The Bianca flatbread and the Caesar side salad are TO LIVE FOR! I say that because once you taste it, you'll want to live... just so you can taste it again. I'm notorious for customizing my orders at restaurants, BUT THIS!? No modifications necessary! I've eaten pizza in Italy and this flatbread could easily earn a place on those menus. The balanced flavor profile was thoughtfully composed and well executed with the creamy sweetness of the ricotta, the earthiness of the spinach, the added pepperiness of the red onions, and the umami brought by the roasted tomatoes. All blanketed by layers of melted mozzarella and drizzled with a rich balsamic glaze! Pair that with their HUGE Caesar side salad and you have a well balanced and filling meal. Since then they have grown to add a larger dining room, table service and expanded their already delicious menu. There is nothing bad here and you can find something for every taste. I usually go with some sort of chicken dish but my husband has tried many of their other favorites and has loved them all. The portions are generous and I usually leave with a container for the next day.
