    raw burger

Do not come here. I ordered a burger and when I got home and started eating it, I realized it wasn't cooked all the way through. It was still raw in the middle which is not safe and I had to throw it away which is disappointing because im hungry... very disappointed cookout.i

Great first experience here! We went through the drive thru but could see inside and it looks so nice. Service at the window was super nice and helpful. We noticed this location also has walking tacos on their menu which isn't on their website. My daughter got the small burger with cheese, I had the 1/4 lb burger with cheese lettuce pickles and a side of fries and cole slaw. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich with slaw and a side chicken quesadilla and Cajun chicken wrap. We also got a side of Cajun fries, an Oreo mint shake and a snickers shake. All of that for under $30 bucks! Honestly we were impressed, I expected the food to be a bit greasy since it's fast food but it wasn't at all. 8 could really taste the char grilled flavor of the burger which I appreciated. The slaw as a side I wasn't a fan of, I do wish it had more flavor but it did taste good on the pork sandwich. The Cajun fries were AWESOME and will be my go to side from now on. Personally LOVED the mint Oreo shake and while the snickers was good, I wish the chunks were a little smaller since that candy gets pretty hard when it gets cold. First visit was a success and we will definitely be back soon! (Meant to take more pictures but we ate too fast for me to remember haha)

    Perfectly packaged!!!

The food has been very good, we've eaten in the dining room. The restaurant is clean and the staff is quite friendly.

Then as I was about to turn into said mediocre restaurant I saw the sign for the Greek grill. I immediately knew this was where I was meant to go. I got their pork souvlaki pita and it was great. Not the easiest thing to eat while driving but that's on me. I'll definitely be stopping by again on any trip between Durham and the mountains.

Place your order, pay and grab a seat, they will bring your food to you when its ready. We have tried several items off the menu and each has been good in its own right. Always freshly made and good flavor. The hummus and pita is simple and very tasty. The falafel wrap, simple traditional and freshly made is a hearty meal with great flavors and ingredients. The Spanakopita is also very traditionally prepared, simple and so tasty with yogurt dip on the side another good choice. The Chicken Souvlaki is also quiet flavorful, the chicken is grilled tender and nicely seasoned, served with your choice of side and yogurt dip with pita. Simple, traditionally made and good flavor. 3.5 Stars rounded up for the friendly service and consistent quality 01111

They're consistently quick and reliable and we love the flatbreads. Most recently we finally dined in. The service was kind and pretty efficient. The food was excellent as always. Sadly, they were not good at all. We requested them crispy but they weren't deep-fried enough to be crispy when we got them. We ordered both the Greek and Jerk flavors. The Greek wings were covered in what seemed like Greek salad dressing, making them very watery when we opened the container. They also lacked the bold Greek flavor we were expecting. We actually ended up sprinkling some Greek seasoning we had at home on them to bring out more flavor. The Jerk wings were better and did have some flavor but they still weren't bold enough for our taste. Since we really enjoy the restaurant's Greek dishes, we had high hopes for the Greek wings in particular. Unfortunately, neither flavor was a hit for us. We'll probably stick with our usual menu favorites next time.

Review for Yelp (Celiac & Gluten-Free Warning)…read more As someone with celiac disease, I take every precaution before dining out -- including calling ahead, researching, and confirming that restaurants understand and follow safe gluten-free protocols. Before visiting this location, I called and spoke with staff who assured me that they take gluten cross-contamination seriously and could safely accommodate celiac guests. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely untrue. After eating here, I became extremely sick -- for several days. The reaction was so severe I thought I might need to go to the hospital. It was clear from the symptoms that I had been glutened. What makes this worse is that I had trusted their reassurance that they understood safe handling and preparation practices. From what I personally observed, cross-contamination was happening everywhere. Employees were hovering directly over food without washing hands or changing gloves. Utensils were being reused between gluten and gluten-free items, and surfaces didn't appear to be cleaned properly between orders. It was honestly a sanitation nightmare, especially for anyone with medical dietary restrictions. Even my kids -- who are not celiac -- were turned off by how unclean everything looked. It's one thing to make a mistake, but to claim that your establishment is safe for gluten-free diners when it's clearly not is misleading and potentially dangerous. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone who has celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or any kind of food sensitivity. This experience was frightening, disappointing, and completely avoidable if proper food safety practices had been followed. Please take this review as a serious warning -- this is not a gluten-free safe environment, and the lack of training and care could genuinely harm someone with a medical condition.

I loaded my burrito with ground beef, rice, pico, chopped onions, pickled jalapeños, guacamole, and more. Then helped myself to four different salsas - all were at the very least good, tomatillo based one is awesome, rivals those at Los Juanes & Los Muelles! Don't' care for everything served here, not gonna pick a time when I have to stand in line, but from time to time I will wreck my house! Ambiance - 3 Food - 4 Service - 4 Value - 4.5

Sadder still, this spot…read moreused to be the high performer among the group, but lately it too has descended to drudgery. Let's take my recent breakfast visit, when I was stuck standing at the counter for five minutes just to place my order. There were no more than three other customers in the restaurant, so it's not as though there was an intense demand. Once the staff finally took my order, I had to repeat every bit of the request at least twice and sometimes thrice. Not a complex order either, but just a biscuit combo. The order wasn't filled very quickly, and when it was I found the biscuit to be far, far too brown (a common trait among the local franchises). Maybe someone out there likes a crispy biscuit, but I do not and I doubt many others want that either. I foolishly thought making an online dinner order might go better, but it didn't, as I learned in a separate visit. The Bojangles app directed me to call the restaurant once I arrived...and no one answered the phone. I met a staff member at the door who was bringing my food, and when I inquired she said only managers are permitted to answer the phone. I decided it might be wise to check my food order, and thankfully I did as the drink selection I made wasn't filled correctly. Back into the restaurant I went, and I waited at the counter for at least a minute before being acknowledged (again, not busy in the least). The staff acknowledged the error and made it right, but never bothered to apologize. Why can't we clone the Yadkinville version of Bojangles and spread the clones down here? Over there they take pride in their work and turn out a good product despite being busy much of the time. How do they get it right over there but we get it so wrong here in the city and its suburbs? Surely the local franchisee can do better.
