From what I personally observed, cross-contamination was happening everywhere. Employees were hovering directly over food without washing hands or changing gloves. Utensils were being reused between gluten and gluten-free items, and surfaces didn't appear to be cleaned properly between orders. It was honestly a sanitation nightmare, especially for anyone with medical dietary restrictions. Even my kids -- who are not celiac -- were turned off by how unclean everything looked. It's one thing to make a mistake, but to claim that your establishment is safe for gluten-free diners when it's clearly not is misleading and potentially dangerous. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone who has celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or any kind of food sensitivity.
