Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean and I like all the different options for seating including the two communal tables in the middle. My food had great flavor. I got a couple of tried and true options: orange chicken and Bejing beef. I got 1/2 super greens and 1/2 fried rice. Everything was delicious and portions were very generous. I could only eat 1/2 my meal so I'll be eating the leftovers tomorrow. My husband tried the new Dynamite sweet and sour chicken and they weren't lying, it's SUPER hot! I took one bite and knew it was too spicy for me. He also got the Honey Walnut Shrimp. That one is one of our favorites too. Thanks for a solid lunch again Panda! read more

I had such a great experience at Panda Express! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and served hot--which made every bite amazing. The Orange Chicken was perfectly crispy, the Chow Mein was cooked just right, and even the veggies tasted freshly prepared. You can really tell they take pride in keeping everything well-made and ready to enjoy. The service was quick, and the restaurant was clean and organized, making the whole visit even better. If you're craving a fast, delicious meal that tastes freshly cooked, Panda Express absolutely delivers! read more

Greta experience great food and Eric was very friendly! We got the hot orange chicken and it was delicious.

After all this time of not eating at a Panda Express, I said what the heck and headed here. I know that the quality of the food would be average at best, and if the food has been sitting for long that will not help, but still there are a couple of items I wish to try - Original "World Famous" Orange Chicken and Black Pepper Chicken. Neither of these dishes are authentic Chinese, they are strictly Chinese American creations. But like with most such dishes here or in the UK (yes, there very definitely is Chinese British cuisine, most begun by immigrants from Hong Kong, and very, very different from that in the USA) there is a traditional dish that was the starting point - such is true for both of these items. The Orange Chicken most certainly was adapted from a dish from Hunan Providence, Sour Tangerine Chicken, a dish that was much more citrus based, not at all sweet, and in a much thinner sauce! Black Pepper Chicken is most likely a variation of Pepper Steak with Onions, which had origins in a pork and pepper dish from China - yeap pork! Ok, where were we - ah, the two chicken dishes, the reason I came to begin with. It was not a totally wasted trip, but neither did it exceed my expectations. The Orange was the slightly better of the two offerings, not nearly as sweet as some versions I've encountered. But if I'm gonna go sweet Chinese chicken, I'll stay with General Tso'. As to the Black Pepper Chicken, there is a sweetness that doesn't work for me on this dish! Return? No! But if you don't fail, It's because you didn't try! And I've be told several times that I am indeed trying. read more

First of all, a lot of the reviewers were claiming this is not authentic Chinese... They say on their website it is Chinese inspired but American made... So I got what I expected just that! I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl with the super greens and a side of spring rolls. The teriyaki chicken was perfectly seasoned because it didn't have a lot of teriyaki sauce on it as I have encountered at other Chinese restaurants. there was also a lot of chicken in the bowl which I thought was perfectly priced. In fact it was relatively cheap at $8.50. I had plenty of chicken, broccoli, cabbage, and kale. Some of the chicken had a little bit of fat on it so I just took it off. Overall, the chicken was well cooked and like I said perfectly seasoned and the teriyaki sauce was not sweet or salty at all. The spring rolls were also very flavorful: crispy on the outside with the perfect amount of cabbage and carrots on the inside. The vegetables were definitely steamed and extremely crunchy, which is what I prefer in my vegetables. my only complaint is the service we received at the drive-through... We told the girl that it was our first visit so we had lots of questions and unfortunately, she really didn't know some of the answers. A guy got on and helped us out a lot more. I also love the fact that this place has a drive-through as you don't see that very often in Chinese/American spots. read more

Consistently friendly at drive through, fast service, food is hot and fresh. I like to get a bowl with steamed rice and Honey Sesame Chicken Breast for a quick, filling and tasty meal. I wish they still offered brown rice as an option. I normally drive through so can't really speak to the dine in experience. read more

I decided to pick up dinner on my way home. I have never eaten here so I wanted to check them out. I ordered the plate which comes with two entree's and a side. I ordered Kung Pao chicken and Beef and Broccoli along with Fried Rice. I liked the Kung Pao chicken. It had a good flavor to it but I did not like the chicken. The pieces were very small and not much flavor. The Beef and Broccoli was just okay. It really didn't have a lot of flavor to it and the beef was a little chewy. You get a lot of food for your money. I also got the Crab Rangoon's. I thought they were very good. When I come back, I will choose some different entree's. read more

