I normally don't review fast food places like Chick-fil-A, but having grown up in Texas, Chick-fil-A at a mall was a special treat and everytime I eat at one it reminds me of those times when I was young. This location, like many does really good on it's customer service and is consistent with it's food. The waffle fries are excellent and to have the chicken strips and the dipping sauce every once in a while is a treat. read more

I ordered a egg white breakfast sandwich at the Chick-fil-A at Waverly Place in Cary, NC this morning. It was NOT up to usual standard. The egg fell apart and was bland. The chicken was tough and just did taste not very good. I was really disappointed considering the price of this item. read more

I love Ashley she is so funny and sweet and great at her job. Would definitely come back just 4 her.

Clean restrooms. Employees all were wearing either masks or face shields. Restaurant health score was 100% in October 2021. The market salad came with sides of roasted almonds and harvest nut granola. Fresh blueberries and strawberries on it as well. Super delicious. Kids meal includes juice or milk. THIS LOCATION I have been to Chick-fil-A's all over PA, VA, NC, SC, and TX traveling for work. The one in Stanleyville on Hanes Mill right off Hwy 52 is my favorite! I've received the right order maybe 2 out of 10 times I've been to this location and I officially give up for good. When ordering the nuggets, on two separate occasions, I got raw chicken. Just finished my lunch here now and I can't help updating my review with 5 stars. It all attributes to this lovely lady Ms. Jennie. She did everything an ideal Chick-fil-A floor staff is supposed to do. As soon as I got seated with my food, she came and greeted me. She noticed that I did not have a fork for my salad, and she brought it to me, she asked me if I would like freshly ground black pepper on my salad, and she brought a gigantic pepper mill to sprinkle fresh black pepper on my salad, she took my half empty ice tea and refilled it for me, brought a mint and took my finished tray away! And Ms. Jennie is constantly walking around and helping the customers! She is an amazing elderly woman! The fresh flowers on every table today was red carnation. Beautiful! This specific chick-fil-a denied me a Cobb saled with blue cheese crumbles this one special afternoon. 2 managers had to address me to come to the conclusion that they could give me the side of blue cheese crumbles and remove the given shredded cheese. Refused to service my order until the workaround was discovered(after asking the store manager how they would serve it because this is the first time I've had a problem with this) and at that point I decided to leave because obviously the daytime management isn't on par with the nighttime and it's sad that Chick-fil-A is one of the places affected by the laziness of store management. One of the worst chick fil a's I've ever been to. The kids (employees) there were joking around talking with each other, wasn't greeted and they acted like me being there was a hindrance. Not a mask in sight as they were in close contact with me and other guests, leaning down into windows to take orders and give food. I was handed my food with a "here you go" and nothing more. This happens to be the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. I only come to this store because it is closest to my job. I have the app so I place a lot of my orders online. There has not been 1 time when my order has been completely correct. For instance, I ordered 3 meals and asked for Polynesian sauce. We didn't receive one sauce. Today I ordered an Egg white meal without cheese and the cashier was so rude about talking the cheese off. Then there where tears in the paper. What is this? This one though I go to a lot and never have I had bad service or had to set down at a dirty table. Bathrooms are clean. If you point something out they get right to it. Wow, I used to think you can read the reviews to get a good sense of a place but I have to tell you the other two reviews of this Chick Fil-A are not at all accurate. I have been coming to this Chick Fil-A for years. There are the best Chick Fil-A restaurant I have ever been to. Everyone is very nice. The place is extremely clean. The food is hot and made to your order. They have people refresh your drink, take your tray when you are done and even walk you to your car with an umbrella when it's raining. I eat there quite often. You can't beat this place. It is Awesome! read more
