, with bits of chicken and shrimp stuffed in em'. The best is that i can ask the cooks to add or take out anything i like/dislike. I never feel gross after eating here, like other chinese restaurants that are guzzled with MSG. It's healthy, yet yummy. I usually like to dine in just so i can get a nice chat with the owners but on the occasion when I'm in a rush i'll do take out. And the portions they give can definitely last me about 2-3 meals. Love it. The owners work so hard - I always see them there whenever I come in, even on holidays! and they seem to really enjoy what they do, which makes the environment better and lets me enjoy my food more. I absolutely love this place. They do take-out, deliveries, and dine-in. The restaurant is a little small, and it can get crowded during the dinner rush. However, the staff is always friendly and quick with refills. This is a great mom-and-pop place that really caters to the local community. If it's not busy, the manager will usually go around and get a chance to talk with all of the customers. People know each other by name. You don't see that a lot at McDonald's or Panda Express. The delivery is extremely fast too. I'm about 2 miles away and food gets here in less than 30 minutes, every single time. Most of the time it's at my door in 20 minutes. It's kind of like the Jimmy John's commercials where the food arrives at your door before you hang up the phone. Haha. I love their Cream Cheese Puffs. There isn't any crab in there, so it is a little different, but it's one of the tastiest things on the menu. They've added some great new dishes, like an Eggplant Tofu and some Chow Fun Noodles. Those are probably my two new favorite dishes. Of course, you can't go wrong with the standard Orange Chicken and House Fried Rice. Their chicken is all white meat and made in the kitchen. We live in Tukee and have always ordered take out from Panda Garden going back 15+ years. I remember back in the day they sold Heineken bottles beer for $1 when you dined in & the Owner wore a leather vest. Their food has never deviated from taste nor portion size all these years. They have since expanded the menu while still providing quality flavors and appropriate pricing. We continue to order from here for our Sunday evening family movie time. The Lo Mien dishes are our favorite. Cheese puffs are cooked delicately and delicious. Chicken fried rice is a winner. I won't say the food is outrageous, but it always been consistent, perfect temperature, more than sufficient portions and very flavorful. The location is perfect and beats out the other local Asian restaurants close to home. I can't imagine why anyone would give the place less then 4 stars. read more

This is definitely the best Chinese in 'Tukee. The owners run the restaurant all by themselves and they really embrace the mom/pop aspect of their business. I go there so much, that they can call me out by name and pretty much order for me without me having to say anything. That's embarrassing. But, at the same time, you can tell that the owners really enjoy what they're doing and this shows in their great service. I would recommend the Gang Pang Chicken, it's got a nice kick(spicy) to it. read more

On this Saturday, my stomach was speaking Chinese…read more Lucky enough to be living near two great Chinese spots, we decided to go for the NY-style takeout. Shrimp Toast ($8.58): The shrimp toast was greasier and fisher than what we remembered, so we probably won't order that again. BBQ Boneless Spare Ribs ($11.29): We ordered on DoorDash for pick-up, so we didn't see the bone-in version on the app, or we would have ordered those instead. There's flavor on the bone, and these boneless spare ribs were dry. Beef Chow Fun ($12.98): You can really taste the char on the chow fun, which is what makes takeout so good. It was a good chow fun. General Tso's Chicken ($13.55): They put broccoli, baby corn, and bell peppers in their General Tso's Chicken, which I'm not mad about. That was actually what Joyce gravitated towards. I'll keep ordering from here again for chow fun, but the other spot closer to home makes better fried chicken dishes.