I like to eat here and often do. What I would like to see is maybe get an employee bathroom so paying customers can use it or wash their hands before they eat. This happens a lot almost everytime I there the mens bathroom is occupied by an employee! Also, please bring back the Black Pepper Chicken it was my favorite and big reason I enjoyed the food here. Service it good. read more

This is a great panda-express, relative to other panda-expresses. If you're expecting authentic chinese food here then you're going to be let down. But if you're just hungry for some quick, delicious PANDA - you can't go wrong here. Always well-stocked with key items and food is always hot when I go. Long lines move quickly through as well! read more

This place is ridiculous. What's the point of ordering online for in store pick up just for them to make the order right in front of you . Not to add , i had to wait until they got through everyone in the line before i could get my order. Workers are rude . Manners are no where to be found in this restaurant. read more

I will say that the food is very good. The keep a little supply of their entrees so that they are constantly making new food. The lo mein is great. It's dry which I like. I have been here several times and have never had any issues with their food. The service is fast and very welcoming. As far as the ambiance is concerned, it's low key. Not too loud. Had a drive thru which is cool. Be warned they serve a lot of food soo you'll be stuffed. Enjoy read more

More times than not, I get very aggravated when visiting this restaurant. The process is all wrong. I place an online order and then get in the drive-thru line behind 6 cars? I don't think so. I placed an online order today at 12:10pm. Got there and there were indeed 6 cars in the drive-thru, so I opted to park and go in. They handed me my food at 12:40pm! Ridiculous! Food is good but I believe the portions got smaller. Just don't know if I want to go thru the hassle anymore. This is in reference to the University Pkwy store in Winston-Salem, read more

I have never been to a Panda Express before. I enjoyed my visit during lunch. I ordered the bowl.with noodles and orange chicken. It was pretty good. I wish the noodles were hotter but they were tasty. The orange chicken was crispy and yummy. I would like to try one of the beef dishes next time because it looked good. I ordered the cream cheese wontons and liked them a lot. The resturant was clean and organized. The staff were nice too. read more

The key to a 4-5 star experience is dining in and choosing the freshest looking items in front of you. Like a buffet, you can tell when something has been sitting for too long, so skip those items. The service was fast, but the team was highly distracted and not helpful... typical of so many quick service restaurants these days. The Black Angus Steak dish was really good. The steak was surprisingly tender and juicy, and overall great flavor, well worth the $1.50 upcharge. The Honey Walnut Shrimp wasn't super fresh, but still tasted really good, just the batter softens once it's been coated in the sauce. I would love to get a crispy order as soon as it's cooked. The Black Pepper Chicken was really fresh, had tons of flavor and didn't have to worry about a soft batter as there isn't any on this dish. The Kung Pao Chicken looked piping hot and fresh... and it was... but this chicken is completely different from the chicken used in the Black Pepper Chicken. It was soft and squishy, almost like they were pieces of chicken skin. There was zero meaty texture to the chicken whatsoever. I'm not sure if this is normal for this dish, but we ate at least 10 pieces and all of it was like this. I would be hesitant to try this dish again. The lo mein is good, but the noodles always seem a little underdone. The SuperGreens were hot, fresh, and healthy, just needed a little soy sauce to enhance the flavor. Overall a good meal, just choose wisely. read more

Panda Express is a good fast food Chinese restaurant. Quality is consistent and tastes pretty good.

Not sure the name of the young lady working the line/register this evening but she was bubbly, friendly, helpful, efficient and overall a great rep for the company. We shared a fav in the walnut shrimp. read more

The servers give some people healthy portions and others not. I watched the server supersize the people in front of me orders, Then proceeded to give me small portions. I will not return to this location. read more

Good fast food Chinese ! I Always go to the drive thru for this perfect lunch! The dining area can get a bit too crowded for my likings. Not too much food! And affordable when you have that craving for Chinese but limited on time! read more

Absolutely terrible. I was so excited to come here because I love this style of food, but what I received was disgusting. The noodles were dry and hard as if they had been under a heat lamp all day and I got My food at 11:30. The chicken tasted like plastic. I took the photo right before I threw it away. Very disappointed. Go to East China if you're in the neighborhood and looking for tasty, hot food. read more

This is the first & last time I will buy food from Panda Express. I used the drive thru to order. The person taking my order spoke in a low tone & I kept having to ask them to repeat it. The order was wrong. I ended up with one meal instead of the 2 I ordered. The food had a greasy, over salted taste & noodles were dry. Sorry I cannot truthfully say anything good about it. read more

I stopped in the other day with my husband. We where just getting gas and did a quick google search of restaurants near by . This location was nice and the staff was friendly. We where able to order inside and eat indie which was nice . Getting a little aggravated some places still will not allow that . Anyways I got a bowl with chow mien and the honey walnut shrimp. Absolutely delicious as always at any location. My husband got the mushroom chicken and said it was good. read more

Hands down this is a great Chinese spot and they have a drive through. The customer service is outstanding, they are so nice and patient!!

