Thought I'd give it a try. I ordered the burrito bowl. Liked that there were a lot of choices and options for adding extras. Not sure what type of chicken they use, but it was so full of gristle and fat, that I wound up throwing a lot of it away. Very unpleasant taste in my mouth. Not sure I'd order anything that contained meat in the future. If I ever get food again I think I'd opt for one of the vegan choices. Have been going to the location for years for pick up orders through the Chipotle app. It can be hit or miss depending on the time of the week. If you are considering ordering pick up on the weekend nights, don't! My orders are almost always incorrect on weekend nights. Tonight we ordered two burritos, should have known the orders would be incorrect, it's a Friday night. My burrito had the correct order on the sticker my the burrito inside was totally not my order. Also, on several occasions my veggie burritos have included random meat chunks. If you are allergic or just don't eat meat, this isn't a pleasant experience. What is going on in the world? That's what I have to say... the women's bathroom had no toilet paper, grabbed half a role from the men's bathroom and it was wet. The tables were filthy, out of several meats and they gave me stale chips. The ice machine was dropping ice all over like crazy and I slid in water on the floor! No drinks and out of food it is like this time I try to give them a chance I don't know why I even try

I've been sort of stalking this location, watching it weekly as I pass by to get my grocery shopping done. Finally noticed about a week ago it was open, but it was mobbed at the time. The hype calmed down quickly enough though, as it is just another Chipotle at the end of the day. This location has their "Chipotlane," which is a drive through pickup for mobile orders only. Do note that this isn't a typical drive thru in that you have to order using the app first and designate that you're going to be picking up your food via this method. As far as this process goes, I have zero complaints! This was the first time I tried using their app and the drive up, and it was all completely smooth. I set my pickup time, finished my grocery shopping, drove right up, and was handed my bag of food and on my way in under a minute! This is a great way to cut down on waiting in line, but there is a potential drawback or two. The main thing being, you aren't watching them make your food. One of the big draws about a place like Chipotle is the customization and, frankly, dictatorial nature of making sure they're filling that burrito up to the point that it is bigger and bulkier than most newborn babies. I haven't had Chipotle in quite some time, but either the burritos have gotten smaller or, more likely, mine was just smaller because I wasn't standing over someone and barking orders. So if you go this route via the app and still want the proper bulk in your burrito to the point that it's properly bursting - thus making you burst with anticipation - make sure you designate on the app that you want double meat, extra of everything, double wrapped with an extra tortilla, etc. Doing so will cost you extra of course, but this is the only way. As for my burrito last night, it was decent for the convenience. It still had a fair amount of heft and girth, as the best phallic shaped foods do, but I did need to modify it a bit at home by adding a scoop of my side guacamole and queso as well as some hot sauce. Without the modifications, the whole thing was rather bland beyond what I've come to expect from my past experiences with Chipotle. The chips did contain that good salt and lime flavor, but unfortunately they were overall stale, which is rather unacceptable considering they aren't free. They were also out of an ingredient or two that I would have liked to add, so that was disappointing. Overall, I know I'll be back soon. The ease of using the app and the drive thru pickup are great features that ran perfectly on this occasion. I will likely go that route again, but I will try maxing out my amount of ingredients, paying a bit extra in the process, and hopefully that will result in the gross amount of food I've come to expect over the years from Chipotle. I also have to remember to pick up a bottle of Tabasco, as having that burrito without it is just not the same! read more

This is the WORST Chipotle and I mean THE WORST CHIPOTLE I have ever been to. I have been to many across the US. 1.) This location is severely understaffed. The line can be wrapped around in the store but they will only have one employee working the food line. The cashier and another employee will be giggling while the customers wait and wait. 2.) they are Always out of something, particularly meat. Or the meat may not be ready. Today, part of my order was to have chicken. I was told it would take 20 minutes. I asked if the employee could get meat from the to go line. He said it's against the rules. What kind of rule will allow a customer to leave, when they can get meat from the other side of the restaurant. 3.) portion size for an adult is the same as the kids portion. 4) when they have meat it's likely overcooked and bland. 5) the customer service is horrendous, mainly because of laziness. The very first time I went to this Chipotle they dropped my entire bowl on the counter and all over the floor. They close the inside early quite often and say you have to order on the app then go through the drive thru. They're "out" of fajita veggies, and they sometimes say the chips are "for mobile orders only" I ordered two bowls last week and after driving home, only had one bowl. I was a bit skeptical going into this location because the reviews here are so bad. But then I thought, maybe it'll be a fun experience. First, they wouldn't serve us without a mask on. But they said we can sit down and place a mobile order without our masks on. Makes so much sense right? So we sit down for 15 minutes trying to place a mobile order, and there's no service in here to even do it. When we finally got our orders ready it said there were no pickup times and to please try a different chipotle location. We realized we had a mask in the car so we went to put that on (there's no mask mandate where we're from because we don't live here so we're not used to wearing them anymore). We travel a lot and chipotle is our favorite. This was the worst chipotle I have ever seen. Where do I even start? They had no chicken, or carne and informed me it would be 20 min (there was a huge line behind me), no guacamole, no oranges for the kids meals. The bar where they make our food looked like it had not been cleaned in an entire day (food EVERYWHERE) the green salsa looked so old and clumpy I didn't even want it on my meal, in fact most of the food looked hardened over and like it had been sitting there all day. The workers were unfriendly and sloppy sloshing salsa into the sour cream and other food into other containers as they made the meal. As I was trying to check out a girl who ordered carry out came back in and said hey I paid for guacamole and it's not on here. The worker said "we don't have guacamole" and looked away from her! I was shocked and appalled at the lack of service, the rude staff, lack of food and the cleanliness of the establishment. I would give 0/10 if I could. Worst Chipotle experience ever. read more