I was very disappointed after food was delivered to me. The food was greasy snd noodles were very dry. Appeared good had been sitting for a while. Will not order again. read more

The panda in Greensboro is great this is a newer location and I now highly dislike their food. The food is always mushy and very low quality you're better off going to a legit Chinese place the service is not good either the staff clearly don't care about their jobs read more

So I ate here three weeks after it opened and didn't have that nice of an experience and I will have to say that management reached out to me and apologized . The food was good however just after opening I didn't think everyone had it together. Now fast forward a few months and I've eaten here again, on the house even I was kinda let down. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, not busy at all and didn't have all the selections of entrées and the amount that was put on my plate was greatly reduced and I ended up with pretty much a plate of RICE. One of my complaints the first time was that my food was almost cold and it was this time around. I wish that I could have given a better review, maybe next time. It's clear the Owners want this place to be a success. read more

We've been to Panda Express one other time before, but it's been awhile. This time we tried the orange chicken, black pepper chicken, honey walnut shrimp, chow mein, fried rice & cream cheese rangoons. All of the meats were very good & flavorful! The rice and chow mein were okay, but kind of dry. The rangoons were cooked well, but the cream cheese had a weird texture, more curd-like than creamy. They were also a bit small. The prices are a bit high for fast food, being around $27 for 2 plates, 2 drinks & 6 rangoons. Unfortunately drinks are not included with the entrees. The portions were also a little below average size. read more

Customer service was ok. The food however wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be for basic Chinese food. The rice was overcooked and mushy and the two entrees I got tasted old and it was chewy, for it to be super busy you would think the food would be more fresh. Don't recommend maybe once they've been open a bit longer the food will get better but for now.. don't waste yoie read more

Forgot to mention, the parking and drive thru design here is really stupid. You can only enter and exit through one entrance. You cannot circle the entire building to exit without going through the drive thru. This makes the parking lot very chaotic. read more

The food here is great! Never fails. But the service is terrible! We have Nancy and Stacey serving customers with a long face and attitude that could last for days. Employees like that don't need to be at the front serving because that just makes a bad impression. Neither one hardly spoke to me. No greeting was made. nothing. No thank you/you're welcome. That is lack of customer service. No napkins were out for customers to grab and when I asked Nancy for napkins she only handed me 2 napkins with attitude. The trash cans are overflowing. Tables dirty and it was not busy. These two employees act like they had no care in the world. Nancy took over for Stacey because of her bad attitude and careless attitude. read more

Not sure why everyone is complaining about silly little things. I'm so happy there's a Panda Express in Winston now and I will definitely be back. read more

The food slaps. Best Chinese place I've ever been to. The authentic places got nothing on this place. I recommend that you all go here!

My order was wrong. I ordered the plate with two meets and chow mein. I am not sure if I received the orange chicken, 'cause it didn't taste like the orange chicken I had before. And I ordered kung pao chicken, but not sure I got it. Didn't seem like to me that I got orange chicken or kung pow chicken. Not really sure what I ate. All I know is, it was not good. The noodles were half decent, but there was a piece of plastic (maybe tape?) in the noodles! The food could have been fresher and warmer. I think my wife's order was correct, but she did not like it and said we would not go back there again. read more

I started eating Panda Express in Charlotte because there's one on the UNCC campus that serves tofu as an entree. I'm vegetarian so I ate the tofu there a few times a week and it is SPECTACULAR! Now imagine how hurt I feel when I come home to Winston-Salem from school (corona a hoe) to find out this location does not serve tofu. I was heartbroken. The AUDACITY! And for what? What do you gain from that?? This location is outcasting those who don't eat meat and I won't stand for it. OUT. OF. POCKET. Serve tofu 2020!!! read more

The food here is good enough for a quick meal that's not a burger. This trip however, about half the items on the menu were "Sold Out" so we had to settle for the standard Orange Chicken. Not very much orange chicken. Ton of rice. I was excited to see drive-thru.. Fast service. But that is about all...

This location doesn't hold a light to the Greensboro location, the seating is cramped and the employees are very inefficient.
